Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using "StableBound" ("the Game")
1. License Grant:
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Wrenaissance Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions:
You may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Wrenaissance Games.
Share, distribute, or sublicense the Game to any third party.
3. Ownership:
Wrenaissance Games retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights therein.
4. Warranty Disclaimer:
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Wrenaissance Games be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Game.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wrenaissance Games regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
