PLAYSTATION™NETWORK TERMS OF SERVICE AND USER AGREEMENT

ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT
1.1. Please read this entire agreement and indicate whether you accept its terms. It is a contract between you and Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC ("SIE"). Access to and use of PlayStation Network (“PSN”) is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of this agreement. You accept this agreement by creating an account for PSN (“Account”), by making a purchase on the PlayStation Store, or through any other use of PSN, or by continuing to use PSN after being notified of a change to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to create an Account and will not be able to access PSN or its products or services.

1.2. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 14. IT AFFECTS HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND SIE (AND ITS CURRENT OR FORMER AFFILIATES, PARENTS, OR SUBSIDIARIES), AND INFORMS YOU OF YOUR OPT-OUT RIGHTS.

NOTE: Depending on where you reside, you may have rights under applicable local laws that cannot be limited or waived. Nothing in this Agreement limits any such rights under those local laws.

1.3. To accept this Terms of Service and User Agreement and create an account for PSN, you must be at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in the country in which your account is registered.

If you are younger than 18, or have not yet reached the legal age of majority in the country in which your account is registered, your parent or legal guardian must create an account for you and agree to these terms of service in order for you to use PSN. Before you begin to use your Account, ask your parent or guardian to explain these Terms to you. We also encourage you to review the PSN Rules at https://www.playstation.com/legal/psn-rules/.

1.4. In addition to this Terms of Service and User Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms"), the following terms apply and form part of your contract with us: (a) the System Software License Agreement, which governs the use of the software embedded in a PlayStation-branded device such as, but not limited to, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 4, or PlayStation 5 system (a "PlayStation Device"); and (b) all applicable Software Product License Agreements (which govern your use of PlayStation game, mobile, and application software developed to operate on an PlayStation Device). Copies of these documents can be found at www.playstation.com/legal. We may also require that you agree to additional content-specific or service-specific terms or policies ("Usage Terms") in order to access some services or products available on PSN. By accessing those services or products, you agree that the applicable Usage Terms become part of this Agreement and govern your access and use of them.

1.5. By accepting this agreement, you affirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority; (b) that you have read this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms and the other terms incorporated into it by reference; and (c) that you have reviewed and consent to the SIE LLC Privacy Policy (found at www.playstation.com/legal).


If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a child under 18 (“child”), you also (a) represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child; (b) affirm that you accept this Agreement and consent to the SIE LLC Privacy Policy on behalf of your child; and (c) accept all liability for their actions on PSN and compliance with these terms.

1.6. Breach of these Terms by you or your Child (if accepting these Terms on behalf of a child) may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your console or your Account, including any accounts you may have set up for a child under 18 (“Child Accounts”) under your Account, and loss of access, or restricted access, to the content associated with those Accounts. See Section 12 for more information.

PSN is for everyone
PSN SERVICES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES ON PSN
2.1. PSN Services include PlayStation Network, PlayStation Store, PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Video, PlayStation Direct, and those websites, products and services that SIE, and its affiliates offer through or in connection with PSN or your Account.

2.2. We may also provide access (paid or unpaid) to content, products, or services offered by publishers or entities other than SIE and its affiliates ("Third-Party Services"). When you use PSN or your Account to access Third-Party Services, the applicable terms of this Agreement and any applicable Usage Terms will govern your use of that Service. Any such Third-Party Services may also require you to accept additional and separate terms and conditions that govern your use of those Third-Party Services ("Third-Party Terms"). Any violation by you of such Third-Party Terms may also be deemed a violation of these Terms.

2.3. PSN Content includes the games, music, movies, services (including PSN Services and Third-party Services), virtual currency, vouchers, virtual communities, and other digital products or content through PSN. Availability of PSN, its features, and its Content, varies depending on which PlayStation Device or other device you are using to access PSN, and is subject to change at any time. Some PSN Content and features may not be available or supported in your country or language. Additional purchases may be required to access certain PSN Content or features.

2.4. SIE does not endorse Third-Party Services promoted or marketed on PSN or through PSN Content.

ACCOUNT CREATION, USAGE AND SECURITY
3.1. All information provided during Account creation, and during the use of your Account, must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or restrict any Account (including as stated in Section 12.2 of this Agreement) that uses or was created using false information, or that we determine was created or used for a purpose that violates this Agreement.

3.2. During Account creation you must select the country or region of your residence and in which your account will be registered in. Once your account is created, you will not be able to change the country or region code associated with your account.

3.3. All users should safeguard their Account sign-in ID ("PSN ID"), password, passkey, or other authenticating information and take steps to prevent access to your Account by other persons on any shared devices.

3.4. If we believe your Account has been compromised, we may take actions to protect you and SIE. Such actions may include resetting passwords or revoking passkeys; canceling subscriptions; suspending accounts or restricting Account activities or access. We may also upload updates to your PlayStation Devices to stop unauthorized use of your Account or prevent PlayStation Devices from connecting to PSN.

3.5. SIE has the right to deny the creation of any Account, for any reason, in its sole discretion.

3.6. We may request identifying documentation or information from you as part of your Account creation (or at any time thereafter) in order for you to create an Account or for us to provide certain offerings, functionality, or features to you; if we have a reasonable suspicion of fraud, illegal activity, that your Account may have been compromised, or that you or your Account is in violation of these terms; to avoid harm to SIE, its affiliates, licensors, or players; or as may be required by law. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your Account and PlayStation Device, and your participation in or access to offerings, functionality, or features, if you do not provide such documentation or information, or based on our review of such documentation and information.

CHILD ACCOUNTS AND PARENTAL CONTROLS
4.1. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child who will access PSN, you are responsible for creating a Child Account for them. If you have more than one child, you will need to create a separate Child Account for each one. In order to create a Child Account, you will first need to set up an Account for yourself.

4.2. A Child Account must meet certain age requirements. More information about creating and managing Child Accounts is available at www.playstation.com/support.

4.3. Some content on PSN may be inappropriate for younger users. We offer a variety of settings which you can use to tailor a Child Account’s experience and activities on PSN as may be appropriate for their age ("Parental Controls"). Visit www.playstation.com/safety to learn how to set up Parental Controls.

4.4. Parental Control features and restriction settings differ based on the device you use to access PSN, and are subject to availability, including availability in the country in which your Account is registered. Some content that you access on your PlayStation Device or via tablet, cell phone, or other device may be accessible by all users of that system or device, and Parental Controls on those devices may not apply to certain types of content.

4.5. Parental Controls may allow you to restrict a Child Account’s access to certain rated game and video content by using restrict-content settings. However, not all content is rated, and Parental Controls may not apply to unrated content. In some cases, third parties provide the content ratings or descriptions for items, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of that information.

4.6. Parental Controls allow you to set a monthly spending limit for Child Accounts. The default spending limit is zero. If you choose to increase the spending limit on a Child Account you are (a) representing that your child understands that they will be charged the listed price for any purchase they make; (b) agreeing that you approve their ability to make purchases through their Account; and (c) agreeing to pay for all purchases up to the approved monthly spending limit.

4.7. Parental Controls set other restrictions for your child’s Account, including control of communication features and online accessibility. More information about Parental Controls is available through your Account settings pages and in our online user guides. Please visit our PlayStation Safety page at www.playstation.com/safety for information on what Parental Controls are available on your PlayStation Device.

4.8. As the parent or legal guardian of a Child with an account for PSN, you are responsible for monitoring your Child's access to and use of PSN, as well as any communications made or received by your Child through PSN. You are also responsible for the use of your Account by your Children or others that may have access to your Account or PlayStation Device.

4.9. You are responsible for explaining these Terms to your Child, especially the Community Code of Conduct in Section 5 ("Code of Conduct"), and ensuring they understand how to behave when interacting with PSN. If your Child violates these Terms, we may take moderation action against the Account, Child Account, or console (see Section 12 for more information).

4.10. Your child can also review our PSN Rules at https://www.playstation.com/legal/psn-rules/. The PSN Rules do not contain the full Terms, but they highlight the most important parts for our younger users.

5.1. Code of Conduct.

You and your family members must follow our Code of Conduct in all dealings with us and other members of the PSN community. Read this carefully and help us keep PSN the best place to play for everyone.

PSN is for everyone, regardless of, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, color, immigration status, social and economic class, educational level, shape and size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability, or any other attribute that people use to label others or divide communities.

☒ Do not use the PSN or any of its products for, or associate them with, spam or any commercial activity.

☒ Do not share, buy, sell, rent, sublicense, trade, or transfer any accounts, account details, or other credentials.

☒ Do not use any bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or unintentional mechanics in products or PSN to get an advantage.

☒ Do not phish for or harvest any accounts, account details, or other credentials.

☒ Do not forward recommendations or offers to your contacts without their permission.

☒ Do not share or send information that misleads others.

√ Be discreet. Keep it decent.

Always use common sense and good manners. Things you say and do online affect other people and have real world consequences. Think before you post anything online. Beware that information you put online can spread and may be seen by people you didn’t expect would see it.

☒ Do not reveal personal information about other people or yourself. It makes you and them vulnerable. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, social network handles, messaging app profiles, phone numbers, email addresses, and real-world addresses like your home, school, or temporary location.

☒ Do not share material that is pornographic, obscene,or that depicts extreme or abhorrent violence.

☒ Do not share or threaten to share any image or other media of another person without their consent.

√ Help us ensure PSN is the best place to play.

We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment. If you breach this Code, or your conduct off PSN gives us reason to believe you may endanger the safety or well-being of our community, we may take any action as reasonably necessary to protect PSN and our players.

If you believe someone has breached the Code of Conduct, tell us so we can take action to help keep PSN and our community safe. It is particularly important to tell us if you think there is a risk anyone could get hurt in real life. If you see someone else misbehaving:

√ Report them to us using our contextual grief reporting tools. For more information on grief reporting and blocking, please visit playstation.com/reporting and playstation.com/blocking.

√ If you engage with them, stay calm and respectful. Lead by example and don’t breach this Code yourself.

☒ Do not submit false grief reports or otherwise abuse the grief reporting system.

√ Follow any specific rules for each product.

5.2. We are not responsible for monitoring or recording any activity or communications on PSN, although we may do so in order to investigate violations of or enforce this Agreement, or to protect the rights and property of SIE, its partners, and customers. We are not liable for any violation of this Agreement by you or by any other PSN user. Violations of our Code of Conduct may result in moderation action taken against your Account and PlayStation Devices (see Section 12 for more information). We may also notify law enforcement (or another appropriate government agency) if the breach involves a threat to the life or safety of yourself or others, or any other activity that we believe to be unlawful. If you are rude to, or abuse or threaten, our employees, agents, or representatives, in addition to any other actions we may take under this Agreement, we may restrict you from contacting us by email or refuse to provide you with any further consumer support.

USER INFORMATION AND USER GENERATED CONTENT
6.1. User Information. We may provide functionality allowing you to share information relating to your presence on PSN, in including your name, sign-in ID, Online ID, profile, pictures, friends list, communications and interactions (including by voice), activities, and information on your gameplay, purchases made and content viewed (collectively, "User Information"), or to recommend your favorite Content via PSN. Only share User Information with friends who you know want to receive it, and whose age is appropriate for the Content you are sharing.

You may have an opportunity to share or permit us to share your User Information relating to your Account or activities on PSN via Third-Party Services. If you choose to do so, use or distribution of your Information on any Third-Party Service may be subject solely to that third party's terms of service and privacy policy; please review those documents before sharing your Information. You hereby authorize us to use, distribute, copy, display, and publish your User Information, without payment to you.

Some Content on PSN may have features that allow your User Information to be recorded by a user and distributed to any third party publicly, including users outside of PSN. You agree that any third party may record, use and distribute your information for any reason without any restrictions or compensation to you. Additional terms may apply, including the terms of any game publisher or service provider. Please review all terms carefully. If you do not want your information to be used, recorded or distributed, please do not use or access PSN.

6.2. User Generated Content. We may provide functionality that allows you to create, post, or transmit content such as text, messages, comments, screenshots, pictures, photographs, voice, music, videos, streams, gameplay and game-related information and other materials created by you or others, and/or shared by you or others, via PSN or select Third-Party Services (“UGC”). By utilizing such functionality, you grant SIE a royalty-free, perpetual, global license to use, distribute, copy, modify, display, and publish your UGC for any reason, without further notice or payment to you or any third parties. You further authorize SIE to sublicense its rights to any third party, including its affiliates. You hereby waive, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all claims, including any moral or patrimonial rights, against SIE, and its affiliates for SIE's, its affiliates, or any third party's use of UGC. By creating, posting, streaming, or transmitting any UGC, you represent and warrant that you have the appropriate rights to use, create, post, distribute, and transmit UGC and to grant the foregoing license, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.

6.3. We reserve the right to suppress, block, hide, remove, or delete any User Information or UGC at our discretion, and to report any illegal UGC and related User Information to the appropriate authorities.

6.4. You agree to cooperate in resolving any dispute that may arise from your User Information or UGC.

VIRTUAL WALLET
7.1. Your Account has an associated virtual wallet, which can store funds from an outside payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal Account), or from vouchers or prepaid card redemptions (“PSN Wallet”). Child Accounts that are associated with your Account do not have a separate wallet. All purchases made by any associated Child Accounts will be made through your PSN Wallet.

7.2. Wallet Funds have no value outside PSN and can only be used to make purchases through PSN Services or certain Third-Party Services. You can only hold a certain maximum amount of funds in your wallet as determined by us ("Limit"), using either (i) a credit or debit card; (ii) a prepaid card or promotional code with a specified value where available; or (iii) other payment methods approved by us and made available from time to time in each specific country.

7.3. FUNDS ADDED TO THE PSN WALLET ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW REQUIRES. WE HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO REVERSE OR REFUND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES MADE USING ANY PAYMENT METHOD TO FUND THE WALLET. WALLET FUNDS THAT ARE DEEMED ABANDONED OR UNUSED BY LAW WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR RESTORED.

PLAYSTATION STORE
8.1. Access and Use. PlayStation Store is where you can buy digital games, subscriptions, virtual currency, and other digital content. You can pay for purchases on PlayStation Store using PSN Wallet funds or any other current, valid payment method we may identify as acceptable on the Store, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party (an "Approved Payment Method"). You must be signed into your Account to complete your purchase. If you delete or close your Account, you may lose access to and use of any purchased Content.

8.2. Account Linking. If a third party publishes a Product you purchase, you may need to associate or link your account for PSN to an account with that third party to use that Product. The Product may become linked to that third-party account as well as the purchasing account. If you unlink the third-party account from your account for PSN, or if your third-party account is closed or deleted, you may lose access to the Product.

8.3. Purchase Terms. By completing a transaction through your Account or allowing a transaction to take place through an associated Child Account, you are (i) agreeing to pay for all transactions made by you or your children; (ii) authorizing SIE to deduct from the Wallet and charge your Approved Payment Method all fees due and payable for all your transactions; and (iii) agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, including any applicable Usage Terms or Third-Party Terms associated with use of the particular Product. All transactions may be deemed to be governed by law and regulatory requirements applicable at the time the transaction was completed.

8.4. No Resale or Commercial Use. You must be an end user to purchase from PlayStation Store. Resellers, as determined by us in our sole discretion, are prohibited. When you order Content from PlayStation Store, you buy a personal license to use that Content for private, non-commercial use. That license is not transferable unless your local applicable laws say it must be. This means you can use a Product in the ways described in the license, but do not own the Product.

8.5. Cancellations and Refunds. All purchases from the PlayStation Store are final and non-refundable except as stated in this Agreement or the then-current PlayStation Store Cancellation Policy (found at https://www.playstation.com/legal/cancellation-policy).

8.6. Pre-orders and Bundles. You may have the option to order certain Content in the form of bundles (such as seasons of television series) or a pre-order. You will be charged for the Content at the time of the order, but some of the content may not be available until the listed release date.

8.7. Safeguarding Payment Transactions. To help protect your Account from unauthorized payment transactions, you may have the option to enable an Account setting that requires a password or other authentication methods, such as passkey, to complete payment transactions on some devices. As applicable, enable this function to prevent others who may use the same device from being able to make purchases or access your payment information. However, enabling some authentication methods may consequently disable "Require Password at Checkout" and your current 2-step verification (such as through your authenticator app or SMS), or require additional information to authorize and complete the transaction. We have no liability for any unauthorized usage of any Account.

8.8. Fees and Other Charges. You are responsible for all bank fees related to any transactions or failed transactions (e.g., chargebacks from your bank or credit card provider) initiated by you or your children, including domestic and international transaction fees. We may suspend your console or Account (including any associated Child Accounts) for failure to pay transaction fees. We may also elect to provide a mechanism by which you fund the wallet associated with your Account to prevent your Account (and any associated Child Accounts) from being terminated.

8.9. Price Drops and Errors. The price applicable to your transaction will be the price that was in effect at the time of the transaction. If the price for any content or services you purchased temporarily or permanently drops, you will not be entitled to a refund (unless your purchase independently qualifies for a refund under the PlayStation Store Cancellation Policy).

If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

8.10. Sales Offers and Promotions. We may conduct promotions that offer discounts when you purchase certain items or purchase multiple qualifying items. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Special products and sales prices and promotions are no longer valid once they are changed or removed, or after any end date or time specified in the offer.

8.11. Subscriptions. We may offer you the opportunity to purchase subscriptions (which may also be referred to as “memberships” or “services”) that provide access to certain content, products or services for a specified period of time. If your subscription is ongoing and renews automatically, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee automatically, at the frequency you chose at purchase until you cancel. If your wallet doesn't have enough funds when an automatic recurring subscription payment is due, the balance will be automatically funded from your default Approved Payment Method on file to cover the subscription fee.

Upon cancellation of a subscription, you will not be able to access content or services provided with your subscription except as permitted by us. Content that you downloaded onto a device and that was provided to you through a subscription at no additional cost beyond the subscription price may not be accessible. Gameplay information, including trophies earned during a trial offer, promotional period or subscription term may not be available. Further information about managing your subscriptions is available at www.playstation.com/support.


Subscriptions may come with their own Usage Terms and/or Privacy Policy. Please make sure to read these agreements carefully before you subscribe.

8.12. Free Trials. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, free trials will automatically convert into ongoing paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of the trial period. Please review all applicable terms carefully before you sign up for a free trial.

8.13. Virtual Items. "Virtual Items" includes any virtual currency, goods, or effects such as coins, points, tokens, gold, gems, weapons, vehicles, buffs, power-ups, trophies, rewards, or badges.

Any attempt to obtain Virtual Items outside of the applicable game, the app, or PlayStation Store is prohibited. Virtual Items have no value or application outside of the game or PlayStation Store, and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for real money or items of value. Virtual Items may be modified or removed without notice.

You may not make available, any cheats, technological measures, or other methods designed to enable or encourage any collection, selling, or trading of PSN Content, including Virtual Items.

8.14. Tax. Prices listed do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at the time you complete a transaction. In certain jurisdictions, local laws require that prices include all applicable taxes, in which case this will be indicated at the time of the transaction.

8.15. Transaction Records. You may make transactions only with the designated SIE regional company that is determined by the country/area of residence to which your account is registered. Your country/area of residence may be verified by your credit or debit card number and may be rejected if the information does not match. Please retain any transaction related communications we may send to you. Your transaction history is also available in your Account management areas.

8.16. Access to Purchased Items. Upon our confirmation of your transaction, and subject to the applicable Usage Terms, you may access the PSN Content you ordered through the Account that you used to complete the order. You bear all risk of loss for accessing the content, and for any loss of content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a file corruption or hard drive crash. You are solely responsible if you do not choose to download or access the content before it is removed or your license expires, and for the authorized ongoing storage and safekeeping of the content. We are not obligated to provide you with replacement copies for any reason.

8.17. Payment Methods. If you have funds in your PSN Wallet, you may use those funds to complete a purchase or renew a subscription. If you do not have enough funds in your Wallet to complete a transaction, we may automatically charge your Approved Payment Method for the balance necessary to complete the purchase.

We participate in account update services offered by some banks to help keep your payment cards up to date on your Account. Where you have added a payment card as a payment method to your Account and if your bank participates, we may automatically update your card number or expiration date in our system when your card expires. Following any update, we will continue to charge the applicable payment methods to any purchases you make unless you notify us otherwise. You can opt out of the automatic update services by contacting your bank.

You can update your Approved Payment Method in Account Settings. We may also update your Payment Method ourselves, using information provided by our payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s) for any active recurring subscriptions or new transactions.

8.18. Purchases from direct.playstation.com. Purchases of hardware, peripherals, disc games and other products sold through direct.playstation.com (“PS Direct”) are not purchases made from the PlayStation Store. They are transactions made with Sony Interactive Entertainment America Trading LLC, and are subject to the PS Direct Terms of Sale (found at: https://direct.playstation.com/en-us/terms-of-service) and PS Direct Returns and Refund Policy (found at: https://direct.playstation.com/en-us/returns-refund-policy). To the extent there is any conflict between this Agreement and the PS Direct Terms of Sale, the PS Direct Terms of Sale shall govern with respect to any transactions made with PS Direct.

8.19. Inaccuracy Disclaimer. From time to time there may be information on the PlayStation Store, and related PlayStation websites, that contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to product descriptions, pricing, offer terms, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update such information at any time without prior notice to you.

PREPAID CARDS AND PRODUCT CODES
9.1. SIE or its affiliates may provide prepaid cards that allow users to redeem PSN Content or fund the wallet. If you acquire a prepaid card that has a value that, when added to the wallet's existing balance, exceeds the Limit, you will not be able to apply the value of the prepaid card to the wallet until sufficient funds have been spent from the wallet to allow the sum of the full value of the prepaid card and wallet to be equal to or less than the Limit. Your wallet will only accept prepaid cards with currency value from the same country as the one designated for your Account.

9.2. SIE, its affiliates or third parties may provide product codes (or vouchers) that can be used to access content, including promotional content. Product codes may not be available in all countries or to all users, and age restrictions may apply. Some product codes must be used before a specified expiration date and in accordance with specified terms. Unless otherwise stated, product codes may be used once only by the recipient and may not be transferred or sold to any other person.

9.3. SIE is not liable for any claims relating to prepaid cards or product codes, including any problems or defects relating to those cards or codes. Your use of these instruments is subject to this Agreement and their respective Usage Terms (if any).

CONTENT LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS
10.1. All intellectual property rights subsisting in PSN Content, including all software, data, services, and other content subsisting in or used in connection with PSN, the Online ID and access to content and hardware used in connection with PSN belong to SIE, its affiliates, and its licensors. Use of the terms "own," "ownership", "purchase," "sale," "sold," "sell," "rent" or "buy" in this Agreement or in connection with PSN Content does not mean or imply any transfer of ownership of any content, data or software or any intellectual property rights from SIE, its affiliates or its licensors to any user or third party.

10.2. Except as stated in this Agreement, all Content provided through PSN is licensed on a non-exclusive and revocable basis to you for your personal, private, non-transferable, non-commercial, limited use on a limited number of PlayStation Devices or other devices in the country in which your Account is registered.

10.3. You may not sell, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, modify, adapt, arrange, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Content.

10.4. You may not reproduce or transfer any portion of the Content, or use the Content for purposes of resale, public performance, display, distribution or broadcast, except as stated in this Agreement or as expressly permitted by us.

10.5. You may not create any derivative works of the Content, attempt to create the source code from the object code, or download, stream, or use any Content for a purpose not expressly permitted herein.

10.6. You may not bypass, disable, or circumvent any encryption, security, digital rights management or authentication mechanism existing in or in connection with PSN, or any of the Content offered through PSN.

10.7. You may not use viruses, spyware, or automated methods, such as bots or scripts to interact with PSN Content, or otherwise in connection with your Account.

10.8. The limited license granted herein, and all use or access to the Content, is expressly conditioned on your compliance with this agreement’s terms, applicable Usage Terms, other applicable agreements, if any, and all applicable copyright and intellectual property rights laws.

10.9. Except for the rights expressly granted herein, SIE, its affiliates and its licensors reserve all rights, interests, and remedies in connection with PSN and PSN Content. Upon termination of this agreement, your Account, or license to any Content, you will immediately cease use of the Content and delete or destroy any copies.

10.10. All company, product, and service names and logos referenced on PSN are the marks, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and registered trademarks or service marks ("Marks") of their respective owners. You may not use or reproduce any Marks without the owner’s express written consent. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels from any Content.

10.11. Some PlayStation Devices may be set to download Content automatically from PSN without notice to you if you sign into PSN. This Content may include featured content that we believe will be of interest to you, such as game demos or free trial promotions. You can change your device settings so that it does not download content automatically by setting the automatic download option to "OFF".

PSN terms of service
VIDEO CONTENT
11.1. Video Content includes any recordings or live streams of sports, music concerts and other entertainment events, television shows and movies made available for rental, purchase, or free viewing through PSN.

11.2. Video Content is made available to Account holders in select territories for your personal, private, non-commercial viewing in your authorized territory, using a limited number of PlayStation Devices or other devices (“Authorized Devices”) during an authorized viewing period ("Authorized Term"). Availability of Video Content is subject to change at any time without notice to you.

11.3. Video Content may be made available to you as a live or near-live stream ("Live Stream Content"), as a licensed copy for rental for a limited duration ("Licensed Rental Content"), a licensed copy for an indefinite duration ("Other Licensed Content") or as a licensed stream supported by advertising or promotional materials that may be for a limited duration ("Ad Supported Content"). Video Content is subject to digital rights management rules and are subject to other restrictions and limitations depending on the type of Video Content or the Authorized Device you use to access Video Content. Some of these restrictions are described below. More information about these restrictions and accessing Video Content is available at www.playstation.com/support.

11.4. Live Stream Content. Live Stream Content comprises live or near-live transmissions of Live Events. When you access Live Stream Content, you may not be able to view any part of the Live Stream Content that occurred prior to the start of your viewing. We have no control over the start and finish time of a Live Event; the duration of a Live Event; the content of a Live Event (including the availability, quality or suitability of the content or that it complies with applicable law); or that the Live Stream Content be delivered uninterrupted, error-free and without fault or delay.

11.5. Ad Supported Content. Ad Supported Content is Video Content that contains or is displayed with advertising, marketing or other promotional materials (together, the "Promotional Materials"). Ad Supported Content may be limited such that it is accessible by only one Authorized Device at any one time. Promotional Materials may be displayed in or around Ad Supported Content by any means selected by us or its Ad Supported Content Partners (defined below). You acknowledge that Ad Supported Content may include, comprise or be displayed with Promotional Materials that may delay or interrupt its playback. We may prevent you from skipping or manipulating the display of Promotional Materials, and, if so, you may not attempt to access Ad Supported Content in any manner not prescribed by us. We do not endorse any third-party advertising or promotional material (including the Promotional Materials) associated with Ad Supported Content in any manner and give no warranty or other assurance in relation to any products or services featured in these advertisements and promotional materials.

Certain Ad Supported Content may be hosted or delivered to you by or through third-party licensors, providers or partners ("Ad Supported Content Partners"). We have no control over the content hosted or delivered by the Ad Supported Content Partners (including all associated Promotional Materials, corresponding meta-data, artwork and other peripheral materials). We cannot guarantee that their content will be complete and accurate, comply with applicable laws, correspond to its description, be suitable or appropriate for a particular age group, or be delivered uninterrupted, error-free and without fault or delay.

11.6. Licensed Rental Content. Licensed Rental Content is subject to restrictions regarding when playback can be initiated post purchase, and once initiated, the time period during which Licensed Rental Content can be accessed ("Rental Terms"). Licensed Rental Content can only be viewed within the time periods specified in the Rental Terms. The Rental Terms differ based on the type of Licensed Rental Content and the Authorized Device you use to access the Licensed Rental Content. Please review carefully any product descriptions, the Rental Terms, and any applicable Usage Terms made available for each Licensed Rental Content prior to finalizing your rental payment.

You may select the Authorized Device on which you want to view your Licensed Rental Content, but you may view it on only one Authorized Device at a time, and in some cases on a limited number of Authorized Devices. Licensed Rental Content is also subject to restrictions regarding transferability between Authorized Devices. Once playback of Licensed Rental Content in a particular format has started on an Authorized Device, you may not be able to view that content using any other Authorized Device without a separate license payment.

11.7. Other Licensed Content. Other Licensed Content may be downloaded or streamed to Authorized Devices. For Other Licensed Content that is downloaded, you may be able to view that content for a limited number of times on certain Authorized Devices only. For Other Licensed Content that is streamed, you may be prohibited from streaming multiple titles of Other Licensed Content or multiple streams of a single title of Other Licensed Content from your Account at any one time. After ordering Other Licensed Content, we encourage you to immediately download the content, where supported, on all Authorized Devices on which you may want to later view it. In some cases, Other Licensed Content may not be available for subsequent copying or downloading to additional Authorized Devices. Access to Other Licensed Content that has been purchased may also be subject to compatibility between the Authorized Device and the video format of the Other Licensed Content, continued availability to the Other Licensed Content from our third-party licensors, and other applicable restrictions.

11.8. Technical Requirements. Delivery of and your access to Video Content are dependent on variables not under our control, including the speed and availability of your broadband or network connection, compatibility between the format of the Video Content and the Authorized Device you use to access that Video Content, availability of Video Content from our third-party licensors, and any applicable restrictions that may be imposed on the Video Content from our third-party licensors. SIE is not responsible for any delays or technical difficulties in downloading, streaming, or viewing the Video Content related to these variables. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR CREDIT FOR ANY DOWNLOADED OR STREAMED CONTENT THAT YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO VIEW OR HAVE DIFFICULTY VIEWING DUE TO THESE UNCONTROLLABLE VARIABLES, UNLESS THE CONTENT IS FAULTY OR UNLESS THE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

You bear all responsibility for ensuring that you have the capabilities to view Video Content in the appropriate format, or at all. Please carefully review any Usage Terms and descriptions of Video Content made available to you before making any rental or purchase. Output of Video Content in certain formats may require additional equipment that is sold separately.

11.9. Proper activation of a supported Authorized Device by the Account that ordered the Video Content is required to download, stream or view the content. Video Content is connected to the Account used to order that content and cannot be transferred from one Account to another. Each Account can activate no more than the maximum number of Authorized Devices, and each Authorized Device can only be activated for a limited number of Accounts.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION, CONSOLE SUSPENSION, AND OTHER REMEDIAL ACTIONS
12.1. Termination by You. You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting PlayStation Support. The best way to request closure of an Account is by going to: support.playstation.com/livechatrequest. Please have the following information readily available: (a) Sign-in ID (email address); (b) PSN ID; and (c) account security information.

12.2. Suspension or Termination by SIE. With or without notice, we may restrict, suspend or terminate your PSN Account and PlayStation Device, or indefinitely restrict, suspend or discontinue your access to or, or use of, certain PSN Content, offerings, features, products and services, if you violate this Agreement or we have a reasonable belief such a violation has or will occur, or as otherwise may be reasonably necessary to protect our PSN users, our partners, our platform, or other SIE interests.

12.3. Effect of Account Termination. After your Account is terminated, you will not be able to access PSN. Any game ranking, scores, trophies, Virtual Items, including virtual currency balances (whether earned or purchased), subscriptions, or other information saved on, or requiring connection to, PSN will not be retained or accessible. Account termination is irreversible.

UPON TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT (OR ANY ASSOCIATED CHILD ACCOUNT) FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR ITEMS (INCLUDING SUBSCRIPTIONS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, AND PRE-PAID PRODUCTS OR SERVICES), VALUE ACCUMULATED ON IN-GAME ITEMS OR ANY UNUSED BALANCE IN YOUR WALLET, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW OR AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

12.4. Effect of Account Termination on Child Accounts. Generally, termination of a Family Manager Account (i.e., the Account of an adult who creates a Child Account) will result in the termination of any associated Child Accounts. However, in some cases,
we may permit your associated Child Accounts to remain open. In those cases, you will remain liable for all their acts and purchases until the Child Accounts are terminated. Parental Control settings placed on Child Accounts prior to the termination or suspension of your Account will remain in place, and the Child Accounts will be permitted to use the remaining funds in your PSN Wallet subject to any limits that were put in place prior to your Account termination. However, you will not receive any correspondence from us about the Child Accounts’ activities or purchases.

12.5. Console Suspension. Upon suspension of your PlayStation Device, you will not be able to use that console to (a) access PSN with any Account (even if you create a new one); (b) play any games or game modes requiring online access; or (c) access any content purchased from the PlayStation Store. You will still be able to play any disc games that run on your console, if they do not need to connect to PSN to run.

12.6. Other Remedial Actions. If we determine that you or any of your associated Child Accounts have violated this Agreement (including the Community Code of Conduct, the Usage Terms, or any other incorporated terms), or that your actions have injured or damaged SIE or the PSN community, we reserve the right to take any action we believe necessary to remedy the violation or to protect SIE’s interests, including: (a) the automatic removal or blockage of content associated with those Accounts; (b) implementation of upgrades or devices intended to discontinue unauthorized use; (c) the permanent or temporary disablement of access to any PSN Content, PlayStation Devices, products, services or features; (d) notifying law enforcement or the appropriate authority; and (e) initiating legal action.

MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADES
From time to time, it may become necessary to provide certain content to you to ensure that PSN, PSN Content, or your PlayStation Devices are functioning properly. Some content may be provided automatically without notice when you sign in. This content may include automatic updates or upgrades that may change your current operating system, cause a loss of data or content or cause a loss of functionalities or utilities. Upgrades or updates may be provided for system software for your PlayStation Device or other devices. Access or use to any system software is subject to terms of a separate end user license agreement. You authorize us to provide this content, updates and upgrades, and you acknowledge that we are not liable for any damages, loss of data or loss of functionalities arising from our delivery of these content, updates, upgrades and maintenance services. It is recommended that you regularly back up any archivable data.

We may indefinitely suspend, or discontinue online access to content or data associated with your Account at any time, including for service deprecations, maintenance services, or upgrades, without notice or liability. We may also discontinue offering certain PSN Content or features. For any PSN Content that uses online servers, we make no commitment to continue to make those servers available. In addition, we reserve the right to delete player account data that we determine to have been dormant.

BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION
14.1. Purpose. The term "Dispute" means any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc., or any of their current or former affiliates, including parents or subsidiaries, and any predecessor or successor entity to any of the foregoing, including Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, and Sony Interactive Entertainment America LLC (collectively, "Sony Entities") regarding PSN or PSN Content, or the use of any PlayStation Devices or other devices sold by a Sony Entity to access PSN Content, whether based in contract, statute, regulation, ordinance, tort (including fraud, misrepresentation, fraudulent inducement, or negligence), or any other legal or equitable theory, and includes the validity, enforceability or scope of this "BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION" section (with the exception of the enforceability of the Class Action Waiver clause below). "Dispute" is to be given the broadest possible meaning that will be enforced. If you have a Dispute with any Sony Entity or any of a Sony Entity's officers, directors, employees and agents that cannot be resolved through negotiation within the time frame described in the "Notice of Dispute" clause below, you and the Sony Entity that you have a Dispute with agree to seek resolution of the Dispute only through arbitration of that Dispute in accordance with the terms of this section, and not litigate any Dispute in court, except for those matters listed in the Exclusions from Arbitration clause. Arbitration means that the Dispute will be resolved by a neutral arbitrator instead of in a court by a judge or jury.
14.2. Exclusions from Arbitration. YOU AND THE SONY ENTITIES AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM FILED BY YOU OR BY A SONY ENTITY IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE ARBITRATION TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION.
14.3. Opt-Out Right. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER WITHIN 30 DAYS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THE BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN THIS SECTION, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN WRITING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE THAT YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS A LONGER PERIOD IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. YOUR WRITTEN NOTIFICATION MUST BE MAILED TO 6080 CENTER DRIVE, 10TH FLOOR, LOS ANGELES, CA 90045, ATTN: LEGAL DEPARTMENT/ARBITRATION AND MUST INCLUDE: (1) YOUR NAME, (2) YOUR ADDRESS, (3) YOUR PSN SERVICES ONLINE ID, IF YOU HAVE ONE, AND (4) A CLEAR STATEMENT THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH ANY SONY ENTITY THROUGH ARBITRATION.
14.4. Notice of Dispute. IF YOU HAVE A DISPUTE WITH ANY SONY ENTITY, YOU MUST SEND WRITTEN NOTICE TO 6080 CENTER DRIVE, 10TH FLOOR, LOS ANGELES, CA 90045, ATTN: LEGAL DEPARTMENT/ARBITRATION, ATTN: SONY LEGAL DEPARTMENT: DISPUTE RESOLUTION, TO GIVE THE SONY ENTITY YOU HAVE A DISPUTE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE INFORMALLY THROUGH NEGOTIATION. You agree to negotiate resolution of the Dispute in good faith for no less than 60 days after you provide notice of the Dispute. If the Sony Entity you have a Dispute with does not resolve your Dispute within 60 days from receipt of notice of the Dispute, you or the Sony Entity you have a Dispute with may pursue your claim in arbitration pursuant to the terms in this section.
14.5. Class Action Waiver. YOU AND THE SONY ENTITY WITH WHICH YOU HAVE A DISPUTE AGREE THAT ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR AS A NAMED OR UNNAMED MEMBER IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, UNLESS BOTH YOU AND THE SONY ENTITY WITH WHICH YOU HAVE A DISPUTE SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO DO SO IN WRITING FOLLOWING INITIATION OF THE ARBITRATION. IF APPLICABLE LAW PRECLUDES ENFORCEMENT OF THE LIMITATION IS THIS PARAGRAPH AS TO A PARTICULAR REMEDY, THEN A CLAIM SEEKING THAT REMEDY (AND ONLY THAT REMEDY) MUST BE SEVERED FROM THE ARBITRATION AND BROUGHT IN COURT. THIS PROVISION DOES NOT PRECLUDE YOUR PARTICIPATION AS A MEMBER IN A CLASS ACTION FILED ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 20, 2011.
14.6. Initiation of Arbitration/Selection of Arbitrator. If you or the Sony Entity you have a Dispute with elect to resolve your Dispute through arbitration, the party initiating the arbitration proceeding may initiate it with the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), www.adr.org, or JAMS www.jamsadr.com. The terms of this section govern in the event they conflict with the rules of the arbitration organization selected by the parties.
14.7. Arbitration Procedures. Because the software and/or service provided to you by the Sony Entity you have a Dispute with concern interstate commerce, the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA") governs the arbitrability of all Disputes. However, applicable federal or state law may also apply to the substance of any Disputes. For claims of less than $75,000, the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes ("Supplementary Procedures") shall apply including the schedule of arbitration fees set forth in Section C-8 of the Supplementary Procedures; for claims over $75,000, the AAA's Commercial Arbitration Rules and relevant fee schedules for non-class action proceedings shall apply. The AAA rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Further, if your claims do not exceed $75,000 and you provided notice to and negotiated in good faith with the Sony Entity you had a Dispute with as described above, if the arbitrator finds that you are the prevailing party in the arbitration, you will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs as determined by the arbitrator, in addition to any rights to recover the same under controlling state or federal law afforded to the Sony Entity you have a Dispute with or you. The arbitrator will make any award in writing but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by a party. The award will be binding and final, except for any right of appeal provided by the FAA, and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties for purposes of enforcement.
14.8. Arbitration Location. You or the applicable Sony Entity may initiate arbitration in either San Mateo County, California or the United States county in which you reside. In the event that you select the county of your United States residence, the Sony Entity may transfer the arbitration to San Mateo, County in the event that it agrees to pay any additional fees or costs you incur as a result of the change in location as determined by the arbitrator.
14.9. Severability. If any clause within this arbitration agreement (other than the Class Action Waiver clause above) is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be severed from this section, and the remainder of this arbitration agreement will be given full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable in its entirety, this entire arbitration agreement will be unenforceable, and the Dispute will be decided by a court.
14.10. Continuation. This section survives any termination of this agreement or the provision of PSN Services to you.GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, govern this agreement and any dispute between you and the Sony Entities. Any dispute not subject to arbitration and not initiated in small claims court may be brought by either party in a court of competent jurisdiction in either the Superior Courts for the State of California in and for the County of San Mateo or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Each party submits itself to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts, and waives all jurisdictional, venue and inconvenient forum objections to those courts. In any litigation to enforce any part of this agreement, all costs and fees, including attorney's fees, will be paid by the non-prevailing party.GENERAL LEGAL
16.1. Modifications. We may modify the terms of this agreement at any time, including imposing a fee for creating Accounts or for any PSN Service. A printable copy of this agreement is available at www.playstation.com/legal. If material changes to this agreement are made, you will be notified by e-mail or other communication when you sign in to PSN Services. Your continued use of PSN Services, including use by your children on the associated Accounts, will signify your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept material changes to the agreement, please do not use PSN Services, and contact customer service at the addresses located at the end of this agreement to terminate this agreement and your Accounts.
16.2. Successors and Assigns. This agreement inures to the benefit of the parties, including any of our successors in interest. We have the right to assign our rights and obligations under this agreement to any affiliates or to any Sony Entity.
16.3. Severability. If any provision of this agreement is held illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed, and the remainder of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
17.1. No Warranty. No warranty is given about the quality, functionality, availability or performance of PSN, PSN Services, or any feature or Content offered on or through PSN. All services and content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults. We may change, add or remove functionalities or features in our PSN Services, and we may suspend or stop our services altogether. We do not warrant that the service and content will be uninterrupted, error-free or without delays. In addition to the limitations of liability of this agreement, we expressly disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of non-infringement. We assume no liability for any inability to purchase, access, download or use any content, data or service. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RECOURSE IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM PSN OR ITS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, AND OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR WITH RESPECT TO YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO PSN SERVICES IS LIMITED TO YOUR DIRECT DAMAGES, NOT TO EXCEED THE UNUSED FUNDS IN YOUR WALLET AS OF THE DATE OF TERMINATION. PlayStation Network Terms of Service

IMPORTANT:
PlayStation Network is not for children younger than 7.

If you are 7 to 17 years old, your parent or legal guardian (“Responsible Adult”) must read and accept these Terms for you. You can read them too. Ask your Responsible Adult to explain anything you do not understand. You can also read the PSN Rules at www.playstation.com/legal/PSNTerms/‎‎. The Rules are shorter than these Terms. They help you understand the most important bits.

AS A CONSUMER YOU MAY HAVE RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LOCAL LAWS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, LIMITED OR CHANGED. THOSE RIGHTS TAKE PRIORITY OVER ANYTHING IN THESE TERMS.

BEFORE YOU START USING YOUR ACCOUNT.‎
Read these Terms. We will rely on these Terms when dealing with you. ‎ We may suspend an account if the account holder breaches these Terms. If you have any questions, contact our customer services – see section 30.

1. When do these Terms apply?

‎1.1‏ These terms apply to every account for PlayStation Network and all use of that account.‎

2. What is PlayStation Network?

‎2.1‏ PlayStation Network is also called PSN. PSN is a service delivered over the internet. It connects you with other players and provides access to a range of services. To use PSN you need an account. There is no charge for creating an account but there is a charge for some services available via PSN.

3. Who are we?

‎3.1‏ We are Sony Interactive Entertainment Network Europe Limited, company number 06020283 (“SIENE”). SIENE is incorporated in England and Wales.

‎3.2‏ If you live in the European Economic Area we act through our branch in the Netherlands at Olympia 1, 1213NS Hilversum, Netherlands under establishment number 000051647869.

4. Who can create an account for PSN?

‎4.1‏‎ Only people aged 7 and over can have an account.

‎4.2‎. If you are 7 to 17 years old, you need your Responsible Adult to agree to you having an account and help you to create it.

‎4.3‎. If you are 18 or over you can create an account by yourself. Create your account first. Then create separate accounts for each child for whom you are the Responsible Adult. Set Parental Controls on each Child Family Member Account to tailor their activity. For more detail, see section 11 below.‎

5. What happens if you breach these Terms?

‎5.1‏ We may take various actions as set out in section 24, including suspending your account. While suspended, you will not be able to use PSN. That means you will not be able to use some Products, even those you paid for.

PSN is for everyone
‎6.‏Your commitment to us.‎

‎6.1.‏ You must be honest with us. Give us accurate personal information about yourself and any Child Family Members. Keep that information up to date via account management.

‎6.2.1.‎ This is important because we rely on the information you provide. We send important information to the email addresses you give us. We use your Child Family Member’s date of birth to tailor their experience.

‎6.2.2. If you give us false information we may suspend the affected accounts. For example, we may suspend adults accounts if children are using them. When that happens, you lose access to PSN and some Products, even paid for ones. You can contact customer services to understand why you or a Child Family Member has been suspended and what you can do.‎

‎7.‏Defined Words and Phrases.‎

‎“Approved Payment Method”: the payment methods we accept on PSN.

‎“Authorised Systems”: any of our games consoles. That includes original PlayStation, PlayStation®2, PlayStation®Portable, PlayStation®3, PlayStation®Vita, PlayStation®TV, PlayStation Classic, PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®5.

‎“Child Family Member Account”: an account for someone whose date of birth indicates they are under 18. A Child Family Member Account has some functionalities determined by age and comes with a range of Parental Controls which the Family Manager or Guardian can set. See section 10. On PS3 and PS Vita the term sub account has the same meaning as Child Family Member Account.

‎“Child Family Member": someone with a Child Family Member Account.

‎“Code of Conduct”:how you must behave on PSN, as set out in section 12.

‎“Family Manager”:the adult account holder who creates a Child Family Member Account is the Family Manager. An adult account holder who invites other adult account holders to join their “family” is also a Family Manager.

‎“Family Member”:any account holder who belongs to a “family”.

‎“Guardian”: an adult Family Member nominated by the Family Manager who can set Parental Controls for Child Family Members.

‎“Parental Controls”: settings enabling a Family Manager or Guardian to tailor the experience of Child Family Members. Find more information about Parental Controls at: www.playstation.com/safety.

‎“Products”:all the digital content and digital services available via PSN. Products may be free or paid-for. Products include games, music, movies, subscriptions, PSN Wallet top up service and funds, virtual communities (where you can interact with other players) and more. Available Products vary depending on which system you are using and where you live. Some Products may not be available in your preferred language.

‎“PSN Wallet”:holds the funds you add to your account to spend on the PlayStation Store.

‎“Responsible Adult”:the parent or legal guardian of a child.

‎“Terms” these PlayStation Network Terms of Service.‎

‎"User Generated Content", also called "UGC": text, messages, comments, pictures, photographs, voice, music, videos, game assets, game videos, game-related information and other materials (i) created by you or others on PSN and/or (ii) shared by you or others via PSN.

‎“Wallet Funds” funds in your PSN Wallet.

‎“Wallet Top Up” buying Wallet Funds or redeeming a voucher for Wallet Funds.

‎8. What other terms apply when you use PSN?‎

‎8.1. In addition to these Terms, the following terms apply and form part of your contract with us:

‎8.1.1. PlayStation Privacy Policy (explains what data we collect and how we use and share it).‎

‎8.1.2. System Software Licence (governs use of the software embedded in an Authorised System).

‎8.1.3. Software Usage Terms (govern your use of PlayStation game and application software developed to operate on one or more of the Authorised Systems).

‎8.1.4. PlayStation Stars Terms (governs your membership and use of PlayStation Stars).

‎8.2. Find those documents at www.playstation.com/legal/PSNTerms/.

‎8.3. To access some Products (e.g. games and services) you must agree specific terms notified to you by us or the publisher of that Product.

‎8.4. If you fail to obey any of the terms mentioned above you will breach these Terms.

‎9. Your account security.‎

‎9.1. We use appropriate technical measures to secure PSN and the information we hold about you.

‎9.2. You must play your part too. You are responsible for all use of your account, unless:

‎9.2.1. someone else used the account because we failed to use appropriate technical measures to secure PSN or the information we hold about you; or

‎9.2.2. someone else used the account but you had taken reasonable steps to prevent that happening including those in section 9.3.

‎9.3. Some steps to stop others using your account:

‎9.3.1. Sign-out of your account at the end of each session.

‎9.3.2. Set a passcode to prevent anyone with access to your Authorised System logging in to your account.

‎9.3.3. Use a strong password, different from any you use for other online services, and turn on “Require Password at Checkout” to prevent others spending on your account.

‎9.3.4. Never share your account details with anyone else.

‎9.3.5. Never let anyone else use your account, not even a family member or friend.

‎9.4. What if something goes wrong?

‎9.4.1. Change your password immediately if you think anyone else knows it.

‎9.4.2. Notify us immediately if you think someone else has control of your account.

‎9.4.3. Notify law enforcement if you are a victim of crime in relation to the PSN. ‎(For example, someone else using your payment details on PSN.)

PSN account security
‎10. Your Child Family Members.‎

‎10.1. You must create a separate Child Family Member Account for each child. Set appropriate Parental Controls for each. See section 11.

‎10.2. Child Family Members have access to our PlayStation Store. See section 14. One of the Parental Controls is a monthly spend limit. We set it to zero. You can increase it. Only allow Child Family Members a monthly spend limit higher than zero if you are satisfied they are able to understand the purchase flow and make purchase decisions up to that value.

‎10.3. By setting a spend limit for a Child Family Member (or appointing a Guardian who does so), you are telling us:

‎10.3.1. the child can understand (i) the concept of a purchase; (ii) the cost; and (iii) an online purchase flow; and

‎10.3.2. you pre-approve and agree to pay for all PlayStation Store purchases by that Child Family Member up to the spend limit.

‎10.4. For each Child Family Member Account, you must:

‎10.4.1. provide accurate information – see section 6 – including age;

‎10.4.1.1. Why? This affects how we deal with them. We will use their age to tailor what they can see, buy and do on PSN. However, not all Products available via PSN are rated and some contain adult language and material which your Child Family Members may see.

‎10.4.2. explain to your Child Family Member how they should behave when using the PSN or dealing with us or the PSN community – see our Code of Conduct in section 12 – how to protect themselves and their account;

‎10.4.3. set appropriate Parental Controls – see section 11;

‎10.4.4. appropriately monitor their use of the PSN;

‎10.4.4.1. Why? Your Child Family Members may receive communications from other PSN users that will not be copied to you.

‎10.4.5. agree to supervise, and therefore accept responsibility for, your Child Family Member’s Account(s) activity to ensure they comply with these Terms. This will not apply:

‎10.4.5.1. if someone else used the account because we failed to use appropriate technical measures to secure PSN or the information we hold about your Child Family Members; or

‎10.4.5.2. if someone else used the account but you and your Child Family Member had taken reasonable steps to stop that happening.‎

‎11. Parental Controls.‎

‎11.1. We offer a variety of Parental Controls. You can read about them at www.playstation.com/safety.

‎11.2. Important information about our Parental Controls:

‎11.2.1. Guardians can set Parental Controls and adjust the ones you’ve set.

‎11.2.2. We will not notify you of Parental Control changes made by Guardians.

‎11.2.3. Only appoint Guardians you completely trust.‎

‎12. Code of Conduct.‎

‎12.1. You and your family members must follow our Code of Conduct in all dealings with us and other members of the PSN community. Read this carefully and help us keep PSN the best place to play for everyone.

PSN is for everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, colour, immigration status, social and economic class, educational level, shape and size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability, or any other attribute that people use to label others or divide communities.

‎☒ Do not threaten, harm, or alarm anyone or encourage anyone else to do so.

‎☒ Do not bully, harass, or stalk anyone.

‎☒ Do not encourage anyone to hurt themselves or someone else.

‎☒ Do not share, buy, sell, rent, sub-licence, trade, or transfer any accounts, account details, or other credentials.

‎☒ Do not disturb or interrupt gameplay.

‎☒ Do not cheat.

‎☒ Do not use any bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or unintentional mechanics in products or PSN to get an advantage.

‎☒ Do not phish for or harvest any accounts, account details, or other credentials.

‎☒ Do not forward recommendations or offers to your contacts without their permission.

‎☒ Do not share or send information that misleads others.

‎✓‏ ‎ ‏Be discreet. Keep it decent.‎

Always use common sense and good manners. Things you say and do online affect other people and have real world consequences. Think before you post anything online. Beware that information you put online can spread and may be seen by people you didn't expect would see it.

‎☒ Do not reveal personal information about other people or yourself. It makes you and them vulnerable. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, social network handles, messaging app profiles, phone numbers, email addresses, and real-world addresses like your home, school, or temporary location.

‎☒ Do not share material that is pornographic, obscene,or that depicts extreme or abhorrent violence.

‎☒ Do not share or threaten to share any image or other media of another person without their consent.

‎✓‏ ‎ ‏Help us ensure PSN is the best place to play.‎

We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment. If you breach this Code, or your conduct off PSN gives us reason to believe you may endanger the safety or well-being of our community, we may take any action as reasonably necessary to protect PSN and our players.

If you believe someone has breached the Code of Conduct, tell us so we can take action to help keep PSN and our community safe. It is particularly important to tell us if you think there is a risk anyone could get hurt in real life. If you see someone else misbehaving:

‎√ ‏Report them to us using our contextual grief reporting tools. For more information on grief reporting and blocking, please visit playstation.com/reporting and playstation.com/blocking.

‎√ ‏If you engage with them, stay calm and respectful. Lead by example and don’t breach this Code yourself.

‎☒ Do not submit false grief reports or otherwise abuse the grief reporting system.

‎✓‏ ‎ ‏Follow any specific rules for each product.‎

Child safety on PSN
‎13.‎ Do we track what you do online?‎

‎13.1. Yes, but we can't track all activity and we make no commitment to do so.

‎13.2. We may track and record your PSN activity and remove any of your UGC that breaches these Terms, without further notice to you. Other users may record things they see and send them to us.

‎13.3. Information we get can include your content, voice and text communications, gameplay videos, the time and location of your activities, your real name, your PSN Online ID and IP address.

‎13.4. We (or our affiliated companies) use that information to enforce these Terms, to comply with the law, to protect our rights and those of our licensors and users, and to protect our community. We may pass this information to the police or other appropriate authorities.

‎13.5. See our Privacy Policy at www.playstation.com/legal/PSNTerms/ for more details about this use of your information.‎

‎14. PlayStation Store.‎

‎14.1. All accounts can access PlayStation Store.

‎14.2. Everything you buy from PlayStation Store, you buy from us. That includes Wallet Funds and anything bought using Wallet Funds.

‎14.3. You can pay using PSN Wallet funds or an Approved Payment Method.

‎14.4. The currency and price displayed is inclusive of any indirect taxes. You must pay any import VAT and duties, foreign exchange and bank or card charges that apply (if any).

‎14.5. Child Family members:

‎14.5.1. We filter the rated content a Child Family Member can see and buy on PlayStation Store based on their date of birth and any Parental Controls you set.

