This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Savanna Developments ("Company") for the software product titled "Verbal Verdict" ("Software"), which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.


The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use the Software solely and exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use.


The Software is licensed, not sold. This Agreement does not give you any rights to the intellectual property in the Software. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.


You may not: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation; (ii) rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, transmit, or otherwise transfer the Software, or any portions of the Software; (iii) modify or create derivative works based upon the Software in whole or in part; (iv) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

Without prejudice to any other rights, the Company may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.


The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


The Company is not responsible for any content generated by users or AI within the Software. Users interact with AI and generate content at their own risk, and the Company disclaims any liability related to such content. The AI within this product assumes various character roles that cannot be compared to real-life situations or individuals.


Any modifications, including but not limited to modding of the Software, are done at the user's own risk. The Company is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or adverse effects that may arise from modding or running modified versions of the Software.


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without reference to its conflict of law principles.


By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
