END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Satyr Interactive ("Developer") regarding the use of Deathly Reprieve ("Game"). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Satyr Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Deathly Reprieve for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to:
Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Sell, rent, sublicense, or exploit the Game for commercial purposes.
Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
Use the Game for any unlawful purposes.
3. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in Deathly Reprieve, including but not limited to graphics, music, code, and trademarks, remain the sole property of Satyr Interactive. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.
4. TERMINATION
This license is valid until terminated. Satyr Interactive may revoke your license if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
5. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Deathly Reprieve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Satyr Interactive is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or other issues arising from the use of the Game. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Greece.
By installing or playing Deathly Reprieve, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
