End-User License Agreement (EULA) for "The Devil is in the Details"

1. License
By installing, copying, or otherwise using "The Devil is in the Details" ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
2. Ownership
The Game is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties worldwide. The Game is licensed, not sold. HideWorks retains all ownership rights to the Game.
Grant of License

HideWorks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as permitted by this EULA.
Sell, rent, lease, or license the Game to others.
Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Use the Game for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this EULA.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from HideWorks if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. HideWorks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
HideWorks shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if HideWorks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This EULA and your use of the Game are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to contracts made and performed in [Your Specific Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Health Disclaimer
The Game may contain flashing lights, images, and other elements that can trigger seizures or other health issues in people who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other health conditions. While HideWorks has taken steps to reduce the risk of such issues, it does not warrant that the Game will be safe for all users.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. HideWorks is not responsible for any health issues that arise as a result of using the Game. If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition or has had seizures of any kind, consult your physician prior to playing the Game.
IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE use of the Game and consult your physician if you experience any of the following symptoms while playing: dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, any involuntary movement, or convulsions.
