End User License Agreement
Please carefully read this End User License Agreement. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of electronic games, applications, software, their related upgrades, patches, updates, and related services ("Products") provided currently or in the future by Looook.me game studio. or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively "Looook.me").
This EULA sets forth the basis upon which Looook.me manufactures the Products provided to you ("User" or "You"), and the basis upon which you may use such Products. Looook.me's Privacy Policy is an integral part of this EULA. By installing or using the Products, you agree to always accept and comply with (1) this EULA and (2) the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these, please do not install or use the Products.
Looook.me reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete the terms of this EULA at any time in accordance with the procedure described in section 9 below.
All undefined terms in this EULA shall have the meanings assigned to them in the terms of use.
1.License Grant
1.1 Looook.me (or its authorized distributors) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-commercial, and personal license ("License") to install and/or use the Products (in whole or in part) and any Product, effective until the termination of this EULA by you or Looook.me. Without Looook.me's approval, you may not use the Products or this License for any commercial purposes yourself or allow others to do so. To continue using the Products on certain hardware, a series of updates, upgrades, patches, and fixes may be required. The Products are licensed to you, not sold.
In some cases, certain parts of the Products may use third-party components, and some of these components may be controlled by third-party vendors, thus additional terms and/or fees may apply. You must comply with such additional terms: for example, if the Products include applications, you must comply with the relevant wireless data service agreement when using the Products. Please carefully review such additional terms and fees.
1.2 You may not directly or indirectly (i) sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, or sublicense the Products or any part thereof for commercial purposes; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Products in whole or in part (unless the Products allow you to create, generate, or submit user-generated content through a specific feature, and you need to create an account and comply with the terms of use for this purpose); (iii) create, use, and/or distribute "cheat" or "hacking" programs or software applications, such as "auto," "modifier," "script," or "macro" computer programs or other cheating or hacking programs or software applications (whether online multiplayer games on the Internet or local area network or single-player games); (iv) remove, alter, disable, or circumvent any copyright and trademark notices or other copyright and original information, statements, or labels contained in the Products; and (v) violate any applicable laws or regulations regarding the export or re-export of the Products or any adapted copies.
1.3 When using the Products, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You also agree to abide by certain codes of conduct ("Code of Conduct") governing your use of the Products, but they are not exhaustive, and Looook.me may modify them at any time. In any case, you may only use the Products for their intended purposes.
For example (but not limited to Looook.me's rights to take action against you), you may not:
a. Create, use, share, and/or publish any material (text, images, sound, video, etc.) related to the Products that may violate confidentiality obligations, infringe any intellectual property rights or personal privacy rights, or incite illegal activities (especially piracy, disclosure, or dissemination of counterfeit software).
b. Modify, distort, block, excessively burden, disrupt, delay, and/or interfere with the normal functioning of the Products, or interfere with the accessibility of the Products for other users and the normal operation of the Products' partner networks, or attempt to engage in any of the above behaviors.
c. Spread or reproduce any viruses, trojans, worms, bombs, corrupted files, and/or similar destructive equipment or damage-related data related to the Products, and/or organize, participate in, or be involved in attacks on Looook.me servers and/or Products and/or their service providers and partners in any form.
d. Create, provide, or use alternative methods of using the Products, such as server emulators.
e. Spam chat messages for personal or commercial purposes by disrupting the conversation flow through repeated sending of similar messages.
f. Disseminate or communicate any material or content deemed to be offensive (as determined by Looook.me at its discretion), including but not limited to speech that is harmful, threatening, illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, contemptuous, obscene, pornographic, or racially discriminatory, or that causes controversy.
g. Harass or threaten any other users of the Products.
h. Improperly use help services or complaint buttons, or send false reports to Looook.me staff.
i. Impersonate employees, representatives, partners, and/or agents of Looook.me.
j. Falsely endorse or claim endorsement related to the Products or Looook.me.
2.Ownership
All rights, ownership, and intellectual property rights related to or contained in the Products (including but not limited to all text, images, music or sounds presented in single or combined forms, all messages or information entries, virtual characters, names, themes, objects, scenes, costumes, effects, dialogues, slogans, locations, features, charts, concepts, choreography, images, audiovisual effects, domain names, and any other elements contained in the Products), as well as any and all copies thereof, are owned by Looook.me or its authorized licensors. The Products are protected by national and international laws, copyright treaties and conventions, and other laws. The Products may contain certain licensed materials, in which case Looook.me's authorized licensors may protect their rights in the event of a violation of this Agreement. Such licensed materials may not be copied or displayed for any reason or in any manner without the prior permission of Looook.me (including, where applicable, Looook.me's authorized licensors and representatives). Unless expressly provided in this EULA, Looook.me explicitly reserves all rights not granted to you under this Agreement.
