End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Koitsugi: Legend of the Water Guardian (In Development)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("the User") and Blindkat Studios ("the Company") for the video game currently in development, Koitsugi: Legend of the Water Guardian ("the Game").
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not access, download, install, or use the Game.
Grant of License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access, download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device.
Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, music, text, and software, are the intellectual property of Blindkat Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Early Access and Development
The User acknowledges that Koitsugi: Legend of the Water Guardian is currently in development and may not be complete or fully functional. Blindkat Studios reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice.
Wishlist and Updates
By adding Koitsugi: Legend of the Water Guardian to your wishlist on Steam, you express interest in the Game and may receive updates, news, and promotional materials related to the Game's development and release. However, adding the Game to your wishlist does not guarantee access to the Game or any specific features.
Feedback and User-Generated Content
Blindkat Studios welcomes feedback and suggestions from users regarding Koitsugi: Legend of the Water Guardian. By providing feedback or user-generated content, you grant Blindkat Studios a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such content into the Game or other products.
Limitation of Liability
Koitsugi: Legend of the Water Guardian is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Blindkat Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Blindkat Studios may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Koitsugi: Legend of the Water Guardian and delete all copies in your possession.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association].
