END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Catnip-Lab, a company established in Montréal, Québec, Canada (“Catnip-Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using PizzaPanic (the “Game”) through Steam or any authorized distribution platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Catnip-Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
The Game is licensed, not sold.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including its code, design, artwork, music, and other content, are owned by Catnip-Lab or its licensors.
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
3. Restrictions
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not:
Copy, distribute, or publicly display the Game
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Remove proprietary notices
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission
4. Updates
Catnip-Lab may provide patches or updates to the Game. Any updates are considered part of the Game and subject to this Agreement.
We are not obligated to provide ongoing support or updates.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of Québec or Canada.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catnip-Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.
Catnip-Lab’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
Some limitations may not apply under Québec law.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
If you violate this Agreement, your rights under it will automatically terminate, and you must cease all use of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
