Land of Chasers User License Agreement
This agreement is in addition to the Steamworks Terms of Service for the publication of Angoras Studio's game Land of Chasers (hereinafter referred to as "Game") through the Steam platform.
1. License
Steam grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal, non-exclusive, worldwide license to the Game. This license allows you to use the Game only on Steam and devices authorized by Steam. You may not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the Game to others.
2. Copyright
The Game is copyrighted by Angoras Studio. Your right to use the Game is limited to the Steamworks Terms of Service and this agreement.
3. Limited Warranty
Steam does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. If errors or interruptions occur in the Game, Steam will make reasonable efforts to correct them.
4. Limitation of Liability
Steam is not liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
6. Changes
Steam may change this agreement without prior notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Game.
7. Termination
Steam may terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice. You must stop using the Game.
8. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Game.

Special Conditions
In addition to this agreement, you agree to the following special conditions when using the Land of Chasers game:
The Game is an action-adventure game and may contain violence.
The Game is not suitable for children under the age of 13.
The Game supports an online multiplayer mode. When playing in online multiplayer mode, be respectful and kind to other players.
The Game uses third-party software. You also agree to the license terms of this software.
