2.3 Qingting Animation only provides technical services related to Qingting Animation. 3. Service changes, interruptions or terminations
3.1 In view of the particularity of online services (including but not limited to force majeure, network stability, system stability, technical failures, user location, user shutdown, user mobile phone viruses or malicious network attacks and any other technology , Internet, communication lines, content infringement, etc.), the user agrees that Qingting Animation has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of Qingting Animation at any time. 3.3 If the personal information provided by the user is untrue, or the user violates laws, regulations, national policies or the usage rules stipulated in this Agreement, Qingting Animation has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of Qingting Animation under this Agreement to the user at any time without any consequences to the user or the user. Any third party assumes no liability.
4. Rules of use
4.1 When applying to register Qing Ting Animation, users must provide accurate subject information to Qing Ting Animation (when the user is an individual, this includes name, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, etc.; when the user is an organization, this includes name, Registration address, registration number, etc.). If there are any changes to the subject information, it must be updated in a timely manner. Any losses caused by the parties to the agreement or third parties due to the authenticity of the information provided by the user shall be borne by the user.
4.2 After successful registration, the user will obtain a Qingting account and a password set by the user. The user account and password will be kept by the user; the user shall bear relevant legal responsibilities for all actions under the user account.
Users must follow the following principles when using Qingting animation:
(1) Comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations;
(2) Qing Ting Animation shall not be used for any illegal purpose;
(3) Comply with all network communication protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;
(4) You shall not use the Qingting Animation system to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
(5) Qingting online service system shall not be used to conduct any behavior that is detrimental to Qingting Animation.
4.3 Users are not allowed to use Qingting Animation to produce, upload, send, and disseminate sensitive information and information that violates the national legal system, including but not limited to the following information:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
(7) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate crimes;
(8) Insult or slander others and infringe upon others’ legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4.4 Users agree not to use other users’ accounts or passwords under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your account or password, you agree to notify Qingting Animation immediately.
4.5 Users have the right to change and delete personal information, registration information and transmission content in Qingting Animation, but deleting relevant information will also delete any text and pictures you have stored in the system. Users bear this risk.
4.6 If the user violates any terms of this agreement, Qingting Animation has the right to terminate the provision of services to the Qingting account of the breaching user in accordance with this agreement.
4.7 If the user does not log in to the account for a long time after registering a Qingting account, Qingting Animation has the right to reclaim the account to avoid wasting resources. Any problems caused by this will be borne by the user.
5. Intellectual property rights
5.1 Any text, pictures, logos, audio, and video materials provided by Qingting Animation and included in Qingting Animation are protected by copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, and other property rights laws.
5.2 Without the consent of the relevant rights holders and Qingting Animation, the above information shall not be displayed on any other third party platform or used for any other commercial purposes in any way; users shall not copy, modify, or edit the above content without authorization, or Create content-related derivative products.
6. Privacy protection

7. Disclaimer

8. Other terms
8.1 Qing Ting Animation has the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. Once the content of this Agreement changes, Qing Ting Animation will publish the revised agreement content on the Qing Ting Animation APP platform or announce the modification to users through other appropriate means. content. If the user does not agree with the above modifications, he or she has the right to choose to stop using Qing Ting Animation. However, if the user continues to use it, it will be deemed to have accepted Qing Ting Animation's modifications to the relevant terms of this agreement.
8.2 No matter whether any provision of this Agreement is partly or completely invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
8.3 The formation, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where Qingdao Animation is located.
8.4 The copyright of this agreement belongs to Qingting Animation, and the right to final interpretation and modification of the terms of this agreement belongs to Qingting Animation.
