End-User License Agreement (EULA) for A Liminal Place Remastered
By downloading, installing, or accessing "A Liminal Place Remastered" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this End-User License Agreement (EULA).
Age Restriction: You must be at least 16 years old or older to play the Game. The Game contains adult content related to suicide and psychological terror, which may not be suitable for individuals under the age of 16. By playing the Game, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and acknowledge the nature of the content.
License Grant: Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Discord Community: For support, discussions, and updates related to the Game, you agree to join the official Discord server at https://discord.gg/ALPR/PW2anTYuwB. Participation in the Discord community is subject to Discord's terms of service and community guidelines.
Ownership: All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game and any copies thereof are owned by the developer or its licensors. This EULA does not convey to you any ownership interest in the Game.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Game. You may not use the Game for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Disclaimer of Warranty: The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.
Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to EULA: We reserve the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
Termination: We may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies thereof in your possession.
