You will be able to play and have fun with no problem but you must agree to some minor restrictions from bytesquadgames such as the following
1 You agree not to share or use the game for commercial purposes.

2 You agree that the game is from the partnership of cat_anon (discord) and no one else, the game cannot be passed off as your own or as collaboration.

3 I agree not to
• a. Copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly perform, or publicly display the Game without the consent of the Developer.
  
• b. Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Game.
  
• c. Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the Game.
  
• d. Use the Game for commercial purposes or for any illegal purpose.

4 Use of the Game is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The Developer reserves the right to immediately terminate this license if you violate any term of this Agreement.

5 The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6 Any user-generated content, including but not limited to comments, images, videos, and suggestions, becomes the property of the Developer, who shall have the right to use, modify, and distribute such content without any obligation to the User.

7 I am not responsible for any unauthorized purchases.

8 The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon the posting of a new version of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the changes.

9 This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. I may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of a breach by you. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.

10 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
