END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and the game's producer and publisher ("Developer", "We", "Us") governing your use of the video game software titled Fur and Void ("Game"), distributed via the Steam platform.
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. LICENSE GRANT
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Developer.
3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game and all associated content, including but not limited to software, code, visuals, characters, dialogue, audio, story elements, and trademarks, are owned by the Developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.
4. ONLINE FEATURES, MULTIPLAYER, AND DATA COLLECTION
The Game includes online and multiplayer functionality.
4.1 Epic Online Services
To provide multiplayer and online features, the Game uses Epic Online Services (EOS).
Use of these services may require interaction with Epic Games infrastructure and is subject to Epic Games' applicable terms and privacy policies.

The Developer may update, modify, rebalance, or remove content and features at any time.
The Developer reserves the right to shut down, suspend, or discontinue online features or servers, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion, including the complete termination of multiplayer services.

Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game
- Disrupt multiplayer services or other players' experience
- Use offensive, unlawful, abusive, or harmful language in chat
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission
6. BANS, SUSPENSIONS, AND ENFORCEMENT
The Developer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any Use's access to the Game, with or without prior notice, and with or without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
No refunds, compensation, or reinstatement are guaranteed in such cases.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- The Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- The Developer shall not be liable for loss of data, progress, virtual items, or access
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Game, if any