This license does not grant any ownership or ownership rights to the Products and should not be construed as granting any rights in the Products being sold.
3.Access to the Products
3.1 For any components installed on your computer or components related to anti-tamper technology, Looook.me assumes no responsibility. For more information, please visit the software website or anti-tamper technology website. To activate the game after installation on any new computer, to verify the computer at any given time, to access online features, or to play or unlock exclusive content, you need to connect to the Internet and register the accompanying one-time serial number. Although there is no set limit on the total number of computers where the product can be activated, you may only activate the product on five (5) different computers within 24 hours. If you circumvent DRM software, you will no longer be able to access the product, and the license granted under this End User License Agreement will be considered terminated due to breach. You are responsible for keeping the serial code of the product at all times for use when installing the product on other computers. The serial code is for use with a single account only. Age restrictions may apply when accessing online services and features, as required by local laws.
3.2 If you are using the Products on a compatible mobile device, the following section 3.2 applies to you and your use of the Products:
According to this EULA, a "compatible mobile device" refers to any portable device capable of connecting to the Internet to access the Products. Compatible mobile devices include feature phones, smartphones, tablets, and personal digital assistants (PDAs).
a. Product Access: To use the Products on a compatible mobile device, you must access an electronic communication network. You acknowledge that the quality, response time, or ability to access specific features of the Products depends on the quality of your compatible mobile device and the electronic communication network. Looook.me is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to users by this. You acknowledge that the Products are not suitable for all mobile devices and may not be usable with all carriers or network service providers.
b. Collection of Personal Data: To provide you with a better gaming experience, improve service, and product support, Looook.me may collect and store data generated when you use the Products, your networking information, and/or information about your compatible mobile device. Some data will be recorded, archived, analyzed, and used to create user statistics. Looook.me takes your privacy very seriously and will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit authorization or in special circumstances. However, Looook.me may be required to disclose or share your personal information when necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect Looook.me's rights and the rights of other users and third parties. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and to reduce credit risk. In addition, Looook.me reserves the right to collect, store, and use your anonymous data. For more information on how Looook.me will use your personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
c. Analytics Tools and Advertising Technologies: Looook.me uses third-party analytics tools to collect information about your gaming habits and product usage from you and other users. The information collected may include, but is not limited to, the unique identifiers of mobile devices or other device identifiers and settings, carriers, operating systems, localization information, dates and times spent on the Products, game scores, game record standards and statistics, feature usage, advertising conversion rates, currency exchange rates, purchase history records, and other similar information. Looook.me uses third-party advertising technologies that collect information through advertisements displayed in the Products, so temporary advertising content may be displayed in the Products. The collected information and information used for targeted advertising may include, but is not limited to, age and gender, number of times advertisements are viewed, unique identifiers of mobile devices or other device identifiers and settings, your product usage information, compatible mobile devices, other Internet websites you have visited (including third-party web pages and mobile websites), and access dates and times, advertisements served, locations and lengths of advertisements in games, and your response to advertisements (if any). Analytics tools and advertising technologies may use server log files, website beacons, cookies, tracking pixels, and other technologies to collect the information mentioned above, and may combine the information collected with information collected from other Looook.me products and services, as well as information collected from other third-party websites and mobile products and services, and user information statistics, advertising, market, and other analytical survey results. This information is not personal information on its own; however, if Looook.me combines this information with personal information, Looook.me will treat it as personal information and process it according to the Privacy Policy. Looook.me will do its best to provide you with links to the privacy policies of these partners, who use their tools and technologies, and in applicable cases, you may choose not to use their services through these links.
4.Consent to Monitoring
When you use the Products, they may monitor your hardware and randomly access random access memory (RAM) to monitor interactions between unauthorized third-party programs and the Products, as prohibited by Section 1 of this document. If the Products detect such unauthorized third-party programs, regardless of whether you are notified separately, they will report relevant information to Looook.me, including your account name, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, detailed information about the unauthorized third-party program, the time and date the unauthorized third-party program was discovered, and hardware specifications and performance parameters. If the Products detect that you are using unauthorized third-party programs, regardless of whether you are notified separately, this license agreement and your access to the Products may be terminated.
However, please note that Looook.me will not assume responsibility or endorse opinions, suggestions, and/or recommendations displayed or sent by you in the Products (including in-game chat). Such information is the sole responsibility of the speaking user.
