End-User License Agreement (EULA) for The Explorer

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using The Explorer, a multiplayer online racing game ("Game"). This Agreement is a legal document between you ("User" or "You") and LOSMUNGALS ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").

3. In-Game Purchases:
a. The Explorer may offer in-game purchases ("Virtual Items"). By making in-game purchases, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
b. Virtual items are non-refundable and have no real-world monetary value.
4. User Conduct:
a. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using The Explorer.
b. You will not engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with The Explorer, including cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software.
5. Privacy:

9. Updates:

10. Governing Law:
