END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and
Damaged Game Studios ("Developer"). By installing, downloading, or using "City of
Graves" ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This EULA governs
your use of the Game and sets forth your rights and obligations.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Developer grants you a personal, non
exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game. This license is granted under the
terms specified in this EULA and only for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Usage Rights and Restrictions
a. Usage: You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or decompile the
Game or any part of it.
b. Illegal Use: The Game must not be used for any unlawful activities. If any illegal
or abusive use of the Game is detected, your license may be terminated.
c. Intellectual Property: The Game is protected by copyright, trademark, and
other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the
intellectual property of the Game beyond the limited license to use the Game.
4. Updates and Support
The Developer is not obligated to provide any updates, corrections, or support for the
Game. Any updates or patches provided will be considered part of the Game and
subject to the terms of this EULA.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." Developer does not warrant that the
Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. Developer disclaims all warranties to the
fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Termination
This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon
termination, you must immediately cease using the Game and destroy all copies of the
Game in your possession.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of United States of America. If any provision of this
EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in
full force and effect.