‎14.5.2. The cost of Products Child Family Members buy comes out of your PSN Wallet, up to the monthly spend limit you set for each Child Family Member (see section 10.3.2). If you do not accept this, do not change the Child Family Member’s spend limit from the default of zero and do not appoint a Guardian who can change it.

‎14.5.3. Child Family Members cannot instigate a charge to your credit card. Their purchases will only be successful if you have enough funds in your PSN Wallet.

‎15.‎ Shopping on PlayStation Store.‎

‎15.1. Make sure your Child Family Members understand how PlayStation Store works. What follows applies to them as well as you, except where indicated.

‎15.2. We guide you through the buying process from Product choice to purchase confirmation via a series of screens and instructions.

‎15.2.1. Read the information we show you during your purchase carefully. It affects the cancellation rights you may otherwise have under applicable local laws – see section 16.

‎15.3. The last button press is “Order and Pay”. When you press that button:

‎15.3.1. If your Wallet Funds are enough to pay the price, we deduct the funds from your PSN Wallet;

‎15.3.2. If you have some but not enough Wallet Funds to pay the price, we take those and charge the balance to your Approved Payment Method. ‎(Does not apply to Child Family Members);

‎15.3.3. If you have no Wallet Funds, we charge the full price to the default Approved Payment Method stored on your account. ‎(Does not apply to Child Family Members); and

‎15.3.4. You send the order to us.

‎15.4. If we cannot fulfil your order we will refund any sums deducted from your:

‎15.4.1. PSN Wallet to your PSN Wallet;

‎15.4.2. Approved Payment Method to that payment method unless it is one of the Approved Payment Methods for which we cannot do that. In those cases, we refund to your PSN Wallet.

‎15.5. You buy a personal licence to use Products for private use. Your licence to use games is not transferrable unless your local applicable laws say it must be.

‎15.5.1. This means you can use a Product in the ways described in the licence but do not own the Product.

‎15.5.2. We tell you where to find the licence terms during the purchase flow.

‎15.6. If you delete or close the purchasing account, you may lose access to and use of the Product.

‎15.7. If a third party published the Product, you may need to associate or link your account for PSN to an account you hold with that third party to use the Product. The Product may become linked to that third party account as well as the purchasing account. If you unlink the third party account from your account for PSN or if your third party account is closed or deleted, you may lose access to the Product.

PS Safety
‎16. Can I cancel my purchases just because I changed my mind?‎

‎16.1. Yes, in limited circumstances and when you request it within certain timeframes. See our Cancellation Policy at www.playstation.com/store-cancellation-policy.

‎16.2. Read the information we show you during your purchases carefully. When you buy, we provide information and follow a process which limits the change-of-mind cancellation rights you might otherwise have under applicable local laws.

‎16.3. Change-of-mind cancellation rights explained. In some countries, local law says that, when you buy Products online, you have time to change your mind, cancel your purchase and get a refund. In countries of the European Economic Area, for example:

‎16.3.1. When you buy digital content (like a game or movie), you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of your transaction

‎16.3.2. When you buy services (like a subscription or Wallet Funds), you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of your transaction.

‎16.3.3. But, the law also says that, if you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content or immediate supply of the service, we can provide them immediately and limit your right to cancel those orders provided we explain to you how that affects your cancellation rights.

‎16.3.4. Because most of our customers want to use their purchases straight away, we design our purchase flows to get your consent to immediate delivery of digital content and services and we provide you with clear information about how that affects your cancellation rights.

‎16.4. So, unless a Product is faulty or you have other rights to cancel your order under applicable local laws, when you shop with us:

‎16.4.1. You will not be able to change your mind and cancel your digital content purchase once you begin to download the content; and

‎16.4.2. You can change your mind and cancel your Subscription service purchases within 14 days of purchase but the amount we refund can be less than your purchase price (to account for the use you have had of the service).

‎17‏ PSN Wallet

‎17.1. You can only use Wallet Funds to buy Products from PlayStation Store. We are not a bank and the PSN Wallet is not a bank account. Wallet Funds do not earn interest.‎

PSN wallet
‎18. Payment Methods.‎

‎18.1. We store your credit and debit card and PayPal account details when you use them for a transaction. We use them for future purchases unless you delete them through your account settings.

‎18.2. We do not store your payment card’s 3-digit security number. You do not need to enter it for future purchases.

‎18.3. For other Approved Payment Methods you may need to enter the details each time you buy something.

‎18.4. When you buy a Product using mobile billing your mobile network provider charges you the amount of the purchase. They may charge you their standard messaging rate on top.‎

‎19. Chargebacks

‎19.1. A chargeback happens when your payment service provider (i.e. the supplier of your payment method such as a bank, or PayPal), reverses a payment you made. A chargeback of a sum paid to us for Products we provided results in a debt to us equal to the amount of the chargeback.

‎19.2. As a chargeback can indicate you suspect fraud or account take-over, we will suspend your account or console to protect it while we investigate. If there is no lawful reason for the chargeback, your account will remain suspended until the debt is repaid. We may deduct funds from your PSN Wallet to pay any debt owed by you to us.

‎20. Special Terms applying to some Products.‎

General.‎

‎20.1. Products we sell may not work with Authorised Systems and software licensed for sale outside of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Russia and Oceania.

‎20.2. Unless otherwise specified, all Products are for non-commercial, home use only.

Games.‎

‎20.3. Some games and apps let you buy:

‎20.3.1. Products from the PlayStation Store; or

‎20.3.2. other things directly from the publisher of the game or app.

‎20.3.2.1. You cannot use Wallet Funds to buy anything from the publisher and you will need to register a payment method with them.

‎20.3.2.2. The spend limit on a Child Family Member’s account only applies to purchases from PlayStation Store.

‎20.4. Some Products offer online services like online multiplayer, leaderboards or communication facilities.

‎20.4.1. To access online multiplayer you (or another account which has designated your PS4 as its “primary console” or, if you have a PS5, has enabled the “Offline & Homeshare” setting on your PS5) need to have an active PlayStation Plus subscription.

Subscriptions.

‎20.5. Subscriptions continue indefinitely. We charge you on-going fees automatically on a regular basis until cancelled. We explain the on-going fees, the billing frequency and how to cancel before you buy. We email you before each payment is due.

‎20.6. Trials roll into paid-for subscriptions. We charge you subscription fees unless your subscription is cancelled before the end of the trial period. We explain this, the on-going fees, the billing frequency and how to cancel before you take out a trial.

‎20.7. If you do not have enough Wallet Funds to pay a recurring subscription fee, we charge the balance to your default payment method (if any).

‎20.7.1. This does not apply to purchases made by Child Family Members.

‎20.8. At the end of each billing period and at the end of a trial, we take the subscription fees for the next period. This will not happen if:

‎20.8.1. You cancel the subscription before the end of the trial or current billing period.

‎20.8.2. You do not have enough funds in your PSN Wallet and you do not have a registered payment method.

‎20.8.3. We discontinue the subscription for any reason.

‎20.9. If your payment for a subscription fails we may continue trying to take payment from you over the next few days.

‎20.9.1. You may be able to access the subscription service during that period.

‎20.9.2. Your billing period will not change. If a payment retry is successful, your next payment date will be the same as if your initial payment had not failed.

‎20.10. We may change the on-going cost of a subscription (up or down) to reflect changes in the subscription product, to reflect our costs in providing the subscription, to ensure the subscription continues to be a viable service or to respond to market changes, such as changes to exchange rates, local taxes or inflation.

‎20.10.1. We will notify you by email at least 60 days in advance of any price increase, telling you the new cost and the date from which the new cost will apply. You will be able to cancel before the price rise takes effect.

‎20.11. If you already have a subscription (whether paid or as part of a free trial) and you buy another subscription for the same service, your current subscription will end at the end of the current billing period and the new subscription will begin.

‎20.12. The package of Products in a subscription may vary throughout your subscription period. Age, geographic and other restrictions mean you may not be able to access all Products in the package. Some Products may be available to non-subscribers separately.

Pre-Orders.‎

‎20.13. You must pay for pre-orders on the date you place your pre-order.

‎20.14. You can cancel your pre-order and get a refund as explained at the point of purchase and section 16. If you cancel a pre-order you will no longer be entitled to any promotional products offered with the pre-order.

Virtual Currency.‎

‎20.15. Some games include fictional currencies (“VC‎”). Depending on the game you can earn VC through gameplay or buy it from PlayStation Store. You can exchange it in-game for other in-game items, experiences or functionality.

‎20.16. You must not:

‎20.16.1. sell, purchase, transfer or use VC outside of the game;

‎20.16.2. wager with or for VC (for example “skin betting”) unless the game provides that functionality;

‎20.16.3. exchange or redeem VC for money or money’s worth.

‎20.17. Each game publisher determines how their VC works and what you can do with it. See the game publisher’s terms for details.‎

‎21. Content You Create and Share.‎

‎21.1. Some Products allow you to share your UGC with us and other players.

‎21.2. You own your UGC. However you must not commercially exploit it without consent. You need consent from us and, where relevant, the publisher of the Product. This is because the way you make and share your UGC means your UGC may be bound up with software or intellectual property belonging to us and the publisher of the Product.

‎21.3. When you share your UGC:

‎21.3.1. We may make it visible across the PSN.

‎21.3.2. We may make it visible in other places like our websites and those of our affiliated companies.

‎21.3.3. We and our affiliated companies may alter your UGC for various reasons, including to add your Online ID (or your real name if you choose to use it) so others know it is yours, to ensure it displays well on various devices and so on.

‎21.3.4. Others can interact with it and do things to it like comment on it, alter it, delete it or reshare it.

‎21.3.5. We and our affiliated companies may:

‎21.3.5.1. license, sell and otherwise commercially exploit your UGC (for example, selling subscriptions to access your UGC alone or in combination with other UGC);

‎21.3.5.2. receive advertising revenue in connection with UGC;

‎21.3.5.3. use your UGC in the promotion of Products and any other PlayStation® products and services;

‎21.3.5.4. alter or delete your UGC where necessary to comply with the law or exercise our rights under these Terms.

‎21.4. We do not pay you for using your UGC as described in section 21.3.

‎21.5. By sharing UGC you are telling us you have all rights necessary to such UGC and to grant the rights set out in this section 21.

‎21.6. The licence for a Product may tell you more about how UGC sharing works for that Product.‎

‎22. Do we ever change PSN or change products after you buy them?‎

‎22.1. Sometimes, yes, but only where it is reasonable because it is minor and justified. For example, we may change PSN and Products from time to time:

‎22.1.1 to ensure the PSN or Products are working as intended (e.g. fix bugs and glitches and to improve efficiency);

‎22.1.2 for security reasons;

‎22.1.3 to adapt the PSN or Product to a new system or technical environment;

‎22.1.4 to improve the PSN or Product. This may include updating in-game items, in-game levels and tasks or changing the rewards for completing in-game activities; or

‎22.1.5 to adapt the PSN or Product to a change in number of users and/or to ensure the commercial viability of the PSN or Product.

‎23. Closing your account

‎23.1. You may close your account by contacting us using the details at section 30.

‎23.2. If you have not used your account for at least 36 months we may take steps to close it. In that case, we will contact you via the email address registered to your account and give you 6 months to either log in to your account or contact us and tell us to keep your account open.

‎23.3. After your account is closed, you will not be able to access the PSN or use the Products purchased with that account. Account closure is irreversible.

‎24. What we do if you breach these Terms or we think your account is compromised?‎

‎24.1. If we have evidence to conclude that

‎24.1.1. either:

‎24.1.1.1. you;

‎24.1.1.2. one of your Child Family Members; or

‎24.1.1.3. the holder of any account that you permit to use your Authorised System;

has breached these terms of service; or

‎24.1.1.4. your account has been compromised (e.g. when you instigate a chargeback citing fraud);

the actions we may take, and the duration of those actions, will be limited to what is objectively necessary to protect you, our interests and those of other users.

‎24.2. We may take action against account holders who are responsible for or are affected by the breach. ‎ This could include:

‎24.2.1. any Authorised System you use;

‎24.2.2. your accounts;

‎24.2.3. your Child Family Member Accounts; and

‎24.2.4. any other accounts on an Authorised System you use.

‎24.3. Our actions may include:

‎24.3.1. resetting account passwords;

‎24.3.2. suspending subscriptions;

‎24.3.3. suspending access to some or all Products;

‎24.3.4. suspending accounts;

‎24.3.5. uploading updates to the Authorised Systems intended to stop unauthorised use;

‎24.3.6. preventing Authorised Systems connecting to PSN; and

‎24.3.7. bringing, initiating and/or participating in government, criminal and/or private legal action against you.

‎24.4. If we delay acting or fail to act in response to any breach, it will not stop us acting at a later date for that or any other breach.‎

‎25. Our liability to you when things go wrong

‎25.1. As a consumer, you may have rights under applicable local laws that cannot be excluded, limited or changed. Those rights take priority over anything in this section 25.

‎25.2. These Terms do not:

‎25.2.1. affect any statutory guarantees or warranties you have as a consumer under local applicable laws; or

‎25.2.2. exclude or limit our liability in any way unless we are allowed to do so under your applicable local laws.

‎25.3. If you are a consumer we have unlimited liability for the following:

‎25.3.1. Reason: If we cause death or personal injury by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors.

Our Liability: Unlimited.

‎25.3.2. Reason: If the liability is caused by our deliberate breach, our fraud, our fraudulent misrepresentation, or our behaviour is grossly negligent.

Our Liability: Unlimited.

‎25.4. Subject to sections 25.1, 25.2 and 25.3, we limit our liability to you as follows:

‎25.4.1. Reason: If we fail to deliver any Product.

Our Liability: We will refund the amount you paid for the Product.

‎25.4.2. Reason: If we deliver a Product but it is faulty.

Our Liability: You will have the remedies available to you under the statutory warranties in your country of residence. In addition, we commit to the following:

If a Product is faulty, we will always try to get it fixed or replace it.

However, if the Product is so faulty that you have a right to reject it under applicable local law and you choose to reject, we will give you a full refund. If you choose to keep it, we will provide you with a partial refund. If you prefer you can have a replacement Product.

If you don’t have a right to reject the Product but we can't get it fixed or replace it within a reasonable time, or without causing you significant inconvenience, we will provide you with a full or partial refund.

We will calculate a partial refund as the difference between the price of the Product and the value of the Product as delivered.

You may also have a right to compensation for reasonable, foreseeable loss or damage caused by the faulty Product.

How Products are fixed.

If a Product is faulty, it can usually be fixed by a process called patching. Patching updates the code over the internet. We sell Products that we do not make so we need someone else to patch them for us. We will always try to ensure they do so and do so in a reasonable time.

‎25.4.3. Reason: Malicious or unauthorised use of the PSN, your account, your Child Family Member Accounts or Products including the activity of hackers.

Our Liability: Unless this is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, we have no liability to you.

‎25.4.4. Reason: Temporaryinability to use the PSN.

Our Liability: Unless this is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, we have no liability to you.

‎25.4.5. Reason: If you close your account because you will not accept a material change to these Terms, the Software Usage Terms or our Privacy Policy or if we permanently close the PSN.

Our Liability: We will refund your unused PSN Wallet funds and a pro-rated refund for any unexpired periods of your subscriptions.

‎25.4.6. Reason: Any event outside our reasonable control (also known as “Force Majeure” or “Act of God”).

Our Liability: We have no liability to you.

‎25.4.7. Reason: Damage that would have been avoided if you:

‎- followed our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge; or

‎- followed installation instructions; or

‎- had the minimum system requirements in place.

Our Liability: We have no liability to you.

‎25.4.8 ‏Reason: Business losses including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Our Liability: We have no liability to you.

‎25.4.9 ‏Reason: Any loss you suffer that was not caused by our breach of these Terms and which is not otherwise covered above.

Our Liability: We have no liability to you.

‎25.4.10 ‏Reason: In any cases not covered above.

Our Liability: Our liability will not be more than £100 (or local currency equivalent) or, if higher, the amount of unused Wallet Funds.

‎25.5. To the extent you are using the PSN other than as a consumer:

‎25.5.1. we do not limit our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; (ii) our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) deliberate breach; (iv) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable local laws.

‎25.5.2. subject to section 25.5.1, we accept no liability for (i) loss of profit; (ii) loss of sales or business; (iii) loss of agreements or contracts; (iv) loss of anticipated savings; (v) loss of or corruption of software; (vi) data or information; (vii) loss of or damage to goodwill; and (viii) any indirect or consequential loss.

‎25.5.3. subject to section 25.5.1, our total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise will not be more than £100 (or local currency equivalent) or, if higher, the amount of unused Wallet Funds.

‎26. Ownership and use of intellectual property rights (“IP”)‎

‎26.1. We own or hold licences to all IP in Authorised Systems, PSN and our Products.

‎26.2. Other people own or hold licences to all IP in their Products.

‎26.3. You must use Authorised Systems, PSN and Products ONLY:

‎26.3.1. in the ways set out in these Terms or the Product licence; unless

‎26.3.2. expressly allowed under applicable local law.

‎26.4. We take protection of our IP and the security of our Authorised Systems, PSN and Products seriously and pursue people who threaten them.

‎26.5. Do not use stolen or illegally acquired Authorised Systems or Products.

‎26.6. Do not do any of the following in connection with Authorised Systems, PSN or Products:

‎26.6.1. emulate them;

‎26.6.2. disrupt their operation;

‎26.6.3. use any unauthorised hardware or software;

‎26.6.4. avoid any authentication, encryption or security measures;

‎26.6.5. access any information that does not belong to you or a Child Family Member;

‎26.6.6. share, buy, sell, rent, sub-licence, trade, transfer, phish for or harvest any accounts or account details or other credentials; or

‎26.6.7. help anyone else to do any of these things.

‎26.7. Do not create derivative works from the Authorised Systems, PSN or Products.

‎26.8. Do not hack, crack, decrypt, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Authorised Systems, PSN or any Product or help anyone else to. This restriction applies to the fullest extent permitted under mandatory applicable local law.

‎26.9. Do not use Authorised Systems, PSN and Products commercially, charge for their use or make any public performance without consent of the IP owner.

‎26.10. If you use the advertised features of an Authorised System, the PSN or a Product in accordance with the licence to it, you will not breach sections 26.7, 26.8 and 26.9.

