This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Serious Brothers ("Company") for the use of Imagine Earth ("Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.


The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not allow you to distribute, copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Game.


The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.


The Game uses Unity Diagnostics to collect pseudonymous data about errors and crash reports (opt-in).


The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.


This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.


The Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company's website or communicated to you within the Game. Continued use of the Game after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
