END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR Bounties of Babylon
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Cartographic Interactive Ltd ("Licensor" or "We") for the video game titled Bounties of Babylon ("Game").
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Licensor grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game on a single device for personal or commercial purposes.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game is owned by Licensor and is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. User acknowledges that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including any associated intellectual property rights, remain with Licensor.
3. RESTRICTIONS
User shall not:
a. Copy, modify, or distribute the Game.
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
c. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Game.
d. Rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
4. ONLINE FEATURES
The Game may include online features that require an internet connection. User agrees to comply with any additional terms related to online features.
5. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
Licensor may provide updates, modifications, or support for the Game at its discretion. User agrees to install updates to ensure proper functionality and security.
6. DISCLAIMERS
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME OR THIS EULA.
8. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. User may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Game. Licensor may terminate this EULA if User breaches any term herein. Upon termination, User agrees to destroy all copies of the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