5.Limited Warranty for Physical Media Form Products
If you have purchased Products in physical media form (CDs, cartridges, or DVD-ROMs), this Section 5 applies to you:
Looook.me warrants that from the date of purchase of the physical media containing the Products, for a period of ninety (90) days, the media will be free from any material and workmanship defects. If within this period, the media containing the Products is found to have defects, Looook.me may, at its discretion, choose to provide free (a) correction of any defects, (b) replacement of the Product, (c) replacement with a similar product equal to or higher than the value of the Product (if the Product is no longer manufactured by Looook.me or cannot be supplied from Looook.me's inventory), or (d) refund to you, provided you provide written proof of purchase of the defective media to Looook.me. This is the sole remedy provided to you under this express warranty described in this Section. When returning the Product for warranty replacement, please provide the original disc, cartridge, or DVD with the outer packaging (if applicable), and include: (1) a photocopy of the sales receipt with the date; (2) your name and return address clearly displayed in printed form; (3) a brief description of the defect, the problems you encountered, and the hardware and system on which you ran the program.
6.Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability
You expressly acknowledge that the risk of using this Product is solely your own. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Looook.me, its authorized distributors, channel partners, and related service providers make no representations, warranties, conditions, guarantees, or other terms of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, and expressly disclaim any responsibility in this regard: (A) for its fitness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or security; (B) its suitability for a particular purpose; (C) implied warranties of non-infringement; (D) its market value; or (E) your satisfaction. Looook.me does not warrant the continuous availability and accuracy of the Product, nor does it guarantee the correction of defects or that the Product is free from viruses or other harmful components. You bear all responsibility for selecting the Product to achieve your intended purposes, as well as for installing, using the Product, and the results thereof.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Looook.me, its authorized distributors, channel partners, and related service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Product or any related third-party services. This includes but is not limited to (A) any form of loss, whether arising from tort (including breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent), or otherwise; (B) direct loss; (C) indirect loss; (D) consequential loss; and (E) incidental loss.
Despite the aforementioned limitations of liability, if you have a dispute with Looook.me or its authorized distributors, channel partners, or related service providers, your sole remedy is to cease using the Product and (if applicable) seek damages. If the Product is used on a compatible mobile device that may not comply with applicable statutory warranties, Looook.me's liability is limited to refunding the purchase price of the Product (directly or indirectly through its channel partners or related service providers). In any event, the total liability of Looook.me, its affiliates, authorized distributors, channel partners, and related service providers for any claim arising from or related to this EULA shall be limited to the amount you paid to Looook.me for the Product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Section 6 shall not affect Looook.me's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, nor shall it affect any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
For the purposes of this Section 6, Looook.me's authorized distributors, channel partners, and related service providers are third-party beneficiaries of the liability limitations described herein and have the right to enforce this EULA against you.
7.Indemnification
If you violate this EULA, you shall be responsible for any damages caused to Looook.me, its authorized distributors, channel partners, related service providers and subcontractors, other users of the Product, or any other individual or legal entity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Looook.me, its authorized distributors, channel partners, related service providers and subcontractors from and against any claims or demands, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees), whether direct or indirect, arising out of or related to (A) any breach of this EULA by you, or (B) your use or misuse of the Product. Looook.me reserves the right to exclusively defend any claims for which you have agreed to indemnify Looook.me, at its own expense. This Section 7 shall survive the termination of this EULA.
8.Termination
This EULA shall become effective from the date of purchase, download, or use of the Product (whichever is earlier) and shall remain in effect until terminated in accordance with its terms. You and Looook.me (or its authorized distributor) may terminate this EULA at any time for any reason. If terminated by Looook.me, termination shall be effective upon (a) notice to you, or (b) termination of your Looook.me account (if any), or (c) Looook.me's decision to cease providing and/or supporting the Product. If you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this EULA, this EULA will automatically terminate. Upon termination of this EULA for any reason, you must immediately uninstall the Product and destroy all copies of the Product in your possession.
9. Changes to this EULA or the Product
Looook.me reserves the right to revise, update, change, modify, amend, supplement, or delete any terms of this EULA at its discretion for reasons including security, legal compliance, best practices, or regulatory requirements. Such changes may not necessarily be notified to you in advance. You may review the latest version of this EULA by clicking on the "EULA" link within the Product or by logging in to [the provided website]. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this EULA to understand any relevant changes. If you do not agree to any future changes to this EULA or if such changes cause you to no longer agree to or comply with this EULA, you may terminate this EULA in accordance with Section 8 and must immediately uninstall the Product and destroy all copies of the Product. If you continue to use the Product after revisions to this EULA, it indicates your full and irrevocable acceptance of all such changes.
