This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Isaac Calabrese, also known as Rembot Games, ("Licensor") and the user ("Licensee"). By using or installing the software known as DJ SIMULATOR ("Software"), the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Grant of License
Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the sole property of Licensor. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents. All rights not expressly granted to the Licensee are reserved by Licensor.
Restrictions on Use
The Licensee may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any part thereof.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the Licensor.
- Transfer the Software or any of its rights under this Agreement to any third party.
- Redistribute the Software in any form, whether electronically, physically, or otherwise.
- Use the Software's online features to violate DMCA laws of the USA (DMCA USA: [https://www.copyright.gov/dmca/]).
- Upload any content that is not intended for the game, thereby violating the Steam Workshop agreement (Steam Workshop Agreement: [https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/]).
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the Licensee breaches any of its terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Software remains with the Licensee.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Licensee purchases and uses the Software, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.
By using or installing the Software, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
