1. PARTIES
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Pink Mango ("Licensor" or "Company") and the individual or entity using the "Flawless Dream" game on the Steam platform ("User" or "You").
2. LICENSE SCOPE
Licensor grants User the right to use the "Flawless Dream" game ("Game") under the terms and conditions specified below. This license is valid for the installation and use of the Game on Steam.
3. USAGE TERMS
3.1. User may use the Game for entertainment purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, disable, or modify the Game in any way.
3.2. Reverse engineering, deciphering the source code, or any other form of reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Game is strictly prohibited.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Licensor retains all intellectual property rights to the Game. User obtains the right to use the Game but does not transfer ownership rights.
5. AGE RESTRICTION AND CONTENT
5.1. The Game is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the Game, the User confirms they are 18 years of age or older.
5.2. The Game may contain explicit content, including sexual themes and violence. User acknowledges and accepts exposure to such content.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITY
6.1. The User acknowledges that the Licensor is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the Game. The User uses the Game at their own risk.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
7.1. Once purchased, the Game is subject to the cancellation and refund policies determined by the Licensor.
8. UPDATES AND CHANGES
8.1. The Licensor reserves the right to modify the content, features, or this EULA with or without prior notice.
9. STEAM TERMS
9.1. The User agrees to comply with Steam's relevant service terms, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Subscription Agreement.
10. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
10.1. This Agreement automatically terminates if the User fails to comply with the terms outlined herein.
11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any other agreements or commitments.