Looook.me may, for any reason (especially for technical reasons to improve and/or optimize the Product, such as updates, maintenance, or restarts), or without any specific reason, make modifications to the Product at its discretion. You agree that the Product may automatically install or download modification programs. You agree that Looook.me may cease support for earlier versions of the Product after releasing updated versions. Looook.me's channel partners and related service providers are not obligated to provide any maintenance or customer support for the Product. Looook.me also reserves the right to modify the Code of Conduct outlined in Section 1 to set restrictions on the use of the Product.
10. Other Terms
10.1 Export Control: The Product is subject to all applicable export control restrictions. You must comply with all export laws and restrictions.
10.2 Severability: If any provision of this EULA is determined by any court of competent jurisdiction or regulatory authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this EULA shall not be affected. If any invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision of this EULA becomes valid, enforceable, and legal after deletion of a part thereof, then such provision shall be modified to the least extent necessary to reflect Looook.me's original intent, while remaining legal, valid, and enforceable.
10.3 No Waiver: Failure or delay by Looook.me (or its authorized distributor) to exercise any right or remedy provided by this EULA or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy or any other rights or remedies, nor shall it preclude or restrict further exercise of that right or remedy or any other rights or remedies. The exercise of one or more rights or remedies in part shall not preclude or restrict the further exercise of that right or remedy or any other rights or remedies. Waiver of the exercise of a right or remedy shall only be effective if Looook.me or the user signs a written statement confirming such waiver.
10.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: To the extent permitted by applicable law, this EULA and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with it. You irrevocably agree that the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this EULA, its subject matter, or its formation.

Analytics tools and advertising technologies may use server log files, website beacons, cookies, tracking pixels, and other technologies to collect the information mentioned above, and may combine the information collected with information collected from other Looook.me products and services, as well as information collected from other third-party websites and mobile products and services, and user information statistics, advertising, market, and other analytical survey results. This information is not personal information on its own; however, if Looook.me combines this information with personal information, Looook.me will treat it as personal information and process it according to the Privacy Policy. Looook.me will do its best to provide you with links to the privacy policies of these partners, who use their tools and technologies, and in applicable cases, you may choose not to use their services through these links.
4.Consent to Monitoring
When you use the Products, they may monitor your hardware and randomly access random access memory (RAM) to monitor interactions between unauthorized third-party programs and the Products, as prohibited by Section 1 of this document. If the Products detect such unauthorized third-party programs, regardless of whether you are notified separately, they will report relevant information to Looook.me, including your account name, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, detailed information about the unauthorized third-party program, the time and date the unauthorized third-party program was discovered, and hardware specifications and performance parameters. If the Products detect that you are using unauthorized third-party programs, regardless of whether you are notified separately, this license agreement and your access to the Products may be terminated.
However, please note that Looook.me will not assume responsibility or endorse opinions, suggestions, and/or recommendations displayed or sent by you in the Products (including in-game chat). Such information is the sole responsibility of the speaking user.
5.Limited Warranty for Physical Media Form Products
If you have purchased Products in physical media form (CDs, cartridges, or DVD-ROMs), this Section 5 applies to you:
Looook.me warrants that from the date of purchase of the physical media containing the Products, for a period of ninety (90) days, the media will be free from any material and workmanship defects. If within this period, the media containing the Products is found to have defects, Looook.me may, at its discretion, choose to provide free (a) correction of any defects, (b) replacement of the Product, (c) replacement with a similar product equal to or higher than the value of the Product (if the Product is no longer manufactured by Looook.me or cannot be supplied from Looook.me's inventory), or (d) refund to you, provided you provide written proof of purchase of the defective media to Looook.me. This is the sole remedy provided to you under this express warranty described in this Section. When returning the Product for warranty replacement, please provide the original disc, cartridge, or DVD with the outer packaging (if applicable), and include: (1) a photocopy of the sales receipt with the date; (2) your name and return address clearly displayed in printed form; (3) a brief description of the defect, the problems you encountered, and the hardware and system on which you ran the program.
6.Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability
You expressly acknowledge that the risk of using this Product is solely your own. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Looook.me, its authorized distributors, channel partners, and related service providers make no representations, warranties, conditions, guarantees, or other terms of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, and expressly disclaim any responsibility in this regard: (A) for its fitness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or security; (B) its suitability for a particular purpose; (C) implied warranties of non-infringement; (D) its market value; or (E) your satisfaction. Looook.me does not warrant the continuous availability and accuracy of the Product, nor does it guarantee the correction of defects or that the Product is free from viruses or other harmful components. You bear all responsibility for selecting the Product to achieve your intended purposes, as well as for installing, using the Product, and the results thereof.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Looook.me, its authorized distributors, channel partners, and related service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Product or any related third-party services. This includes but is not limited to (A) any form of loss, whether arising from tort (including breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent), or otherwise; (B) direct loss; (C) indirect loss; (D) consequential loss; and (E) incidental loss.
