**1. Grant of License:**
This Unline software ("The Software") is licensed, not sold. The author/developer grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

**2. Restrictions on Use:**
a. The user agrees not to modify, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Software.
b. Users are allowed to create and use modifications ("Mods") for personal use only and may share Mods with other users under the condition that such sharing is non-commercial and does not violate the terms of this agreement.

**3. Distribution of Mods:**
Users are expressly prohibited from distributing Mods through any means that involve commercial transactions, including but not limited to selling Mods or charging fees for access to Mods.

**4. Intellectual Property Rights:**
All intellectual property rights related to the Software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of the author/developer of the Software.

**5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability:**
The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The author/developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software or Mods.

**6. Termination Terms:**
The author/developer reserves the right to terminate this agreement in case of user violation of the terms. Upon termination, the user must cease using the Software and any associated Mods.

**7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:**
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws that are generally applicable to such agreements, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in a manner that is fair, neutral, and provides equal opportunity to both parties. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.

**8. Changes to the EULA:**
The author/developer reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. Users will be notified of changes through appropriate means, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of such changes.

By accepting this agreement, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this EULA.