‎26.11. Before you try to do anything that is not permitted under these Terms, we recommend you seek legal advice to confirm it is expressly allowed under applicable local laws.‎

‎27. Do we ever change these Terms? And what happens then?‎

‎27.1. Yes, we may make changes to these Terms.

‎27.2. If the changes are reasonable because they are minor and justified, we will give you reasonable notice of the changes, for example by a posting when you sign in to the PSN, by PSN message or by email.

‎27.3. For any other changes, we will ask you to accept the new Terms before you log into the PSN again. If your Child Family Member is the main user, you may have to accept before they can log in again too.

‎28. How are these Terms enforced?‎

‎28.1. If you are using the PSN as a consumer in the European Economic Area:

‎28.1.1. these Terms, any contracts formed in accordance with them and any disputes we may have in connection with them will be governed by and determined according to the laws of the Netherlands but you will have the additional protection of the mandatory laws of the country in which you live. The mandatory laws of the country in which you live take priority over the laws of the Netherlands.

‎28.1.2. we can enforce these Terms in a court of competent jurisdiction in the country in which you live.

‎28.1.3. you can enforce these Terms in a court of competent jurisdiction in the country in which you live, in England and Wales where our company (SIENE) is incorporated (under company registration number 06020283), or in the Netherlands where our company is registered as a branch (under branch establishment number 000051647869).

‎28.2. If you are using the PSN as a consumer outside of the European Economic Area:

‎28.2.1. these Terms, any contracts formed in accordance with them and any disputes we may have in connection with them will be governed by and determined according to the laws of England and Wales but you will have the additional protection of the mandatory laws of the country in which you live. The mandatory laws of the country in which you live take priority over the laws of England and Wales.

‎29. Can anyone else enforce these Terms?‎

‎29.1. No. These Terms do not create any rights that are intended to be enforced by a third party.‎

PLAYSTATION™NETWORK TERMS OF SERVICE AND USER AGREEMENT

CREATING AN ACCOUNT (“ACCOUNT”) GIVES YOU ACCESS TO PLAYSTATION™NETWORK (“PSN”). YOUR ACCESS TO PSN IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND INDICATE WHETHER YOU AGREE TO ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS PSN.

1. ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT

1.1. This Agreement is a contract between you and Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. (“SIE Inc.”) and can be accepted only by an adult of legal age of majority to enter into contracts in the country/area in which your account is registered (18 years if you are a Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Indonesia, *Mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan Region resident, or 20 years if you are a Thailand resident). If you are under the legal age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must consent to this Agreement and the PlayStation™Network Privacy Policy. By clicking the "ACCEPT" button yourself, you affirm that you have reached the legal age of majority and that you are voluntarily and willingly accepting and are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You also consent to the terms of PlayStation™Network Privacy Policy.

*For the purposes of this Agreement and the PlayStation™Network Privacy Policy, "Mainland China" refers to the People's Republic of China and excludes Taiwan Region, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region.

1.2. You are legally and financially responsible and liable for all actions on the Account, including the actions of children and anyone else with access to your Account.

1.3. This Agreement applies to services, software and content provided by SIE Inc. through or in connection with PSN or your Account, the PlayStation™Store (“PS Store”) and virtual communities, whether delivered onto a PlayStation®-branded device such as, but not limited to, a PlayStation®5, a PlayStation®4, a PlayStation®Vita; a PlayStation®3, (each PlayStation-branded device, a “PlayStation Device”), and a PlayStation-Certified mobile device through, a mobile telephone, a tablet, a personal computer, an internet-enabled television, home audio or video device or another authorized device or otherwise. Such services, software, and content include subscriptions, data, system software, fixes, updates or newer releases and peripheral materials.

1.4. We may also require that you agree to additional content-specific or service-specific terms or policies (“Usage Terms”) in order to access some services or products available on PSN. By agreeing to and accessing those services or products, you agree that the applicable Usage Terms become part of this Agreement and govern your access and use of them. Notwithstanding any provision of any other agreement, in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Service Agreement or any other terms of service in connection with PSN or in connection with any disc-based product used with PSN, this Agreement shall prevail.

1.5. We may also provide access (paid or unpaid) to content, products, or services offered by publishers or entities other than SIE and its affiliates (“Third-Party Services”). When you use PSN or your Account to access Third-Party Services, the applicable terms of this Agreement and any applicable Usage Terms will govern your use of that service. Any such Third-Party Services may also require you to accept additional and separate terms and conditions that govern your use of those Third-Party Services (“Third-Party Terms”). Please carefully review the terms of any Third-Party Terms as notified to you before accepting them or using or accessing such Third-Party Services. Any violation by you of such Third-Party Terms may also be deemed a violation of this Agreement.

1.6. If you accept this Agreement, you are subject to its terms and all other agreements that you have entered into in connection with PSN, as well as any terms and conditions applicable to any Third-Party Services, product, service or content purchased or accessed by you on or through PSN as notified to you at the time of the purchase and/or access. Specifically, you agree that the terms of the (a) the System Software License Agreement, which governs the use of the software embedded in a PlayStation Device; and (b) all applicable Software Product License Agreements (which govern your use of PlayStation game, mobile, and application software developed to operate on a PlayStation Device) shall be incorporated herein by reference and shall form a part of this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by their terms. Please make sure that you have read a copy of these documents, which can be found at www.playstation.com/legal.

1.7. You agree that you will not directly or indirectly use PSN (i) in any way for any commercial purpose, (ii) in any way that violates the law in the jurisdiction in which you are resident or in which you are present when you access the service or to which you transfer data or information when using the service or the code of conduct, or (iii) in any way that harms Sony Interactive Entertainment (“SIE”) companies or any of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, providers, partners, and users. You agree that you will not use any unauthorized hardware or software to access or use PSN.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1. PSN gives you the opportunity to participate in SIE’s online community, play games online, download and purchase content and services, such as new levels for your favorite games, as well as game and subscriptions. PSN may not be available, or may not be supported, in some countries and regions and in some languages. You must create an Account in order to access PSN’s content and services.

2.2. If you are a parent or legal guardian, and where available, you may also create Accounts that are linked to your Account for your children (“Child Accounts”). If you are accepting these terms as a parent or legal guardian, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, you affirm that you accept this Agreement and the PlayStation™ Network Privacy Policy on behalf of your child, and you accept all legal and financial responsibility and liability for their actions and compliance with these terms.

2.3. Depending on the PlayStation Device you use, Accounts for family members may have different descriptions and features available. Please carefully review the information provided when you create or manage Child Accounts as a parent or guardian. Your child must meet certain age requirements when you create an Account for him or her that is linked to your Account as a Child Account or as a subordinated Account.

2.4. Subject to applicable laws or unless directly caused by or arising out of SIE Inc.’s negligence, SIE Inc. reserves the right to deny the creation of any account at its discretion and for any reason.

2.5. All information provided during account registration and during the use of your Account must be truthful, accurate and complete. SIE Inc. reserves the right to suspend, terminate or restrict your account (and associated Child Accounts) that uses or was created using false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information or that SIE Inc. determines was created or is used for a purpose that violates this Agreement. Termination of your Account and associated Child Accounts may result in the termination of data or purchases associated with those Accounts.

2.6. We may request identifying documentation or information from you as part of your Account creation (or at any time thereafter) in order for you to create an Account or for us to provide certain offerings, functionality, or features to you; if we have a reasonable suspicion of fraud, illegal activity, that your Account may have been compromised, or that you or your Account is in violation of these terms; to avoid harm to SIE Inc., its affiliates, licensors, or players; or as may be required by law. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your Account and PlayStation Device, and your participation in or access to offerings, functionality or features, if you do not provide such documentation or information, or based on our review of such documentation and information.

2.7. Do not share your Account sign-in ID and password with others. All users should safeguard their Account sign-in ID, password or other authenticating information and take steps to prevent access to your Account by other persons on any shared devices. We have no liability for any unauthorized usage of any Account. If we believe your Account has been compromised, we may take action to protect you and SIE Inc. Such actions may include resetting passwords; cancelling subscriptions; suspending Accounts or restricting Account activities or access. We may also upload updates to your PlayStation Devices to stop unauthorized use of your Account or prevent PlayStation Devices from connecting to PSN.

3. PARENTAL CONTROLS

3.1. As the parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for monitoring your child's access to or use of PSN, as well as any communications made or received by your child on or through PSN. You are also responsible for the use of your Account by your children or others.

3.2. Some content and services may not be appropriate for children under a certain age. Please check age ratings for content and services before accessing, downloading or purchasing. Not all content and services are rated. Once content is downloaded, it may be accessed by children who are under the rated age. Please monitor your child’s access to content, services and communications that may be age inappropriate. Parental controls will not apply to certain materials, including downloaded content and unrated or streamed materials, services and communications. Your child may not be able to access content or play games rated for users older than his or her registered age. More information about parental controls is available through your Account settings pages and in our online user guides which can be found at: https://www.playstation.com/support/account/.

3.3. Certain information, including the PSN online ID (“Online ID”), real name (if you choose to display it), profile picture, “About Me” statement, avatar pictures, country / area of residence, preferred language and gaming scores and statistics, may be displayed in PSN or on our or third party game related websites. SIE Inc. has no liability for any unauthorized usage of any account unless directly caused by or arising out of SIE Inc.’s negligence.

3.4. After signing into your Account through a compatible web browser, you may continue to be signed in for up to 60 days. You may also have access to select PSN related sites and select Third-Party Services without having to sign in. This will only apply to the web browser that you used when you sign-in. All users should safeguard their sign-in ID and password to prevent use by any other user. If you sign-in to your Account on a device that may be shared with others, you must ensure that you sign-out from your account at the end of each session. If you do not sign-out, others may be able to access your Account and perform actions on your behalf without knowing your password.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

4.1. Code of Conduct.

You and your family members must follow our Code of Conduct in all dealings with us and other members of the PSN community. Read this carefully and help us keep PSN the best place to play for everyone.

4.2. We are not responsible for monitoring or recording any activity or communications on PSN, although we may do so in order to investigate violations of or enforce this Agreement, or to protect the rights and property of SIE, its partners, and customers. We are not liable for any violation of this Agreement by you or by any other PSN user. Violations of our Code of Conduct may result in moderation action taken against your Account and PlayStation Devices (see section 14 for more information). We may also notify law enforcement (or another appropriate government agency) if the breach involves a threat to the life or safety of yourself or others, or any other activity that we believe to be unlawful. If we believe a child may be in distress, we may contact the owner of the Family Manager Account (i.e., the Account of an adult who creates a Child Account) by email or other appropriate means, including to direct you to third party services for assistance and which you may or may not use at your sole discretion. If you are rude to, or abuse or threaten, our employees, agents, or representatives, in addition to any other actions we may take under this Agreement, we may restrict you from contacting us or refuse to provide you with any further consumer support.

4.3. We and third parties may provide functionality allowing you to share your information, including, your Online ID, real name (if you choose to display it), profile, pictures, activities, gameplay and information on your purchases, and to recommend your favourite content and services to your friends via PSN. Only share your information and send recommendations to friends who you know want to receive them and whose age is appropriate for the content and services you are recommending. If you are sharing the personal information of others, you may only do so with their express consent. If you receive unwanted messages, ask the sender to stop. If they do not, you can add that person to your block list. See https://www.playstation.com/support/account/ for more information.

4.4. For users with Mainland China as country / area of residence

4.4.1. You may not use your Account or use PSN in any way to create, reproduce, publish or disseminate any information which:

opposes the basic principles in the Constitution of the People's Republic of China (the "PRC");endangers the security of the PRC, divulges PRC State secrets, or jeopardizes the sovereignty and unification of the PRC;damages the honor and interests of the PRC;violates PRC policies on religion, or propagates heresies or superstition;disseminates rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, or instigates others to commit crimes;is prohibited by PRC laws, administrative regulations and other provisions ("Applicable PRC Laws").

4.4.2. Unless otherwise required by Applicable PRC Laws, there is no requirement or expectation that SIE Inc. will monitor or record any online activity on PSN, including communications. However, SIE Inc. reserves the right to monitor and record any online activity on PSN, and you give SIE Inc. your express consent to record all of your activities on PSN. SIE Inc. reserves the right to remove any content from anywhere on PSN at SIE Inc.’s sole discretion without notice. SIE Inc. has no liability for any violation of this Agreement by you, by Child Accounts, or by any other player. You agree to indemnify SIE Inc. against any claims or demands made against SIE Inc. in connection with any violation by you or by Child Accounts of this Agreement, and agree to hold SIE Inc. harmless against any claim or demand that you may have as a result of or in connection with the violation of this Agreement by any other player.

5. CONTENT AND SERVICES ON PSN

5.1. PSN provides you with the ability to buy and redeem a variety of content and services, including game-specific items, such as new gameplay levels and graphics, as well as game and subscriptions. All content and services available on PSN are provided by SIE Inc., including content created or published by third parties. However, we are not responsible for content and services posted, streamed or transmitted by other PSN users.

5.2. Third parties, including publishers may administer some services, including delivery gameplay or customer service for certain games on SIE Inc.’s behalf. Where reasonably necessary to enable third parties to provide such services, we must provide them with your personal information and the personal information of your children on the associated Child Account(s). If you do not consent to allow us to share your personal information and the personal information of Child Accounts with third parties for the purpose of providing you with PSN services, you will not be able to participate in PSN.

5.3. In addition, you may be able to set your PlayStation Device or other authorized device to automatically download or receive new content from the PSStore without further notice to you when you sign into PSN. This Agreement shall apply to any such content.

5.4. For users with Mainland China as country / area of residence

5.4.1. Please note that, notwithstanding any other provisions in this Agreement, currently some services and functions of PSN (collectively the “Some PSN Services/Functions”) may not be available, or may not be supported, in Mainland China for regulatory, licensing or other reasons as determined by SIE Inc. in its absolute discretion. The creation of an Account or Account registration by you does not mean that you are entitled to receive all PSN Services/Functions in Mainland China and by accepting these terms you expressly acknowledge this and accept this to be the case.

5.4.2. In order to comply with Applicable PRC Laws and policies of the PRC, and the requirements of the relevant authorities to establish anti-addiction measures for minors, additional restrictions may be applied to child accounts, such as playtime curfews, playing time limits or termination to support child accounts. These restrictions may change from time to time based on regulatory requirements and at SIE Inc.’s discretion, separate notification will be provided.

6. VIRTUAL WALLET

6.1. For some countries, you can buy content and services from the PSStore and its associated in-game stores. Your Account has an associated virtual wallet (also referred to as a “wallet” herein), and all purchases made on PSN are made using funds from the wallet or any other current, valid payment method we may identify as acceptable on the PS Store as may be updated from time to time, published at https://www.playstation.com/support/store/payment-methods-accepted-on-ps-store/#accepted, and which may include payment through your account with a third party (each, an “Approved Payment Method”).

6.2. Child Accounts that are associated with your Account do not have a separate wallet, and all purchases made by them will be made through your wallet.

6.3. You can only hold a certain maximum amount of funds in your wallet as determined by SIE Inc. (“Limit”), using either (i) a credit or debit card; (ii) a pre-paid card where available; or (iii) any other Approved Payment Method. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, SIE Inc. HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REVERSE OR REFUND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES MADE USING ANY AVAILABLE APPROVED PAYMENT METHOD. SIE Inc. reserves the right to refuse the purchase of any wallet funds for any reason.

6.4. Except as otherwise permitted by applicable law or as expressly provided in this Agreement, funds added to the wallet are non-transferable. Wallet funds have no value outside PSN and can only be used to purchase content or services from SIE Inc. which may include certain Third-Party Services.

6.5. Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law, if you do not log-in to your PSN account for 2 years: (i) SIE Inc. may terminate your Account and this Agreement with you without prior notice or liability; and (ii) your PSN wallet funds shall be deemed abandoned or unused. PSN wallet funds that are not used within 2 years of purchase or redemption will also be deemed abandoned or unused. PSN wallet funds that are deemed abandoned or unused pursuant to this Agreement or by applicable law will not be returned or restored unless required by applicable law.

6.6. Funds added to the wallet are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in the then current PSStore Cancellation Policy at www.playstation.com/store-cancellation-policy or required by applicable law.

6.7. A request for refund of PSN wallet Funds may be made in writing to SIE Inc. at c/o Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited at Suite 2207-08, 22/F, Tower 6, The Gateway, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. An administration fee will be charged for any refund application made and processed by SIE Inc. Unless otherwise stated in the then current PSStore Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law, SIE Inc. is under no obligation to comply with any refund request including in circumstances where the PSN wallet funds are deemed to have been abandoned or unused under this Agreement or applicable law or where the terms of this Agreement have not been complied with.

6.8. For users with Taiwan Region as area of residence

6.8.1. In accordance with the Regulations Governing the Use of Uniform Invoices and Guidelines of E-invoice Implementation from Ministry of Finance, SIE Inc. will issue an e-invoice within 2 days from the date of any PSN wallet top up (except for top ups using a pre-paid card). You can set your e-invoice preference on the PlayStation™ website at the Customer Service page located in the Support section.
If you do not set a preference, by completing a PSN wallet top up transaction, you agree that SIE Inc. will donate your invoices to a charity designated by SIE Inc. on your behalf.

6.8.2. We will notify you before we terminate your Account and this Agreement with you due to inactivity or deem any PSN wallet funds as abandoned or unused as indicated above. If you do not log-in to your Account or use your PSN wallet funds within 15 days of our notification: (i) SIE Inc. may terminate your Account and this Agreement with you without further notice or liability; and (ii) your PSN wallet funds shall be deemed abandoned or unused.

6.9. For users with Mainland China as country / area of residence

In order to comply with Applicable PRC Laws and policies of the PRC, and the requirements of the relevant authorities to establish anti-addiction measures for minors, PSN Account users in Mainland China who, based on the results of the real-name authentication, are under 18 years of age, are not permitted to use the PSN wallet functions described above.

7. PREPAID CARDS

7.1. Each Account and its associated Accounts will be subject to the Limit. If you acquire or purchase a prepaid card that has a value that, when added to the wallet’s existing balance, exceeds the Limit, you will not be able to apply the value of the prepaid card to the wallet until sufficient funds have been spent from the wallet to allow the sum of the full value of the prepaid card and wallet to be equal to or less than the Limit. Prepaid cards may be sold by authorized distributors or retailers and are the sole responsibility of authorized distributors and retailers.

