User Agreement
Dear players:

III. User Code of Conduct
1. Users undertake to register as users of the game under their real identity, and guarantee that the personal identity information provided is true, complete and valid. Users shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the information provided in accordance with legal provisions and necessary terms.
2. The user's game account name and names of characters, guilds, etc. in the game shall comply with the principles of legality and health, and shall not use names that include but are not limited to content related to race, religion, politics, national leaders, obscenity, vulgarity, defamation, intimidation, fraudulent, offensive, insulting, misleading or prohibited drugs.
3. Users are obligated to properly keep the account and password obtained during registration services, and prevent them from being stolen or leaked. Users are responsible for all actions or activities started after logging into the system with the account and password. If a user finds that the account or password is illegally used or used abnormally by others, the user should immediately notify the game and submit relevant proofs that the account belongs to the user, so as to apply for the suspension of login and use of the account. The game is not responsible for any loss caused by this.
4. If the game takes measures to suspend the user's account login and use in accordance with the user's notice, the game shall require the user to provide and verify personal valid identity information consistent with its registered identity information. If the user fails to provide personal valid identity documents or the identity documents provided by the user are inconsistent with the registered identity information, the game has the right to reject the user's request mentioned above.
5. When a user queries a password due to forgetting the password or having the password stolen, the user must provide completely correct registration information (including but not limited to registration time, the city where the user was located when logging into the game for the first time, the recent game operation behavior, and partial game information), otherwise the game has the right not to inform the user based on the principle of confidentiality.
6. Users should be responsible for their words and actions in the game, especially they should not:
(1) Spread or disseminate vulgar or indecent information in any way or behavior.
(2) Impersonate the platform or game system and spread or disseminate false information to other users.
(3) Spread or disseminate, use private servers, Trojans, cheats, viruses, power leveling, and other information in any way or behavior.
(4) Engage in offline transactions of game accounts, virtual currency, and virtual props other than the trading channels provided by the game in any way or behavior.
(5) Advocate and incite violent behavior outside the game's virtual world.
(6) Promote or publish illegal information, information contrary to social morality, or information detrimental to the construction of spiritual civilization, including but not limited to pornography, gambling, cults, terrorism, etc.
(7) Make comments or engage in behavior that does not comply with laws, regulations, social morality or game rules.
7. Users shall not disrupt the order of the game, especially they shall not:
(1) Stay in special or sensitive areas for a long time (including but not limited to places where event registration persons, "immigration envoys", teleporters, and transfer points are located) and interfere with other users' games.
(2) Engage in malicious PK, clearing, blackmailing, or other behaviors.
(3) Threaten or incite other users or non-users to participate in non-normal game content (including but not limited to parades, mass incidents, etc.).
(4) Deceive others by pretending to be friends with similar nicknames, NPO, or official roles both inside and outside the game.
8. If a user violates the user code of conduct as described in this clause, the game has the right to impose one or more of the following consequences on the user according to the severity of the behavior. The user shall bear the adverse consequences:
(1) Warning: Warning is an educational guidance for minor violations of game policies. It is a way to manage the normal operation of the game.
(2) Mute: Close part or all of the chat channels of the violating user, forcibly suspend the online conversation function of the violating user's role, so that the role cannot communicate with other users until the punishment expires or is canceled.
(3) Forced Disconnect: Force the violating user to leave the current game and terminate the execution of the user's current game program.
(4) Account Suspension: Temporarily or permanently suspend the violating user's right to use the game account to log in to a specific game.
(5) Retrieval of Game Virtual Items: Retrieve game virtual items obtained by violating users through fraud or other violations, including but not limited to game virtual currency, virtual items.
(6) Name Modification: Force the violating user to modify the forum nickname, game character, guild, etc.
(7) Dissolution of Organization: Dissolve the guild, alliance, and other organizations established by the violating user.
(B) Deduction of Values: Deduct game character game values, including but not limited to game character level, money, experience, etc.
(9) IP Ban: Temporarily or permanently ban the violating user from logging into a specific game server in a certain IP.
Four, User Information Disclosure and Protection
1. When the game requires users to provide information related to their personal identity, it shall disclose to users in a clear and conspicuous manner in advance the protection of their privacy rights and the use of personal information, and take necessary measures to protect the security of users' personal information.
2. Without the user's permission, the game shall not provide, disclose, or share with any third party the personal identity information in the user's registration information, such as name, personal valid ID number, contact information, home address, etc., except in the following cases:
(1) Disclosed by the user or the user's guardian to the game platform;

Five, Service Interruption or Termination
1. In the event of any of the following circumstances, the game has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of game services and other network services to users at any time, and the game shall not bear any liability for damages and losses caused thereby.
(1) The personal information provided by the user is not true;
(2) The user violates the user behavior guidelines stipulated in this Agreement. In the following cases, the game has the right to cancel the role created by the user and delete all records of that role:

(2) The role self-deleted by the user has not been recovered within a certain period from the date of deletion;
(3) The account has not been used by the user within the first month of registration or continuously for 6 months (including logging into the game, logging into the website, or recharging using this account).
3. In order to ensure the normal operation of the game, the game website and servers need to be regularly or irregularly shut down for maintenance, or urgently shut down for maintenance due to unforeseen events. Six, Other Agreements
1. The establishment, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any content of this Agreement conflicts with the law, the law shall prevail. If any part or all of the terms of this Agreement are invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other terms.
2. Regarding disputes and disputes arising from this Agreement, users and the game shall resolve them amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to arbitrate to the arbitration committee.