Despite the aforementioned limitations of liability, if you have a dispute with Looook.me or its authorized distributors, channel partners, or related service providers, your sole remedy is to cease using the Product and (if applicable) seek damages. If the Product is used on a compatible mobile device that may not comply with applicable statutory warranties, Looook.me's liability is limited to refunding the purchase price of the Product (directly or indirectly through its channel partners or related service providers). In any event, the total liability of Looook.me, its affiliates, authorized distributors, channel partners, and related service providers for any claim arising from or related to this EULA shall be limited to the amount you paid to Looook.me for the Product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Section 6 shall not affect Looook.me's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, nor shall it affect any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
For the purposes of this Section 6, Looook.me's authorized distributors, channel partners, and related service providers are third-party beneficiaries of the liability limitations described herein and have the right to enforce this EULA against you.
7.Indemnification
If you violate this EULA, you shall be responsible for any damages caused to Looook.me, its authorized distributors, channel partners, related service providers and subcontractors, other users of the Product, or any other individual or legal entity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Looook.me, its authorized distributors, channel partners, related service providers and subcontractors from and against any claims or demands, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees), whether direct or indirect, arising out of or related to (A) any breach of this EULA by you, or (B) your use or misuse of the Product. Looook.me reserves the right to exclusively defend any claims for which you have agreed to indemnify Looook.me, at its own expense. This Section 7 shall survive the termination of this EULA.
8.Termination
This EULA shall become effective from the date of purchase, download, or use of the Product (whichever is earlier) and shall remain in effect until terminated in accordance with its terms. You and Looook.me (or its authorized distributor) may terminate this EULA at any time for any reason. If terminated by Looook.me, termination shall be effective upon (a) notice to you, or (b) termination of your Looook.me account (if any), or (c) Looook.me's decision to cease providing and/or supporting the Product. If you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this EULA, this EULA will automatically terminate. Upon termination of this EULA for any reason, you must immediately uninstall the Product and destroy all copies of the Product in your possession.
9. Changes to this EULA or the Product
Looook.me reserves the right to revise, update, change, modify, amend, supplement, or delete any terms of this EULA at its discretion for reasons including security, legal compliance, best practices, or regulatory requirements. Such changes may not necessarily be notified to you in advance. You may review the latest version of this EULA by clicking on the "EULA" link within the Product or by logging in to [the provided website]. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this EULA to understand any relevant changes. If you do not agree to any future changes to this EULA or if such changes cause you to no longer agree to or comply with this EULA, you may terminate this EULA in accordance with Section 8 and must immediately uninstall the Product and destroy all copies of the Product. If you continue to use the Product after revisions to this EULA, it indicates your full and irrevocable acceptance of all such changes.
Looook.me may, for any reason (especially for technical reasons to improve and/or optimize the Product, such as updates, maintenance, or restarts), or without any specific reason, make modifications to the Product at its discretion. You agree that the Product may automatically install or download modification programs. You agree that Looook.me may cease support for earlier versions of the Product after releasing updated versions. Looook.me's channel partners and related service providers are not obligated to provide any maintenance or customer support for the Product. Looook.me also reserves the right to modify the Code of Conduct outlined in Section 1 to set restrictions on the use of the Product.
10. Other Terms
10.1 Export Control: The Product is subject to all applicable export control restrictions. You must comply with all export laws and restrictions.
10.2 Severability: If any provision of this EULA is determined by any court of competent jurisdiction or regulatory authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this EULA shall not be affected. If any invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision of this EULA becomes valid, enforceable, and legal after deletion of a part thereof, then such provision shall be modified to the least extent necessary to reflect Looook.me's original intent, while remaining legal, valid, and enforceable.
10.3 No Waiver: Failure or delay by Looook.me (or its authorized distributor) to exercise any right or remedy provided by this EULA or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy or any other rights or remedies, nor shall it preclude or restrict further exercise of that right or remedy or any other rights or remedies. The exercise of one or more rights or remedies in part shall not preclude or restrict the further exercise of that right or remedy or any other rights or remedies. Waiver of the exercise of a right or remedy shall only be effective if Looook.me or the user signs a written statement confirming such waiver.
10.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: To the extent permitted by applicable law, this EULA and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with it. You irrevocably agree that the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this EULA, its subject matter, or its formation.
