This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and 64 Mahanda Studios, the developer and publisher of the game "Youra" ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. License Grant:
1.1 Subject to Your compliance with this EULA, 64 Mahanda Studios grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.2 This license is limited to the right to use the Game on a single device owned or controlled by You at any given time.
2. Restrictions:
2.1 You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the Game.
2.2 You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
2.3 You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Game.
3. Ownership:
3.1 The Game and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by 64 Mahanda Studios and its licensors.
3.2 You acknowledge and agree that You have no ownership or other proprietary interest in the Game.
4. User Content:
4.1 The Game may allow You to create, upload, or submit user-generated content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of Your User Content.
4.2 By submitting User Content, You grant 64 Mahanda Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Game.
5. Termination:
5.1 This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from 64 Mahanda Studios if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.
5.2 Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from Your device.
6. Updates and Patches:
6.1 64 Mahanda Studios may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game to enhance, repair, or further develop it.
6.2 You agree to install and use updates provided by 64 Mahanda Studios to continue using the Game.
7. Warranty Disclaimer:
7.1 The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. 64 Mahanda Studios disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 64 Mahanda Studios does not warrant that the Game will meet Your requirements, operate without interruption or be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1 In no event shall 64 Mahanda Studios be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8.2 64 Mahanda Studios's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to this EULA shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the Game.
9. Governing Law:
9.1 This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Miscellaneous:
10.1 This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between You and 64 Mahanda Studios regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
10.2 64 Mahanda Studios reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any such modification constitutes Your acceptance of the modified EULA.