III. User Code of Conduct
1. Users undertake to register as users of the game under their real identity, and guarantee that the personal identity information provided is true, complete and valid. Users shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the information provided in accordance with legal provisions and necessary terms.
2. The user's game account name and names of characters, guilds, etc. in the game shall comply with the principles of legality and health, and shall not use names that include but are not limited to content related to race, religion, politics, national leaders, obscenity, vulgarity, defamation, intimidation, fraudulent, offensive, insulting, misleading or prohibited drugs.
3. Users are obligated to properly keep the account and password obtained during registration services, and prevent them from being stolen or leaked. Users are responsible for all actions or activities started after logging into the system with the account and password. If a user finds that the account or password is illegally used or used abnormally by others, the user should immediately notify the game and submit relevant proofs that the account belongs to the user, so as to apply for the suspension of login and use of the account. The game is not responsible for any loss caused by this.
4. If the game takes measures to suspend the user's account login and use in accordance with the user's notice, the game shall require the user to provide and verify personal valid identity information consistent with its registered identity information. If the user fails to provide personal valid identity documents or the identity documents provided by the user are inconsistent with the registered identity information, the game has the right to reject the user's request mentioned above.
5. When a user queries a password due to forgetting the password or having the password stolen, the user must provide completely correct registration information (including but not limited to registration time, the city where the user was located when logging into the game for the first time, the recent game operation behavior, and partial game information), otherwise the game has the right not to inform the user based on the principle of confidentiality.
6. Users should be responsible for their words and actions in the game, especially they should not:

(3) Spread or disseminate, use private servers, Trojans, cheats, viruses, power leveling, and other information in any way or behavior.
(4) Engage in offline transactions of game accounts, virtual currency, and virtual props other than the trading channels provided by the game in any way or behavior.
(5) Advocate and incite violent behavior outside the game's virtual world.
(6) Promote or publish illegal information, information contrary to social morality, or information detrimental to the construction of spiritual civilization, including but not limited to pornography, gambling, cults, terrorism, etc.
(7) Make comments or engage in behavior that does not comply with laws, regulations, social morality or game rules.
7. Users shall not disrupt the order of the game, especially they shall not:
(1) Stay in special or sensitive areas for a long time (including but not limited to places where event registration persons, "immigration envoys", teleporters, and transfer points are located) and interfere with other users' games.
(2) Engage in malicious PK, clearing, blackmailing, or other behaviors.
(3) Threaten or incite other users or non-users to participate in non-normal game content (including but not limited to parades, mass incidents, etc.).
(4) Deceive others by pretending to be friends with similar nicknames, NPO, or official roles both inside and outside the game.
8. If a user violates the user code of conduct as described in this clause, the game has the right to impose one or more of the following consequences on the user according to the severity of the behavior. The user shall bear the adverse consequences:
(1) Warning: Warning is an educational guidance for minor violations of game policies. It is a way to manage the normal operation of the game.
(2) Mute: Close part or all of the chat channels of the violating user, forcibly suspend the online conversation function of the violating user's role, so that the role cannot communicate with other users until the punishment expires or is canceled.
(3) Forced Disconnect: Force the violating user to leave the current game and terminate the execution of the user's current game program.
(4) Account Suspension: Temporarily or permanently suspend the violating user's right to use the game account to log in to a specific game.
(5) Retrieval of Game Virtual Items: Retrieve game virtual items obtained by violating users through fraud or other violations, including but not limited to game virtual currency, virtual items.
(6) Name Modification: Force the violating user to modify the forum nickname, game character, guild, etc.
(7) Dissolution of Organization: Dissolve the guild, alliance, and other organizations established by the violating user.
(B) Deduction of Values: Deduct game character game values, including but not limited to game character level, money, experience, etc.
(9) IP Ban: Temporarily or permanently ban the violating user from logging into a specific game server in a certain IP.
Four, User Information Disclosure and Protection
1. When the game requires users to provide information related to their personal identity, it shall disclose to users in a clear and conspicuous manner in advance the protection of their privacy rights and the use of personal information, and take necessary measures to protect the security of users' personal information.

Five, Service Interruption or Termination
1. In the event of any of the following circumstances, the game has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of game services and other network services to users at any time, and the game shall not bear any liability for damages and losses caused thereby.

3. In order to ensure the normal operation of the game, the game website and servers need to be regularly or irregularly shut down for maintenance, or urgently shut down for maintenance due to unforeseen events. 4. In the event of any of the following circumstances, the game has the right to terminate or interrupt all or part of the services provided by the game server without prior notice. The game shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss caused thereby to users or third parties:

Six, Other Agreements
1. The establishment, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any content of this Agreement conflicts with the law, the law shall prevail. If any part or all of the terms of this Agreement are invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other terms.
2. Regarding disputes and disputes arising from this Agreement, users and the game shall resolve them amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to arbitrate to the arbitration committee.
