END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between User and Errors Studio, governing the use of the "Don't Touch My Phone" game provided by Errors Studio.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Errors Studio grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Errors Studio and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

3. USE RESTRICTIONS

You may not:
a. Copy, modify, or distribute the Software.
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
c. Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.


6. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Errors Studio may terminate this Agreement if You fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software.

7. GOVERNING LAW

By installing or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