7.2. SIE Inc. is not responsible for, or liable for any claims arising as a result of, any problems encountered using a prepaid card, including any problems or defects relating to those cards. Please contact the distributor or retailer from whom you purchased your prepaid card if you have any problems with your card. Your use of these instruments is subject to this Agreement and their respective Usage Terms (if any).

7.3. For users with Mainland China as country / area of residence

In order to comply with Applicable PRC Laws and policies of the PRC, and the requirements of the relevant authorities to establish anti-addiction measures for minors, PSN Account users in Mainland China who, based on the results of the real-name authentication, are under 18 years of age, are not permitted to use the prepaid cards described above.

8. PURCHASES AND TRANSACTIONS ON PLAYSTATION STORE

8.1. PS Store is where you can buy digital games, subscriptions, virtual currency, and other digital content. You can pay for purchases on PS Store using PSN wallet funds or an Approved Payment Method. You must be signed into your Account to complete your purchase. If you delete or close your Account, you may lose access to and use of any purchased content.

8.2. Account Linking

If a third party publishes a Product you purchase, you may need to associate or link your account for PSN to an account with that third party to use that Product. The Product may become linked to that third-party account as well as the purchasing account. If you unlink the third-party account from your account for PSN, or if your third-party account is closed or deleted, you may lose access to the Product.

8.3. All purchases and transactions on or through the PSN are solely between you and SIE Inc. By completing a transaction through your Account or allowing a transaction to take place through a Child Account, you are (i) agreeing to pay for all purchases including recurring charges for subscriptions that are not cancelled; (ii) authorizing SIE Inc. to deduct from the wallet and charge your credit card or other applicable payment instrument or payment mechanism all applicable fees due and payable for all purchases made by you or by Child Accounts; (iii) agreeing to the current prevailing terms of this Agreement, as made available at https://doc.dl.playstation.net/doc/legal/; and (iv) agreeing to any applicable Usage Terms and the terms of service associated with the particular content or services, subject to section 5 above. SIE Inc. is enrolled in the Visa Account Updater®, and MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater® programs.

8.4. If your credit card expires or the number changes, your credit card issuer will notify SIE Inc. that there has been a change, and we will automatically update your payment details to complete the transaction.

8.5. All sales are final upon the completion of your purchase, including purchase of subscriptions and other prepaid products or services. Unless otherwise stated in the then current PSStore Cancellation Policy at www.playstation.com/store-cancellation-policy or required by applicable law, purchased content or services are not refundable or transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

8.6. SIE Inc. reserves the right to deduct from the wallet any amount and associated fees resulting from any request by you to your credit card company or other payment processor to reverse the charges for a purchase made on or through the PSN. SIE Inc. also reserves the right to terminate the Account and all associated Child Accounts in these circumstances. In lieu of termination of your Account in such circumstances, SIE Inc. may elect to provide a mechanism by which you fund the wallet associated with your Account to prevent your Account (and any associated Child Accounts) from being terminated.

8.7. All transactions are made in the currency of your country / area of residence. Features, specifications, prices, services and content are subject to change or withdrawal at any time and SIE Inc. does not provide any refunds in the event of a price drop, a subsequent promotional pricing or changes to the product offering. Special product, prices and promotions are no longer valid once they are changed or removed. All sales are subject to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People’s Republic of China.

8.8. Pre-orders and Bundles

You may have the option to order certain content in the form of bundles (such as seasons of television series) or a pre-order. You will be charged for the content at the time of the order, but some of the content may not be available until the listed release date.

8.9. Virtual Items

8.9.1. “Virtual Items” includes any virtual currency, goods, or effects such as coins, points, tokens, gold, gems, weapons, vehicles, buffs, power-ups, trophies, rewards, or badges.

8.9.2. Any attempt to obtain Virtual Items outside of the applicable game, the app, or PS Store is prohibited. Virtual Items have no value or application outside of the game or PS Store, and may not be sold, transferred or redeemed for real money or items of value. Virtual Items may be modified or removed without notice.

8.9.3. You may not make available, any cheats, technological measures, or other methods designed to enable or encourage any collection, selling, or trading of PSN content, including Virtual Items.

8.10. You can make purchases only from a designated SIE regional company which is determined by your country / area of residence. Your country / area of residence may be verified by your credit or debit card number and may be rejected if the information does not match. Please retain any transaction related communications we may send to you. Your transaction history is also available in your Account management area.

8.11. Although SIE Inc. will try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you promptly. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and the purchase price will be refunded to your wallet.

8.12. As explained above, although all transactions are made in the currency of your country / area of residence, all purchases and transactions on or through the PSN are solely between you and SIE Inc. Your credit card issuing company may treat such transactions as overseas transactions and may charge you overseas transaction fees or other related fees. Please enquire with your credit card issuing company before using your credit card for transaction.SIE Inc. has no control over these fees and has no liability for these fees whatsoever.

8.13. Safeguarding Payment Transactions

To help protect your Account from unauthorized payment transactions, you may have the option to enable an Account setting that requires a password or other authentication methods, such as passkey, to complete payment transactions on some devices. As applicable, enable this function to prevent others who may use the same device from being able to make purchases or access your payment information. However, enabling some authentication methods may consequently disable “Require Password at Checkout” and your current 2-step verification (such as through your authenticator app or SMS), or require additional information to authorize and complete the transaction. We have no liability for any unauthorized usage of any Account, unless directly caused by or arising out of SIE Inc.’s negligence or if otherwise required by applicable law.

8.14. Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time there may be information on the PS Store, and related PlayStation websites, that contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to product descriptions, pricing, offer terms, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update such information at any time without prior notice to you.

8.15. For users with Mainland China as country / area of residence

In order to comply with Applicable Laws and policies of the PRC, and the requirements of the relevant authorities to establish anti-addiction measures for minors, PSN Account users in Mainland China who, based on the results of the real-name authentication, are under 18 years of age, are not permitted to carry out purchases and transactions on or through the PSN.

9. PSN VOUCHERS AND PROMOTION CODES

9.1. PSN provides you with the ability to redeem certain content and services using PSN vouchers. Each voucher will be subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated to you with the voucher. Vouchers may not be available in all countries or areas or to all users, and age restrictions may apply. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers may not be transferred or sold to any other person.

9.2. From time to time, SIE Inc., its affiliates or third parties may issue promotion or product codes or vouchers (each, a “promotion code”) which can be used to access promotional offers for PSN content or services, including promotional content. Each promotion code will be subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated to you in connection with the promotion. Promotion codes may not be available in all countries, regions or areas or to all users, and age restrictions may apply. Promotion codes must be used before the specified expiration date, and in accordance with applicable terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotion codes may be used once only by the recipient and may not be transferred or sold to any other person.

9.3. SIE Inc. is not responsible for, or liable for any claims arising as a result of, any problems encountered using a PSN voucher or promotion code, including any problems or defects relating to those vouchers or codes. Please contact the distributor or retailer from whom you purchased or received your voucher or code. Your use of these instruments is subject to this Agreement and their respective Usage Terms (if any).

10. GENERAL LICENSE RESTRICTIONS AND TERMS

10.1. All intellectual property rights subsisting in PSN content, including all software, data, services, and other content subsisting in or used in connection with PSN, the Online ID and access to content and hardware used in connection with PSN (collectively referred to as “Property”) belong to SIE Inc., its affiliates, and its licensors. Use of the terms "own," "ownership", "purchase," "sale," "sold," "sell," "rent" or "buy" in this Agreement or in connection with PSN content does not mean or imply any transfer of ownership of any content, data or software or any intellectual property rights from SIE, its affiliates or its licensors to any user or third party.

10.2. Except as stated in this Agreement, all content and software provided through PSN are licensed non-exclusively and revocably to you for your personal, non-commercial use on the PlayStation Device and any other hardware devices authorized by SIE Inc. or its affiliates, subject to the terms of this Agreement. All use and/or access to Property shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

10.3. You must not sell, transfer, rent, sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Property.

10.4. You must not create any derivative works, attempt to create the source code from the object code, or download content or software for any purpose other than game play or as expressly permitted by SIE Inc.

10.5. Property is not licensed for resale or for public performance.

10.6. You may not use, upload, post, stream or transmit viruses, worms, spyware, time bombs, or other computer programs or automated methods, such as bots or scripts to interact with PSN content, or otherwise in connection with your Account.

10.7. You may not bypass, disable, or circumvent any encryption, security, digital rights management or authentication mechanism existing in or in connection with PSN, or any of the content offered through PSN.

10.8. Except as expressly granted in this Agreement, SIE Inc., its affiliates and its licensors reserve all rights, interests, and remedies in connection with PSN and/or the Property.

10.9. Additional terms of service and use may apply to particular content or services. Use may be restricted depending on the content or service. Please read carefully all specific terms of service and use for particular content or service before purchasing. The restrictions to which particular content or service is subject are in the sole discretion of SIE Inc., its affiliates and its licensors and are subject to change at any time.

10.10. Use of the terms “purchase,” “sale,” “sell” or “buy” on PSN or in connection with PSN shall not mean or imply any transfer of ownership of any content, data or software or any intellectual property rights therein from SIE Inc., its affiliates and its licensors to any user or third party.

10.11. All company, product, and service names and logos referenced on PSN are the marks, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and registered trademarks or service marks ("Marks") of their respective owners. You may not use or reproduce any Marks without the owner's express written consent. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels from any content.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS

11.1. SIE Inc. may offer you the opportunity to purchase, order or download subscriptions that provide access to particular products or services for a specified period of time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel the subscription. The cost of each subscription will automatically be deducted from your wallet or your default Approved Payment Method on file at the beginning of each subscription term. You can view your subscription renewal dates in your Account settings. Subscription terms may change due to changes in your subscription membership.

11.2. You may purchase subscriptions for Child Accounts that are associated with your Account, subject to your acceptance of the terms of the subscriptions You may not share your subscription with other Accounts, including Child Accounts. However, some game content and features that are made available for certain subscriptions may be accessible by other users of the authorized device of a subscriber or an authorized device where a subscriber is logged in.

11.3. As each product offering will have terms and conditions that vary, please review each product description, cost and subscription term carefully before purchase or download. As with all purchases, please print and retain a copy of your email purchase receipt for your reference.

11.4. SIE Inc. may also offer a free trial period with some subscriptions. Subject to the terms and conditions of the free trial offer, if you do not cancel your subscription before expiration of a trial period, your wallet or your default Approved Payment Method on file may automatically be charged the cost of the subscription at the beginning of each subscription term. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription prior to expiration. Please review all terms and conditions carefully before you accept any offer or promotion.

11.5. If you do not have sufficient funds in your wallet to cover the cost of your subscription at the time the subscription is renewed, the subscription will be cancelled unless you have the automatic funding feature on your Account set to “ON.” If the automatic funding feature on your Account is set to “ON,” your credit card or other applicable payment instrument or mechanism will be charged automatically the greater of the subscription cost or the Minimum Fee. Every time a new subscription is purchased, ordered, or downloaded, the automatic funding feature in your Account is set automatically to “ON.” You may change this setting to “OFF” at any time. However, the setting will return to “ON” upon subsequent purchase, order or download of any subscription, so setting your automatic funding feature to “OFF” may not effectively cancel your subscription.

11.6. If you no longer wish to receive your subscription, you must cancel your subscriptions. Upon cancellation of your subscription or termination of your or your associated Accounts, you will not receive a refund or credit for any subscriptions for which you have paidunless otherwise stated in the then current PS Store Cancellation Policy at www.playstation.com/store-cancellation-policy or required by applicable law. Further, you will not be able to access content or services provided in your subscription except as permitted by SIE Inc. Content which you downloaded onto a device and which was provided to you through a subscription at no additional cost beyond the subscription price may not be accessible. Game play information, including trophies earned during a trial offer, promotional period or subscription term may not be available.

12. MAINTENANCE

12.1. From time to time, it may become necessary for SIE Inc. to provide certain content or services to you to ensure that PSN, PlayStation Device, and/or other hardware devices authorized by SIE companies are functioning properly in accordance with SIE Inc. guidelines. Some content or services may be provided automatically without notice when you sign into PSN. Without limitation, such content or services may include automatic updates or upgrades which may change your current operating system, cause a loss of data or content or cause a loss of functionalities or utilities. Such upgrades or updates may be provided for system software for the PlayStation Device or other SIE-authorized hardware. Access or use to any system software is subject to terms and conditions of a separate end user license agreement found at https://doc.dl.playstation.net/doc/legal/. You authorize SIE Inc. to provide such content and services and agree that SIE Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the provision of such content or services.

13. PUBLICIZING USER INFORMATION

13.1. You may be given an option to share or permit SIE Inc. to share information relating to your presence on PSN or participation in PSN services, including your name, sign-in ID, Online ID, photos, friends list, communications and interactions (including by voice), activities, and information on your gameplay, purchases made and content viewed (collectively, “UserInformation”) with third parties, or to recommend your favorite content via PSN. If you choose to do so, only share User Information with friends who you know want to receive it, and whose age is appropriate for the content you are sharing, and you authorize SIE Inc. to use, distribute, copy, display, and publicize your User Information to third parties, including tournaments and ranking, without payment to you, and you agree that use or distribution of your User Information on any third party website or service may be subject to that third party's terms of service and privacy policy. Before electing to share your User Information, please be aware of the kinds of User Information you will be sharing and review the third party's terms of service and privacy policy. You agree that SIE Inc. may also provide your User Information to its subsidiaries or affiliates (including but not limited to Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited ("SIEH")) and vendors in order to provide you with PSN services.

13.2. In addition, you may have the option to create, post, stream or transmit content such as text, messages, comments, screenshots, pictures, photographs, voice, videos, streams, gameplay and game-related information and other materials by you or others, and/or shared by you or others, (“User Material”) via PSN or select Third-Party Services. We may provide you with content to use in the creation of User Material. User Material created by you will belong to you, although any content provided by us will still belong to us and/or our licensors. You may not distribute or share any illegal materials or content.

13.3. You authorize and sublicense SIE Inc. the right to authorize anyone to use, distribute, copy, modify, display and publish your User Material in any manner or any medium without payment to you, and you hereby waive all claims, including any moral rights, against SIE Inc., its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (including but not limited to SIEH) for SIE Inc. or any other third party’s use of User Material and game play information, as applicable. You must not commercially exploit User Material without our consent.

13.4. By posting, streaming or transmitting any User Material you represent and warrant that you have the appropriate rights to use, post, distribute, and transmit the User Material and to grant SIE Inc. the rights stated in the foregoing sentence. You further agree to cooperate with SIE Inc. and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (including but not limited to SIEH) in resolving any dispute that may arise from your posting, streaming or other transmission of User Material.

13.5. SIE Inc. reserves the right to refuse to post, suppress, block, hide, remove, or delete any User Material at its sole discretion without notice, and to report any illegal User Material to the appropriate authorities.

13.6. Some games played on or provided through PSN may have features that allow your information, including game play, Online ID, real name (if you choose to display it), photos, friends list, messages and related gaming information to be recorded by a user and distributed to any third party publicly, including users outside of PSN. You agree that any third party may record, use and distribute such information for any reason without any restrictions or compensation to you. Additional terms and conditions may apply, including SIE Inc.'s Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of any game publisher or service provider. Please review all terms carefully. If you do not want your information to be used, recorded or distributed, please do not play the game online through PSN.

14. CONSOLE SUSPENSION, ACCOUNT TERMINATION / CANCELLATION

14.1. Termination by you

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting PlayStation Support. The best way to request closure of an Account is by going to: https://www.playstation.com/support/contact-us/. Please have the following information readily available: (a) Sign-in ID (email address); (b) PSN ID; and (c) account security information.

14.2. Suspension or Termination by SIE Inc.

14.2.1. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, SIE Inc. may, with or without prior notice to you, restrict, terminate or suspend your Account and your PlayStation Device, or indefinitely restrict, suspend or discontinue your access to or, or use of, certain PSN content, offerings, features, products and services if SIE Inc. determines in its sole and reasonable discretion that you have violated this Agreement or if we have a reasonable belief such a violation will occur, or as otherwise may be reasonably necessary to protect our PSN users, our partners, or other SIE interests. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you agree that SIE Inc. may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason without prior notice, obligation or liability to you.

14.2.2. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, SIE Inc., at its sole discretion, if SIE Inc. determines that you or any of your associated Child Accounts have violated this Agreement (including the Code of Conduct, the Usage Terms, or any other incorporated terms), or that your actions have injured or damaged SIE or the PSN community, we reserve the right to take any action we believe necessary to remedy the violation or to protect SIE’s interests, including: (a) the automatic removal or blockage of content associated with those Accounts; (b) implementation of upgrades or devices intended to discontinue unauthorized use; (c) the permanent or temporary disablement of access to any PSN content, PlayStation Devices, products, services or features; (d) notifying law enforcement or the appropriate authority; and (e) initiating legal action. Depending on the severity of the violation, such. Depending on the severity of the violation, such decisions are final and are not subject to appeal save as may be mandated by applicable local law.

14.3. Effect of Account Termination

Upon termination for any reason, you will not receive a refund for purchased items (including subscriptions and pre-paid products or services), value accumulated on in-game items or any unused balance in your wallet except as expressly provided in this Agreement or by applicable law. Any ranking or scores, or game related information will not be retained or accessible by you or your associated Child Accounts.

14.4. Effect of Account Termination on Child Accounts

Generally, termination of a Family Manager Account (i.e., the Account of an adult who creates a Child Account) will result in the termination of any associated Child Accounts. However, in some cases, SIE Inc. may permit your associated Child Accounts to remain open. In those cases, you will remain liable for all their acts and purchases until the Child Accounts are terminated. Parental Control settings placed on Child Accounts prior to the termination or suspension of your Account will remain in place, and the Child Accounts will be permitted to use the remaining funds in your PSN wallet subject to any limits that were put in place prior to your Account termination. However, you will not receive any correspondence from us about the Child Accounts’ activities or purchases.

14.5. Console Suspension

Upon suspension of your PlayStation Device, you will not be able to use that console to (a) access PSN with any Account (even if you create a new one); (b) play any games or game modes requiring online access; or (c) access any content purchased from the PSStore. You will still be able to play any disc games that run on your console if they do not need to connect to PSN in order to run.

14.6. SIE Inc. reserves the right to bring legal action and to participate in any government or private legal action or investigation relating to your or your children’s conduct, which may require the disclosure of your personal information (or the personal information of your children on the Child Accounts), to which you hereby give your consent.

