This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or on behalf of an entity) and segfault labs regarding your use of PlayStatus's desktop applications, and associated documentation (the "Software"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR COPY THE SOFTWARE.


- You must agree to all of the terms of this EULA to use this Software.
- If so, you may use the Software for personal use only and for any lawful purpose.
- This Software is provided "as-is" with no warranties, and you agree that segfault labs is not liable for anything you do with it.
- The Software is the exclusive property of segfault labs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
- You really ought to just go ahead and read the whole EULA. It's not all that long. You should not only rely on this summary.


By downloading, installing, using, or copying the Software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this EULA, you may not download, install, use, or copy the Software.


This EULA entitles you to install one copy of the Software on a single device for use solely by you or, if you are an entity, by a single designated user. The use of the Software is expressly conditioned upon your agreement to all of the terms of this EULA. This software is licensed, not sold, and segfault labs reserves all rights not expressly granted by this EULA, including the right to terminate your license for violation of its terms.


1. You shall not distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, transfer, or sublicense the Software or any rights to use the Software without the prior written consent of segfault labs.
2. You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
3. You may not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.
4. The Software is licensed as a single product, and its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one device, unless expressly authorized by segfault labs.


This Software is distributed as closed source. No open-source software licenses apply to this Software, except for third-party components that are explicitly identified as open source. The licenses for those components are included in the Software's documentation or provided upon request.


The Software, including but not limited to its code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization, is the exclusive property of segfault labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You acknowledge that segfault labs owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Software and that you will not acquire any rights to the Software, in whole or in part, except as expressly set forth in this EULA.


THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. segfault labs DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.


segfault labs reserves the right to amend this EULA at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and segfault labs regarding your use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
