IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, [QASEM ALMNHALI] (the "Developer") grants you, the individual user (the "Licensee"), a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. The Software may not be used on more than one computer at a time, and the Licensee may not use the Software on a network or in any manner that allows multiple users to access the Software simultaneously.

2. SOFTWARE

The "Software" means the Together After Dark video game software, including all associated data, media, and documentation.

3. COPYRIGHT

The Software is copyrighted by the Developer and its licensors. All rights reserved.

4. RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the Software without the prior written consent of the Developer.
Create derivative works of the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
Transfer the Software to another person or entity.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices of the Developer or its licensors.
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Use the Software in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Software or any other software or hardware.
5. TERMINATION

This EULA may be terminated by the Developer immediately upon any breach by the Licensee of any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software in their possession or control.

6. LIMITED WARRANTY

THE DEVELOPER WARRANTS THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL PERFORM SUBSTANTIALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCUMENTATION FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE DEVELOPER'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND THE LICENSEE'S SOLE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE, AT THE DEVELOPER'S OPTION, EITHER (A) REPLACEMENT OF THE SOFTWARE OR (B) REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SOFTWARE. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF USE OF EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this EULA and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. WAIVER

No waiver of any provision of this EULA shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

12. NOTICES

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

13. COUNTERPARTS

This EULA may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
