End-User License Agreement (EULA)

TDG Gaming Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game.
Reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell the game or any part of it without the express written permission of the developer.
Use any content from the game, including graphics, audio, or code, for commercial purposes.
4. Ownership:

All rights, title, and interest in the game, including all intellectual property rights, remain the property of TDG Gaming Studio.

5. Disclaimer:

The game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind. TDG Gaming Studio assumes no liability for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.

6. Termination:

This license will terminate automatically if you violate any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the game.

7. Governing Law:

This EULA is governed by the laws of the country in which TDG Gaming Studio is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
