This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between [Cakebyte] ("Developer" or "we") and you ("User" or "you") for the game "Arcanos One."

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States ("US") as the primary jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations.
If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiations, any unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United States. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in [specified location or per arbitration rules] and conducted in English.
Additionally, as a secondary option for dispute resolution, both parties agree that the laws of the United Arab Emirates ("UAE") shall apply, and disputes not resolved through arbitration in the US shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
