1. Regarding this agreement
This End User License Agreement (also known as "this Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and xbzyz.
As you may know, xbzyz is the name of the game development studio for the new version of Zhao Yunchuan. Therefore, in this agreement, we refer to ourselves as "we" or "our company".
This agreement applies to our electronic game "New Version of Zhao Yun Zhuan", including game copies/codes (all of which are included when we refer to "New Version of Zhao Yun Zhuan" or "game").
Once you download, install, or use the "New Version of Zhao Yun Zhuan" (whichever is earlier), this agreement shall be binding on you and us. If you do not agree, you are not allowed to download, install, or use the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan.
2 Permits
Our license (revocable, non exclusive, non transferable, and non transferable personal limited license) allows you to use personal computers, game consoles, and/or other devices that are explicitly authorized by us (depending on the specific device/system/platform you purchased the game from)
Display, view, download, install, use, and play the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan. This license is for your personal use only (therefore, you may not give, "sell", lend, gift, transfer, sublicense or otherwise transfer it to others), and this license does not grant you any ownership of the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan.
Warning for epilepsy and other diseases as well as congenital diseases
If you or any of your family members have epilepsy, please consult a doctor before playing the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan. 4 Minimum requirements and monitoring
Minimum requirements. The new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan has minimum requirements, depending on the device/system/platform you have chosen. You will see the minimum requirements on the applicable store page of the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan. Before purchasing the game, please ensure that you meet these requirements! There is no form of digital copyright protection or copy protection in the new version of Zhao Yunzhuan, but some device/system/platform manufacturers use security technology, which is beyond our control.
5 Patches, updates, and changes
We may (but are not obligated) add patches, updates, or modifications (such as adding or removing features to address software defects or balance the game) to the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan over time. This will result in mandatory and/or automatic updates, and over time, older versions that have not been updated may become unusable. In order to ensure the efficient operation of the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan, we need these rights, and we have the right to do so without further notice or responsibility to you.
6 Ownership and Intellectual Property
The ownership of the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan includes its visual components, characters, storylines, images, animations, designs, projects, sound effects, dialogues, graphics, computer code, user interface, visuals, game mechanics, gameplay, audio, video, text, layout, database, data, all other content and all intellectual property rights (as defined below), as well as other legal rights and usage rights related to it, All are owned by XBZYZ or authorized by us from third parties. 7. Usage Rules for the New Version of Zhao Yun's Biography
If you want to play the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan, there are more rules to follow. Please carefully read the following rules, as failure to comply with these regulations will be considered a "serious violation" of this agreement and may result in the suspension and/or termination of your access to the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan. In particularly serious cases, we have the right to prohibit you from accessing the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan and our other games and services in the future.

e) Hackers and cheating software. Cheating software shall not be created, used, provided, and/or distributed. Cheating software refers to vulnerability exploiters, automation software, robots, automatic running trojans, hacker software, spider software, spyware, scripts, trainers, extraction tools Or any other software that interacts with or affects the New Edition Zhao Yun Zhuan in any way (including unauthorized third-party programs that collect information from the New Edition Zhao Yun Zhuan by reading the memory area used to store information).
f) Xbzyz service. It is not allowed to intentionally or maliciously interrupt or interfere with xbzyz's customer/technical support and other services, and it is not allowed to impersonate xbzyz's staff.
g) No intentional or malicious interference, destruction, or access to the restricted area of XBZYZ or third-party network software or servers shall be allowed, including interference, destruction, or access through tunneling, injection or insertion of code, denial of service, modification or modification of software, use of XBZYZ software in conjunction with other similar software, or through protocol simulation, creation or use of private servers or similar services related to the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan.

k) Malicious code. Do not upload any files containing malicious code, including viruses, spyware, trojans, worms, time bombs, intentionally damaged data, files containing malicious code, or other files that may harm or interfere with the operation of the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan in any way.
l) Geographical restrictions. We require you to comply with the applicable geographical/regional/language/location-based restrictive regulations, requirements, or rules regarding the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan.
m) Be friendly to others! Do not say/do anything or use the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan in any way that may be considered offensive or illegal, such as racism, harassment, xenophobia, gender discrimination, discrimination, verbal abuse, defamation, etc.
8 Feedback and Crash Report

