END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

The State of Nowhere

1. Agreement Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using The State of Nowhere (the “Game”), you agree to be legally bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Game.

2. License Grant

The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA.

This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property

The Game and all related content, including but not limited to:

  • Source code and object code
  • Artwork, graphics, models, animations
  • Sound effects
  • Texts, dialogue, narrative
  • Design, mechanics, and gameplay

are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

a) Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any part thereof.
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except where expressly permitted by law.
c) Use the Game for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

5. No AI / No Machine Learning Use

The use of the Game, its assets, code, audio, text, images, gameplay, outputs, or any derivative materials for:

  • Artificial intelligence training
  • Machine learning
  • Neural networks
  • Data mining
  • Dataset creation
  • Automated learning or generative systems

is strictly prohibited, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

6. Streaming and User-Generated Content

Recording gameplay, screenshots, and streaming is permitted for personal, informational, or entertainment purposes, provided that:

  • The content is not used for AI training
  • It is not independently monetized outside the context of the Game
  • It is not presented as official developer content

The developer reserves the right to revoke this permission in cases of misuse.

7. Free Demo

If the Game is distributed as a free demo, this EULA fully applies.
Free access does not imply a waiver of copyright or authorization for unlicensed uses.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

9. Termination

This EULA will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts.

11. Amendments

The developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time.
Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
