This software license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the terms under which you can use the Beetle Nest software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software").


In accordance with this Agreement, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the Software on the terms set forth in this Agreement.

User rights:

• Use the Software in accordance with its intended purpose.
  
• Copy the Software for personal use.
  
• Provide access to the Software to other persons, but only if they also accept the terms of this Agreement.

User Responsibilities:

• Do not use the Software for commercial purposes.
  
• Do not modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, reconstruct, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
  
• Do not distribute, rent, sublicense, transfer, sell, or loan the Software to third parties.
  
• Do not use the Software to distribute malicious software or other materials that may harm other users or their computers.

The Software Developer (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") is not responsible for any losses that may arise as a result of using the Software, including for:

• Losses caused by Software malfunctions.
  
• Damages caused by unauthorized access to the Software.
  
• Losses caused by the use of the Software for commercial purposes.

The User is responsible for any losses that may arise as a result of his actions or omissions when using the Software.



All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through negotiations. If disputes cannot be settled through negotiations, they will be referred to the court at the Developer's location.



This Agreement shall enter into force upon its acceptance by the user.


The User confirms that he has read the terms of this Agreement and agrees to them.


Additional provisions

• The Developer reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally. The changes take effect from the moment they are published on the developer's website.
  
• The User has the right to refuse to use the Software at any time. To do this, you need to remove the Software from your computer.
  
• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed excluded from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions will remain in force.
  
• This Agreement is written in Russian. Russian Russian text of the Agreement and its translation into other languages shall prevail in case of disagreement between the text of the Agreement in Russian and its translation into other languages.
  
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
