End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and ("DQ Games") governing the use of the CyberVerse Showdown digital card game ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. License Grant
1.1 License: Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on Windows OS-compatible devices.
1.2 Restrictions: The User shall not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Use the Software for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
2. Ownership
2.1 Intellectual Property: The Software, including but not limited to all content, graphics, designs, and code, is the property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. The User acknowledges and agrees that no ownership rights are conferred by this Agreement.
2.2 Feedback: The Company may use any feedback provided by the User for improving the Software without any obligation or compensation.
3. Updates and Support
3.1 Updates: The Company may, at its discretion, provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Software. The User acknowledges that such updates may be necessary for continued use and agrees to receive these updates as part of the Software.
3.2 Support: The Company may provide support services at its discretion. The User understands that support is not guaranteed and is provided on an "as-is" basis.
4. Termination
4.1 Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the User breaches any terms herein. Upon termination, the User must cease using the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty, expressed or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties regarding the Software, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company or sole proprietorship be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [United Kingdom], without regard to conflict of law principles.
6.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
By installing or using the CyberVerse Showdown Software, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