15. GENERAL LEGAL

15.1. Modifications

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, SIE Inc., at its sole discretion, may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, including imposing a fee for creating Accounts. By accepting this Agreement or by accessing PSN, you agree to be bound by all current terms of the Agreement. To access a printable, current copy of this Agreement, go to https://www.playstation.com/legal/ on your personal computer. If material changes to this Agreement are made, you will be notified by a posting as you sign in to PSN or by email. If necessary or as required by applicable law, you will be given additional choices regarding such change(s). Please check back from time to time to ensure that you are aware of these changes. Your continued use of PSN, including use of your associated Account(s), will signify your acceptance of these changes. If you do not accept material changes to the Agreement and there are funds in your wallet prior to your refusal to accept material changes to the Agreement, those funds may be refunded to you, your account will be terminated and you will not be able to access PSN.

15.2. Successors and Assigns

This Agreement inures to the benefit of the parties, including any of our successors in interest. SIE Inc. has the right to assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any affiliates or to any Sony group company.

15.3. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed or modified only to the extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable while achieving the intended commercial result of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

15.4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising under or in relation to this Agreement ("Dispute"), you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China (or if you are based in Thailand, you submit to arbitration seated in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre under its prevailing HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules). Nothing in the foregoing shall limit the right of SIE Inc. to submit any Dispute to any other competent court, including a competent court at your place of residence.

16. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

16.1. Save as required under any applicable law, no warranty, whether express or implied, is given about the quality, functionality, availability or performance of PSN, or any content or service offered on or though PSN. Without prejudice to the limitations of liability in sections 2, 4 and 14 of this Agreement, SIE Inc. expressly disclaims, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, any implied warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, warranty of satisfactory quality and/or warranty of non-infringement. SIE Inc. assumes no liability for any inability to purchase or use any content, goods or services.

16.2. You agree that, save as required under any applicable law, your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of any loss or damage arising from PSN or in connection with or under this Agreement for whatever reason shall be for direct damages, not exceeding US$100 (or local currency equivalent), or, if higher, the amount of unused funds in your PSN wallet. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, Sony shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to any loss of data, loss of profits, damage caused to software or hardware and any other loss or damage suffered by you or any third party, arising out of or in any respect relating to your use of or access to PSN. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement limits any liability which cannot legally be limited or excluded under any applicable law.

16.3. You remain wholly responsible for your internet service provider fees and any other fees related to or incidental to your use of PSN, including any increase in such fees resulting from your use of PSN.

1. はじめに

1.1 "PlayStation Network"("PSN")利用規約とは?

PSN利用規約(「本規約」)は、PSNをお客様にご利用いただくにあたって、お客様と株式会社ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメント(「SIE」)との間で結ばれる契約です。

お客様には、本規約のほか、「プライバシーポリシー」(https://www.playstation.com/ja-jp/legal/privacy-policy/)および「"PlayStation Store"について」(https://www.playstation.com/ja-jp/legal/about-playstation-store/)に意いただく必要があります。これらの全てに同意されない場合、PSNをご利用いただくことができません。

1.2 本規約は何に適用されますか?

"PlayStation Store"をはじめ、"PlayStation"製品などのSIEが定める対応機器にPSNを通じて提供されるすべてのサービス・ソフトウェア・コンテンツの利用が対象です。

PSNには、新たなコンテンツを自動的にPlayStation製品にダウンロードできるサービスもありますが、そのようなコンテンツの利用も本規約の対象です。



1.3 本規約に同意できるのは誰ですか?

18歳以上の方のみが有効に同意することができます。18歳未満の方は、親権者または保護者に同意いただく必要があります。18歳未満の方は、「PlayStation Networkのルール」(https://www.playstation.com/ja-jp/legal/psn-rules/)もあわせてご参照ください。

お客様は、本規約に同意することにより、お客様自身が18歳以上であることを保証し、お客様のアカウント(その管理下にあるアカウントを含みます)によるPSNのご利用について責任を負うことになります。

2. アカウント

2.1 アカウントとは?

PSNをご利用いただくにはアカウントを作る必要があります。現在のところアカウント作成は無料ですが、PSNを通じて提供されるサービス・コンテンツの中には有料のものもあります。

18歳以上のお客様のみが、単独でアカウントを作ることができます。18歳未満の方は、自らアカウントを作ることはできません。なお、ご利用の機器によりアカウントの名称は異なることがあります。

アカウントを作成時および利用にあたっては、正確で完全な情報を登録してください。虚偽の情報に基づいて作られたアカウントや本規約に対する違反行為を行う目的で作られたアカウントに対して、SIEはアカウントの一時利用停止、利用停止、または利用制限等の措置を行うことがあります。また、SIEは、その裁量により、いかなる理由でもアカウントの作成を拒否することができます。

2.2 ファミリーとは?

18歳以上のお客様は、ご自身のアカウントにファミリーを作成することで、ファミリーメンバー(子ども)のアカウントを6個まで作成し、これらのアカウントをファミリー管理者として管理することができるようになります。なお、ご利用の機器によりファミリー等の名称は異なることがあります。

2.3 ファミリー管理者とは?

ファミリー管理者は、自らが親権者または保護者となる18歳未満のお子様のために、自らのアカウントの管理下にファミリーメンバー(子ども)のアカウントを作成することができます。

ファミリー管理者は、ファミリーメンバー(子ども)によるPSNでの(1)購買行為など金銭の利用、(2)サービス・コンテンツへのアクセス、(3)一部のコミュニケーション機能への参加を管理することができます。

ファミリーメンバー(子ども)によるPSNでの購買行為の記録は、ファミリー管理者に対してEメールで通知されます。また、その他ファミリーメンバー(子ども)のPSNにおける行動も、ファミリー管理者に対してEメールで通知される場合があります(お子様によって特定の設定が変更されたとき、行動規範違反を理由にモデレーションが行われたとき、お子様の心身の安全についてファミリー管理者に知らせる必要があると判断したときなどがありますがこれらに限られません)。

2.4 ファミリー管理者に関する注意事項

ファミリー管理者は、ファミリーメンバー(子ども)によるPSNでのコミュニケーション、サービス・コンテンツの利用やそれらの監視・監督について、お子様の年齢にかかわらず、全ての責任を負います。特に次の事項にご注意ください:

・お子様は、ビデオ、ボイスチャット、ゲームプレイ等のPSNアクティビティに参加できます。これらのサービスを提供するため、SIEは、「プライバシーポリシー」(https://www.playstation.com/ja-jp/legal/privacy-policy/)にしたがって、お客様がアカウント作時にSIEに提供したお子様の個人情報を第三者に対し開示することがあります。

・お子様のオンラインIDは、全てのPSNユーザーが閲覧可能です。また、10.情報公開にしたがって公開されることがあります。

・ペアレンタルコントロールでお子様のコミュニケーションを制限しない場合、お子様のアカウントに付与されるPSNメッセージボックスは、他のPSNユーザーからのメッセージを受信できます。ファミリー管理者への通知はされません。

・次項に定めるレーティング審査のないコンテンツ等、お子様の年齢に対して不適当とされるサービス・コンテンツが提供されている場合があります。購入、利用、ダウンロードする前にレーティングを確認し、視聴年齢制限を超えるサービス・コンテンツへのお子様のアクセスには十分ご注意ください。

2.5 レーティングとは?

レーティングは、サービス・コンテンツの表現内容によってふさわしい対象年齢を示しています。ただし、PSNで提供されるサービス・コンテンツには、レーティング審査を受けていないものも含まれています。

・サービス・コンテンツによっては、レーティングに定められた年齢にお子様の登録年齢が達していない場合にはアクセスできない場合があります。

・PlayStation製品などのPSNサービス対応機器にダウンロードして利用するためのコンテンツには、登録年齢にかかわらず、全てのPSNユーザーがアクセスできる場合があります。

・PlayStation製品本体における視聴年齢制限の設定は、レーティング制度がないコンテンツ、データ、サービス、コミュニケーション等には適用されない場合があります。

2.6 国外向けのPSNは利用できますか?

居住地が日本国内にあるお客様は、日本のPlayStation StoreおよびPSN各種サービス・オンラインストアのみご利用いただけます。

居住地が日本国内にあるお客様は、お住まいの国/地域として日本を選択してください。登録されたお住まいの国/地域が実際の居住地と異なる場合、アカウントに対するサポートはできません。

特別の表示がない限り、お客様が日本国外のPlayStation Storeその他PSNを通じて入手したゲームタイトル等のサービス・コンテンツや、日本国外で発売したゲームタイトルディスクおよび当該ゲームタイトル向けアイテム等のサービス・コンテンツについて、SIEは動作保証をいたしません。

2.7 アカウントに関する注意事項

・各アカウント保有者は、サインインID・パスワードを設定し、アカウントの不正使用が行われないよう、その情報を適切に保管する義務があります。SIEは、適切な保管がされなかったことによるアカウントの不正使用について責任を負いません。

・お客様のアカウントに不正アクセス等のセキュリティ上の安全を損うような不審な挙動が見受けられる場合、SIEはお客様またはSIEの保護に必要な手段を講じることがあります。当該手段には、パスワードリセット、パスキーの廃止、定期購入のキャンセル、アカウントの利用停止、アカウントの利用およびアクセスの制限などが含まれますが、これらに限られません。お客様のアカウントが不正に利用されることやPlayStation製品が不正にPSNに接続されることを防ぐために、SIEはお客様のPlayStation製品向けのアップデートを提供することがあります。

・お客様は自らのサインインID、パスワードおよびオンラインIDを第三者と共有してはなりません。

・お客様の名前、オンラインID、自己紹介、アバター、居住地(国/地域)、言語選択を含む一定の情報は、10.情報公開にしたがって公開されることがあります。

・アカウントは、アカウント保有者に一身専属的に帰属し、第三者に相続させることはできません。

・一定期間使用されないアカウントは削除される場合があります。

・ファミリー管理者のアカウントが削除された場合、その管理下にあるアカウントも同時に削除されます。

・SIEは、アカウント作成およびお客様に特定のオファーや機能を提供する目的で、次に定める場合に必要に応じて、お客様に対し本人確認に必要な書類の提出を求めることがあります:詐欺や違法行為のおそれがあると思われるとき(お客様のアカウントに対してセキュリティ上の安全を損うような不審な挙動が見受けられたとき、お客様のアカウントに本規約の違反があるときなど);SIEとSIEの関連会社、ライセンサー、他のお客様を害しないようにするために必要なとき;または法令上必要なとき。本人確認書類をお出しいただけない場合または提出書類の確認結果をふまえ、SIEはお客様のアカウントやPlayStation製品の利用を一時または無期限に停止したり、制限したりすることがあります。

3. 行動規範およびモニタリング

3.1 行動規範

お客様とそのファミリーメンバーは、SIEやPSNのコミュニティーの他のメンバーと接するときにこの行動規範を守らなければなりません。以下の行動規範をよく読み、PSNが皆様にとって最高の遊び場となるようご協力ください。

✓ インクルーシブ(包括的)でありましょう。

PSNは皆様のための遊び場です。性自認、性的指向、人種、民族、国籍、肌の色、移住者かどうか、社会経済的な地位、教育レベル、外見、家族構成、政治信条、心身の能力、その他レッテルを貼られうるまたはコミュニティーを分断しうる属性にかかわらず、ご利用いただけます。

☒ ヘイトスピーチをしてはいけません。詳細はplaystation.com/hate-speech-policyを確認してください。

☒ 攻撃的または脅迫的な言動をしてはいけません。また、他人に対してそのような言動をそそのかすこともしてはいけません。

☒ 他人をいじめたり、嫌がらせをしたり、つきまとう行為をしてはいけません。

✓ 分別をもち、法令を守りましょう。

☒ 粗暴な態度や人を不快にさせるような態度をとってはいけません。

☒ 人を傷つけるように仕向けてはいけません。

☒ 違法または危険な行為をすると脅かしたり、看過したり、行ったり、助長したりしてはいけません。

☒ なりすまし行為をしてはいけません。

☒ 他人のプライバシーを侵害したり、他人について嘘を言いふらしたりしてはいけません。

ときに自分と異なる意見を持つ人もいます。そのときは、意見を丁寧に伝えるか、折り合いがつかないときは退出しましょう。

☒ PlayStationのブランドを毀損したり、PSNのコミュニティーを害したりするような行動はとってはいけません。

✓ 責任を持ちましょう。

PSNの製品やサービスの脆弱性と思われるものを見つけたときは、SIEが是正できるよう、SIEにご連絡ください。

☒ スパムもしくは営利行為を目的として、またはそれらに関連して、PSNやその製品を利用してはいけません。

☒ アカウント、アカウントの詳細、またはアカウント認証に必要なその他の情報を、共有、売買、賃借、再使用許諾、交換、または譲渡してはいけません。

✓ チームプレイヤーでありましょう。

☒ ゲームプレイの妨害や迷惑行為はしてはいけません。

☒ チート行為をしてはいけません。

☒ 有利にするために、製品やPSNにあるバグ、グリッチ、脆弱性、意図しない機構を使用してはいけません。

☒ アカウント、アカウントの詳細、またはアカウント認証に必要なその他の情報をフィッシィングしたり収集したりしてはいけません。

☒ 相手の許可なく勧誘を目的としてPSNに関係のないおすすめやオファーを送らないでください。

☒ 誤解を生むような情報を他人に共有したり送ったりしないでください。

✓ 思慮深く、礼儀正しくありましょう。

常に良識を持って礼儀正しく接するようにしましょう。オンラインでのお客様の発言や行動は他人に影響を与え、また実生活にも影響をもたらします。オンラインで投稿されるときにはよく考えるようにしてください。オンライン上に情報を公開すると、拡散し、思わぬ人にも閲覧される可能性があることに注意してください。

☒ 他人やお客様自身に関する個人情報を明かしてはいけません。そのような行為は、お客様やその人の安全を脅かしかねません。個人情報とは、例として、SNSのハンドルネーム、メッセージングアプリのプロフィール、電話番号、メールアドレス、自宅の住所、通学先や今いる場所の情報などが含まれますがこれらに限られません。

☒ 公序良俗に反する有害なコンテンツ(ポルノ、過度に残虐な画像等)を共有してはいけません。

☒ 相手の同意なしにその人に関する画像等のコンテンツを他人に共有したり、他人に共有すると脅したりしてはいけません。

✓ PSNを最高の遊び場にするために協力してください。

SIEは安全で居心地の良い環境をご提供することに尽力しています。行動規範に違反した場合、またはPSN外でのお客様の行動がコミュニティーの安全性や健全性を脅かしているとSIEが合理的な理由に基づいて判断した場合、PSNやプレイヤーを守るために合理的に必要なあらゆる措置を講じることができるものとします。

行動規範に違反していると思われる人がいたときには、PSNやコミュニティーの安全のために必要な措置を講じられるよう、SIEにお知らせください。特に、実生活で危害が生じうるような場合は迷わずに連絡してください。

不正または不適切な行為をしている人がいたときには、

✓ 報告機能でSIEに報告してください。報告とブロックについての詳細は、playstation.com/reportingと playstation.com/blockingをご確認ください。

✓ 相手と接するときには、落ち着いて丁寧に接しましょう。お客様は模範となるような行動をし、くれぐれもお客様ご自身が行動規範に違反しないようにしてください。

☒ 虚偽の事実に基づく報告をしたり報告システムを悪用したりしてはいけません。

✓ 定められたルールをよく読み、守りましょう。

playstation.com/safetyやplaystation.com/behaviorでも様々な情報を供していますのでご確認ください。

3.2 PSN利用のモニタリングはしていますか?

法令等によって要請されない限り、SIEは、メッセージ、チャット等のユーザー間コミュニケーションを含むお客様のPSN上のいかなるオンライン活動(「オンライン活動」)も記録、確認、解析等のモニタリングをする義務を負いません。ただし、SIEは、あらゆるオンライン活動をモニタリングする権利を保有し、お客様はSIEがオンライン活動をモニタリングすることに対して明示の同意を与えているものとします。

確認および解析の手段は、キーワード・画像フィルタリング等の機械的な検知、目視、その他SIEが合理的と判断する方法によるものとし、スパムメッセージの防止、青少年保護、生命、身体または財産の保護、その他3.行動規範およびモニタリングに違反する行為の防止を目的とします。

SIEは、独自の合理的な判断で、メッセージ、チャット等のユーザー間コミュニケーションを含むどのようなコンテンツでもPSNへの送受信を停止またはPSN上から削除する権利を保有しています。行動規範に違反すると、SIEはお客様のアカウントやご使用のPlayStation製品の使用制限等のモデレーションをすることがあります。くわえて、お客様自身や他人の生命や身体の安全が脅かされている場合や違法行為があるとSIEが判断した場合には、SIEは警察等の行政機関もしくは適切な公的機関またはこれらと協力連携関係にある団体に連絡することがあります。

4. コンテンツおよびサービス

4.1 PSNでは何ができますか?

PSNでは、各種サービス・コンテンツを購入したり、オンラインコミュニティーやオンラインゲームに参加したりすることができます。ただし、居住地やご利用の機器によって、利用できるサービス等の内容が異なる、またはサポートが提供されない場合があります。

お客様は、PSNを、直接または間接的に、(1)SIEの許諾なく商用または営利目的で使用したり、(2)3.行動規範およびモニタリングに反する態様で使用したり、(3)SIE、SIEの関連会社、ライセンサー、プロバイダーその他の関係者および他のお客様を害するような態様で使用してはなりません。

4.2 PSNのサービス・コンテンツの提供主体は?

全てのサービス・コンテンツは、SIEによって提供されます。これには、SIEと契約した第三者のサービス・コンテンツも含まれます。当該第三者は、特定のサービス・コンテンツの配信またはカスタマーサービスの提供を行うことがあります。

4.3 サービス・コンテンツに関する注意事項

・第三者のサービス提供を可能にするため、SIEは、第三者が管理するコンテンツを利用しているお客様の個人情報を、「プライバシーポリシー」(https://www.playstation.com/ja-jp/legal/privacy-policy/)にしたがって当該第三者に供することがあります。

・第三者のサービスによっては、サービス提供者が独自の規約を定めていることがあります。お客様は当該規約を遵守しなければなりません。当該規約の違反は本規約の違反とみなします。

・サービス・コンテンツによっては、個別の利用条件(「個別条件」)が付帯している場合があります。個別条件は、PlayStation StoreやPSN各種サービス・オンラインストアの商品説明画面等に記載されていますので、必ずご確認ください。本規約と個別条件、またはPSNに付随したサービスの条件が矛盾する場合は、本規約が優先します。

・PSNのサービス・コンテンツを安心してご利用いただくため、「健康のための注意」(https://www.playstation.com/ja-jp/legal/health-warning/)を必ずご確認ください。

5. ウォレット

5.1 ウォレットとは?

