This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and WOLF WIRE STUDIOS ("Licensor") for the use of SALVATION HOURS ("the Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

  • License Grant: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on one device at a time.
  • Ownership: The Game is licensed, not sold, to Licensee. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
  • Restrictions: Licensee shall not: (a) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game; (b) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game; (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Game; (d) use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time if Licensee fails to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in Licensee's possession.
  • Warranty Disclaimer: The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Game, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
