End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Upon Dusk

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Upon Dusk (the "Game"). This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Frogalicious ("Licensor") regarding your use of the Game.
1. License Grant
1.1 License: Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game solely for your personal entertainment purposes.
1.2 Restrictions: You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or transfer the Game or any portion thereof;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Game.
2. Ownership
2.1 Ownership: Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights therein.
3. Termination
3.1 Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
4. Limited Warranty
4.1 Disclaimer: The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Limitation: In no event shall Licensor be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. General
6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Game.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not download, install, or use the Game.