11 Guarantee

We guarantee that: (a) we have the right to sign this agreement and grant you a license to use the new version of Zhao Yunchuan in Article 3; (b) We will pay reasonable attention to the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan and its usage, and (c) we will make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable laws and fulfill our obligations to you under this agreement.
11.2 Your Statement and Warranty. You declare and guarantee that you have full authority and ability to sign this agreement, and will fully comply with the terms of this agreement.
12 Responsibilities
If you reside in a member state of the European Union or a country/region where the following liability restrictions are explicitly prohibited by law, then Article 12 does not apply to you, but if you reside in another place (including the United States), then Article 12 applies to you.
12.1 Our Disclaimer. The use of the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan is at your own risk. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, neither xbzyz nor its affiliates, partners, and licensors make any implied or express warranties or statements regarding the new version of Zhao Yunzhuan. The New Version of Zhao Yun Zhuan is provided to you on the basis of "as is" and "as is", without any form of express or implied warranty or statement. We are not responsible for any form of loss, damage or injury caused by the inability to use the New Version of Zhao Yun Zhuan. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we reject all express or implied warranties that may apply to the New Edition of Zhao Yun Zhuan, including but not limited to: implied warranties of ownership, non infringement, merchantability, satisfactory quality, or suitability for a specific purpose, or any warranties that may arise in the course of transactions, performance, or trade use, or warranties that are free from viruses, errors, or defects The guarantee of the accuracy, legality, reliability, or quality of the content/information contained in and/or the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan. We do not guarantee that the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan will not interrupt or make mistakes, we do not guarantee that defects will be corrected, nor do we guarantee that the game is free of viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 Our Liability Limitations. You agree to protect and compensate xbzyz and its affiliates, licensors, and partners as necessary, from and against all damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including legal fees) related to: (a) You are accused of or have actually violated this agreement; (b) You or anyone representing you to use the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan; And (c) infringement of intellectual property rights of xbzyz and its affiliates, licensors, and partners. If there is a claim against us, you should fully cooperate with us, and at the same time, we have the right to take over and defend. You are not allowed to resolve all or part of such claims without our prior written consent.
12.5 Injunctive Relief. You agree that the losses, damages, or injuries suffered by you are compensable and other remedies are sufficient, therefore you have no right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief against xbzyz and its affiliates, partners, and licensors.
13 Termination
13.1 Your Termination Rights. You can terminate this agreement at any time by permanently disabling the new version of Zhao Yunchuan. Termination will not affect our or your existing rights or obligations.
13.2 Our Termination Rights. If you seriously violate this agreement (including serious breaches and/or breaches that may cause actual harm to users, us, our affiliates, licensors, and partners), we may suspend or terminate your access to the new version of Zhao Yun Chuan and terminate this agreement. Especially, it applies to the rules of the "New Version of Zhao Yun Biography" as stated in Article 7 above. If reasonably possible, we will contact you to explain the reasons for our actions and what you can do (if any). If we suspend or terminate your access to the new version of Zhao Yunchuan and terminate this agreement in accordance with this provision, we will have no obligation or responsibility towards you.
The discontinuation of the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan. Although it may seem unlikely, if we have to permanently stop providing access to the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan (in whole or in part, such as on a specific platform) for reasons other than your violation, then we will notify you at least 120 days in advance by publishing a notice on our website. In this case, we do not assume any future obligations or responsibilities towards you (but this does not affect pre-existing obligations or responsibilities).
14 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other party for all or part of the performance, non performance, or delayed performance caused by force majeure.
"Force Majeure" refers to any reason that hinders a party from fulfilling any or all of its obligations, caused by actions, events, negligence or accidents beyond the reasonable control of that party, including strikes, lockdowns or other labor disputes (excluding such disputes related to that party's labor), nuclear accidents or natural disasters, war or terrorist activities, riots, civil unrest Malicious damage (excluding malicious damage related to employees of the affected party or its subcontractors), compliance with laws or government orders, rules, regulations or instructions, strikes by employees of power suppliers, technical facilities failures, hacker attacks, denial of service or other information technology attacks, use of information technology viruses, malware or similar technologies, pandemics (such as COVID-19), fires, floods, storms Or if the supplier/subcontractor breaches the contract.

We may make changes to this agreement when we deem it necessary (such as for legal reasons or in response to changes in the new version of the Zhao Yun Biography). If this agreement is changed, we will provide the revised agreement online and make reasonable efforts to inform you (such as sending notifications to you in the game).
17 Effective date of legal binding force
Once we modify this agreement, it will be legally binding on you one (1) day after we publish the revised agreement online.

Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, neither xbzyz nor its affiliates, partners, and licensors make any implied or express warranties or statements regarding the new version of Zhao Yunzhuan. The New Version of Zhao Yun Zhuan is provided to you on the basis of "as is" and "as is", without any form of express or implied warranty or statement. We are not responsible for any form of loss, damage or injury caused by the inability to use the New Version of Zhao Yun Zhuan. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we reject all express or implied warranties that may apply to the New Edition of Zhao Yun Zhuan, including but not limited to: implied warranties of ownership, non infringement, merchantability, satisfactory quality, or suitability for a specific purpose, or any warranties that may arise in the course of transactions, performance, or trade use, or warranties that are free from viruses, errors, or defects The guarantee of the accuracy, legality, reliability, or quality of the content/information contained in and/or the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan. 12.4 Your compensation to us. You agree to protect and compensate xbzyz and its affiliates, licensors, and partners as necessary, from and against all damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including legal fees) related to: (a) You are accused of or have actually violated this agreement; (b) You or anyone representing you to use the new version of Zhao Yun Zhuan; And (c) infringement of intellectual property rights of xbzyz and its affiliates, licensors, and partners. If there is a claim against us, you should fully cooperate with us, and at the same time, we have the right to take over and defend. You are not allowed to resolve all or part of such claims without our prior written consent.
12.5 Injunctive Relief. You agree that the losses, damages, or injuries suffered by you are compensable and other remedies are sufficient, therefore you have no right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief against xbzyz and its affiliates, partners, and licensors.
13 Termination
13.1 Your Termination Rights. You can terminate this agreement at any time by permanently disabling the new version of Zhao Yunchuan. Termination will not affect our or your existing rights or obligations.
13.2 Our Termination Rights. If you seriously violate this agreement (including serious breaches and/or breaches that may cause actual harm to users, us, our affiliates, licensors, and partners), we may suspend or terminate your access to the new version of Zhao Yun Chuan and terminate this agreement. Especially, it applies to the rules of the "New Version of Zhao Yun Biography" as stated in Article 7 above. If reasonably possible, we will contact you to explain the reasons for our actions and what you can do (if any). If we suspend or terminate your access to the new version of Zhao Yunchuan and terminate this agreement in accordance with this provision, we will have no obligation or responsibility towards you.
