1. Introduction This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and RUHI CENET MEDYA LIMITED ("Developer") and governs your use of the game, The Last Drop ("Game"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Grant of License Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.

• Use the Game for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to, selling, renting, leasing, or licensing the Game.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.

• Use the Game in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Developer's servers or networks.

• Use any unauthorized third-party software that intercepts, "mines," or otherwise collects information from or through the Game.

4. Ownership All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Developer. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to Developer's trademarks or service marks.
5. Term and Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Developer does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Game is free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Game, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Developer's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement.
9. Amendments Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on the Developer's website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Game.

Acceptance By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase, download, install, or use the Game.
