End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: March 02th, 2024.
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the virtual reality game "VR Houses: Glass Apartment" (the "Game") provided by The WOW Studio ("Licensor"). By accessing, opening, installing, or using the Game and any related software or materials, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license allows you to install and access one copy of the Game on compatible devices for gameplay. The term of your license begins upon installation of the Game and ends upon termination as specified in this Agreement.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Licensor. You acknowledge that no title or ownership in the Game is transferred to you under this Agreement. Licensor retains all rights not expressly granted herein, including the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time.
3. Conditions
You agree to use the Game in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not exploit the Game commercially, distribute, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Game without prior written consent from Licensor. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Game in any way is strictly prohibited.
4. Technical Protections
The Game may include measures to control access, prevent unauthorized copies, or limit usage. You agree not to interfere with or circumvent these measures. Any attempt to tamper with the technical protection measures may result in termination of your license and legal action.
5. Internet Connection
Certain features of the Game may require an internet connection. You are responsible for any associated costs and must comply with any terms of service of the relevant internet service provider. Licensor is not responsible for any interruptions or limitations to internet access.
6. Updates and Evolution of Game
Licensor may provide updates or modifications to the Game. Your continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Licensor reserves the right to modify system specifications necessary to play the Game without prior notice.
7. Health and Safety Precautions
The Game may cause motion sickness or discomfort, and prolonged use should be avoided. Licensor is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from the use of the Game.
8. Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession. Licensor reserves the right to terminate your license for any reason without prior notice.
9. Equitable Remedies
In case of breach, Licensor may seek equitable remedies without waiving other rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Game.
10. General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor. It is governed by the laws of The Netherlands. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, it shall be reformed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
11. Liability Waiver
Licensor assumes no liability for any physical injuries, death, property damage, or health complications resulting from the use of the Game. Users should take regular breaks, especially if feeling unwell. By using the Game, you agree to waive any claims against Licensor for such damages or losses.

By continuing to use the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement may be updated from time to time.