ウォレットは、PSNのサービス・コンテンツの決済に利用できる前払式支払手段です。ただし、一部の決済には、ウォレットを利用できない場合があります。

ウォレットは、PSNを通じてSIEが提供するサービス・コンテンツの購入にのみ使用できます。PSN以外での価値はありません。

懸賞やプロモーションによって得たウォレットの利用には、個別の条件が適用される場合があります。

5.2 18歳未満でもウォレットを利用できますか?

18歳未満の方のアカウント専用のウォレットを登録することはできませんが、ファミリー管理者のアカウントのウォレットを通じた決済は可能です。

ファミリー管理者は、自らが管理する18歳未満の方のアカウントによる月毎の使用限度額を設定することができます。この設定は、設定を行った時点から有効となりますが、設定前に使用された金額については、使用限度額に算入されません。

5.3 ウォレットへのチャージはどのように行いますか?

チャージ方法は次の通りです:

・クレジットカード;

・"プレイステーション ネットワーク カード/チケット"、"プレイステーション ストアカード/チケット";

・モバイル決済;

・"PayPal";および

・その他、将来的にSIEが指定する決済方法。

5.4 ウォレットへのチャージに制限はありますか?

SIEはチャージの限度額を定めています。アカウントの登録住所とご利用の決済手段の発行元または提供元の地域情報が異なる場合はチャージできません。また、SIEはウォレットへのチャージを拒否することがあります。

5.5 ウォレットの払戻しはできますか?

法律によって要求される場合または本規約で明示的に認めている場合を除き、一度ウォレットにチャージされると払戻や振替をすることはできません。

5.6 ウォレット決済とクレジットカード決済では、どちらが優先されますか?

クレジットカード("PayPal"を含みます。以下同じ)情報を登録しているお客様がサービス・コンテンツを購入する場合、一部を除き、お客様のウォレットから優先して代金が引き落とされます。購入するために必要な額のウォレット残高がないときは、ウォレット使用後の残額がクレジットカードにより決済されます。

5.7 決済ができなかった場合はどうなりますか?

ウォレットまたは決済に何らかの問題が生じた場合、SIEは、対象アカウントおよびその管理下にあるアカウントに対するサービスを停止することがあります。SIEは、クレジットカードの引き落としを複数回試みることがあります。引き落とし失敗によりサービスが停止された場合は、お客様から引き落としの承認をいただくことにより、サービスが再開されます。

5.8 決済のためのセキュリティ

不正な決済を予防するためのセキュリティオプションとして、ご利用の機器によってはパスワード、パスキー等の認証機能を有効化することができます。特に、お客様以外にも本体を使用している人がいる場合には、当該セキュリティオプションを有効化することで、お客様のお支払情報を利用して購入されてしまうことなどを防ぐことができます。ただし、認証機能によっては既存のセキュリティオプション(「購入時のパスワードを必須にする」設定や二段階認証)を無効化したり、認証や決済手続き完了のために追加の情報を求めたりすることがあります。SIEはアカウントの不正利用につき一切の責任を負いません。

6. 購入および取引

6.1 PSNでの取引はどのように成立しますか?

PlayStation Store、ゲーム内ストア、PSN各種サービス・オンラインストアを通じて行われる全ての購入取引は、PSNを通してお客様とSIE間で行われます。

お客様は、自らのアカウントで取引を成立させ、またはその管理下にあるアカウントによる取引を許可することにより、当該取引に関する支払い義務を負い、購入代金をSIEが支払期日に引き落とすことを承諾したものとします。さらに、個別条件の適用がある場合は、これに同意したものとみなします。

決済は、全て日本円で行われます。また、全ての取引は日本法に準拠して行われます。お客様は、お客様が居住している国や地域を担当しているSIEの関連会社からのみ購入を行うことができます。

提供されるサービス・コンテンツ、それらの仕様・価格等は予告無しに変更あるいは販売を終了する場合があります。また、値下げやキャンペーン期間後の価格変更で生じた差額は返還されません。

6.2 取引をキャンセルすることはできますか?

全ての購入取引は決済後に取り消すことができません。サービス・コンテンツは返品不可かつ有償・無償問わず譲渡不可であり、現金、債権またはウォレットにチャージすることによる返還も行いません。ただし、SIEがその合理的な裁量により定める「PlayStation Storeキャンセルポリシー」(https://www.jp.playstation.com/about/cancellation-policy/)または法令等によりこれらが認められる場を除きます。

SIEが購入の取消しを認めた場合、それにより生じる手数料等(クレジットカード会社等に対しSIEが支払うこととなる手数料を含みます。)をご負担いただくことがあります。

6.3 取引履歴はどのように確認できますか?

PlayStation Storeでサービス・コンテンツが購入されると、アカウントに登録されたEメールアドレス宛に購入明細のメールが送信されます。

お客様の購入履歴は、PSNまたはアカウント管理サイト(https://pscom.jp/sen/manage-account)のアカウント管画面からもご確認いただけます。ただし、SIEが定める期間中の購入履歴に限ります。

6.4 価格表示が間違っていた場合はどうなりますか?

SIEは全ての価格表示を正確に行うように最善の努力をいたしますが、誤表示が発生してしまう可能性があります。もし、お客様が購入注文したサービス・コンテンツに誤表示が発見された場合、SIEは、速やかにお客様へご連絡するとともに、次の対応をいたします:

・正しい価格が表示されていた価格より低い場合、正しい価格とお客様が実際に支払った価格の差額をお客様のウォレットにチャージすることにより返還いたします。

・正しい価格が表示されていた価格より高い場合、当該サービス・コンテンツの販売を取消しさせていただく場合があります。その場合、購入注文の取消処理を行った上で、当該サービス・コンテンツがダウンロードされたお客様のご利用機器から当該サービス・コンテンツおよびその利用権を削除させていただきます。

6.5 購入したコンテンツ等は再ダウンロードできますか?

コンテンツによっては、ダウンロード後に削除された場合でも、購入に利用したアカウントで商品を再ダウンロードすることにより、再びご利用いただける場合もありますが、SIEは再ダウンロードについて一切の保証をいたしません。お客様の責任において、ダウンロードにより提供されるコンテンツ等を保管してください。

6.6 プロダクトコードとは?

プロダクトコードは、PSNの特定のサービス・コンテンツをご利用いただくためにSIEが発行するコードです。

プロダクトコードには、利用可能な地域・期間・年齢についての制限や、個別の条件が適用される場合があります。特に指定の無い限り、発行を受けたお客様のみが利用でき、他人に譲渡あるいは販売することはできません。

6.7 クレジットカード決済が必要な場合はありますか?

CERO Z(18才以上のみ対象)コンテンツを含む一部のサービス・コンテンツのご購入には、クレジットカードによる決済が必要です。

6.8 予約注文とは?キャンセルはできますか?

予約注文は、対象コンテンツを発売日前に購入予約いただけるサービスです。予約注文の決済は、即時または発売日前に行われることがあります。

お客様は、SIEがその合理的な裁量により定める「PlayStation Storeキャンセルポリシー」(https://www.jp.playstation.com/about/cancellation-policy/)または法令等により認められる場、予約注文のキャンセルをすることができます。また、SIEは、発売日までの間、自ら必要と認める場合に予約注文をキャンセルすることができます。

予約注文が理由を問わずキャンセルされた場合、それ以降の予約特典のご利用はできません。

7. 権利の許諾と制限

7.1 PSNで提供されるコンテンツ等は誰に帰属していますか?

PSNのプロパティーに含まれる全ての知的財産権その他の権利・利益は、本規約によって別途明示的に認められている場合を除き、SIEとSIEが契約する第三者に帰属します。

「プロパティー」とは、PSN上で提供され、またはPSNのサービス運営に関連する、すべてのソフトウェア、データ、コンテンツ、コレクティブル、ゲーム内で使用できるあらゆるアイテム(コイン、ポイント、トークン、ゴールド、ジェム、武器、乗り物、バフ、パワーアップアイテム、トロフィー、リワード、バッジ等)、PSNを通じて表示または提供される製品、サービス、PSNと関連して利用されるハードウェアのことをいいます。

7.2 利用者にはどのような権利・義務がありますか?

プロパティーは、本規約に従い、PSNに対応する機器上での個人的かつ非営利的な利用のためにのみ、お客様(以下、お客様のアカウントが管理するアカウントの保有者を含みます)に対して、非独占的かつ撤回可能な形式でライセンスされています。

お客様は、プロパティーの利用に関し、SIEの許諾なく以下の行為をすることはできません:

・売買、頒布、賃貸、サブライセンス、修正、翻案、翻訳、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイルまたは分解。

・複製、転送または公衆送信。

・二次的著作物の制作、またはSIEが提供する以外の方法でのダウンロード。

・商用または営利目的での利用。

・ウイルス、スパイウェアまたはボットやスクリプト等のPSN上のコンテンツと連動する自動的な手法の利用。

・本規約および適用される一切の法令に反する利用またはアクセス。

・チートなど、ゲーム内アイテム等のプロパティーを収集、売買または交換をするための手法または技術的方法を使用可能にするまたは知らしめる行為。

・認証システムまたはセキュリティ機能を解除または回避する行為。

7.3 権利の許諾に関する注意事項

・特定のサービス・コンテンツには、個別条件が適用されたり、用途・ライセンス期間等に制限がある場合があります。これらの個別条件・制限の適用対象や内容は、SIEまたはSIEの契約する第三者の独自の判断により、合理的な範囲で随時変更されることがあります。

・PSN上で、またはPSNに関連して使われる「購入」、「販売」、「売る」、「買う」などの表現は、SIEまたはSIEの契約する第三者から、プロパティーに関する知的財産権、所有権その他の権利がお客様に譲渡または移転することを意味するものではありません。

8. 定期サービス

8.1 定期サービスとは?

定期サービスとは、一定の期間中、特定のサービス・コンテンツへのアクセス権が提供されるサービスです。

定期サービスには、一つのサービス・コンテンツに限定されるものと、複数のサービス・コンテンツ(自動ダウンロードなどの機能の提供を含む)が含まれるものとがあります。複数のサービス・コンテンツを含む定期サービスには、既に個別に販売されているサービス・コンテンツが含まれる場合もあります。

定期サービスで提供されるサービス・コンテンツの中には、個別条件が付帯している場合があります。個別条件は、PlayStation Storeの商品説明画面等に記載されていますので、必ずご確認ください。

8.2 定期サービスを異なるアカウントで共有できますか?

できません。ただし、定期サービスによっては、購入アカウントに付帯するアカウントで一部のサービス・コンテンツを利用できることがあります。

8.3 定期サービスの期間は自動更新されますか?

定期サービスは、次のいずれかに該当する場合、お客様が自動更新を停止しない限り自動的に更新され、各期間の始期において、事前の確認なく決済されます:

(1)お客様がクレジットカード情報を登録している場合(ただし、自動チャージ(入金)が「切」に設定されているときを除きます);または

(2)お客様のウォレットに定期サービスを更新するために必要な額の残高がある場合。さらに、月毎の使用限度額を設定しているときは、決済金額が当該使用限度額以内である場合。

8.4 自動チャージとは?

自動チャージとは、定期サービスの自動更新時にウォレットの残高が不足していた場合、登録したクレジットカードから自動的に不足金額を決済する設定です。

定期サービスを利用開始する際に、予めクレジットカード情報が登録されている場合、自動チャージ(入金)の設定が自動的に「入」に設定されます。ただし、18歳未満の方のアカウントが利用開始する場合は除きます。

お客様は、アカウント管理画面(一部のPlayStation製品の[購入設定]または[購入管理]、またはアカウント管理サイト(https://pscom.jp/sen/manage-account)の[支払い管理])から、いつでも自動チャージ(入金)の設定を「切」に設定することができます。

8.5 自動更新を停止するにはどうすればよいですか?

アカウント管理画面にて、ご利用中の定期サービスの自動更新を停止することができます。

自動更新の停止の効力は定期サービスの次回更新時に発生します。それまでの期間は定期サービスにアクセスすることができます。なお、ご利用中の定期サービスの次回の自動更新時はアカウント管理画面で確認することができます。

アカウント管理画面は、PlayStation製品の[定額サービス]、[PlayStationの定額サービス]もしくは[サービスリスト]、またはアカウント管理サイト(https://pscom.jp/sen/manage-account)の[定額サービス]からアクセスすることができます。

8.6 定期サービスをキャンセルできますか?

SIEがその合理的な裁量により定める「PlayStation Storeキャンセルポリシー」(https://www.jp.playstation.com/about/cancellation-policy/)または法令等により認められる場を除き、定期サービスについて一度支払われた料金は返金されません。

8.7 定期サービスに関する注意事項

・SIEが特に定める場合を除き、お客様による自動更新の停止、ウォレット(または月毎の使用限度額)の残高不足、自動チャージ(入金)の設定などにより、定期サービスが更新されなかった場合、定期サービスにより提供されるサービス・コンテンツにアクセスすることができなくなります。

・個別の支払いなく定期サービスを通じてダウンロードされたコンテンツは、定期サービスが更新されなかった場合、利用できなくなることがあります。この場合、期間をおいて再度定期サービスを購入されても、当該コンテンツの利用再開はできない場合があります。

9. 保守管理およびアップデート

9.1 メンテナンスはどのようなときに行われますか?

SIEが必要であると認めた場合には、PSNにおけるサービス・コンテンツの全部または一部の提供を一時停止することがあります。

また、SIEが必要であると認めた場合、PSN、PlayStation製品、またはその他SIEが許諾するハードウェアが適正に機能している状況を確保するためにサービス・コンテンツを提供する場合があります。これらは、予告なしに自動アップデートまたはアップグレードとして提供されることがあります。この場合、本体の設定が変更されたり、データ、コンテンツ、機能やユーティリティなどに影響したりする可能性があります。

9.2 保守管理等に関する注意事項

・上記のアップデートまたはアップグレードは、各PlayStation製品のシステムソフトウェアを通じて提供されることがあります。システムソフトウェアの使用許諾条件はhttp://doc.dl.playstation.net/doc/legal/からご確認ください。

・SIEは、メンテナンスの実施やアップデート・アップグレード等の提供によるサービス・コンテンツの一時停止または設定変更等により生じた損害について責任を負いません。

・お客様は定期的にハードディスクや記録メディア上のバックアップ可能なデータをバックアップしてください。

10. 情報公開

10.1 どのような情報が公開されますか?

SIEまたはSIEの契約する第三者は、お客様の名前、オンラインID、プロフィール、写真、アクティビティ、ゲームプレイ、コンテンツの購入および閲覧情報等の情報を、お客様がフレンドを含む第三者にシェアすることが可能となる機能を提供することがあります。

SIEは、PSNのサービスの提供およびPSNのサービスにおけるユーザー体験を向上させる等の目的のために、オンラインID、自己紹介等のアカウントに関連する情報、トロフィー情報およびお客様のゲームプレイに関係した情報(レベル、ランキングなど)を含む一定の情報(以下包括して「ゲームプレイ情報」といいます。)を公開することがあります。

お客様は、SIEが、当該目的のために、ゲームプレイ情報を使用、配信、複製、表示、その他利用することにあらかじめ同意するものとします。

10.2 ユーザー・マテリアルはどのように取り扱われますか?

お客様は、PSNのコミュニティーで共有するために、コメント、メッセージ、画像、写真、音声、音楽、動画、ゲームに関連するコンテンツ、その他の情報・データ・コンテンツ等(以下包括して「ユーザー・マテリアル」といいます。)を、作成、投稿、ストリーム配信、または送信することができる場合があります。

この場合、お客様には、次の各事項にご同意いただくことになります:

(1)SIEおよびSIEの関連会社に対し、ユーザー・マテリアルを、PSN、PlayStation製品およびこれらに関連する商品またはサービスの提供、運営またはプロモーション等のため、形式・媒体を問わず、使用、配信、複製、修正、表示、公表、その他利用する恒久的な権利を無償にて許諾し、また、他のPSNユーザーその他の第三者に対してこれらの権利の再許諾をする権限をSIEに付与すること;および

(2)ユーザー・マテリアルを投稿、ストリーム配信、または送信することにより、当該ユーザー・マテリアルを使用、配信、複製、修正、表示、公表、その他利用する権利および(1)の許諾・権限付与をする権利を有することを明示的に保証すること。

10.3 情報公開に関する注意事項

・お客様は、SIE、SIEの関連会社、または第三者に対して、ゲームプレイ情報やユーザー・マテリアルの本規約に従った利用に関して主張しうる全ての請求権(著作者人格権に基づくものを含みます)を放棄するものとします。

・お客様は、ゲームプレイ情報やユーザー・マテリアルから生じた紛争の解決につき全責任を負い、その解決のためSIEに協力するものとします。

・SIEは、その合理的な裁量により、ゲームプレイ情報やユーザー・マテリアルをいつでも削除することができます。

11. 終了および解除

11.1 アカウントや本体の使用停止がされるのはどのような場合ですか?

SIEは、次に定める場合、自己および第三者の利益を守るために、お客様のアカウントおよびその管理下にあるアカウント、ならびに本体等のPlayStation製品の使用の制限、一時または無期限の停止(削除を含む)、コンテンツの除去、不正利用を防止するためのアップデートの実施、その他救済のために必要とSIEが合理的に判断するあらゆる手段をとることができます:

・本規約、個別条件その他のPSNの利用に付帯する契約の違反があった場合、もしくはそのおそれがあるとSIEがその合理的な裁量により判断した場合;

・SIEとの間でサービス・コンテンツに関する契約をした第三者から、当該契約に基づいて上記手段をとるよう要請を受けた場合;または

・PSNのコミュニティーを傷つけたとSIEがその合理的な裁量により判断した場合。

11.2 アカウントが削除されるとどうなりますか?

アカウントが削除された場合、PSNにアクセスできなくなり、購入されたアイテムや定期サービスやウォレット内の未利用残高に関する返品や返金は行われません。また、SIEはランキングやスコアその他ゲームに関連する情報を保持する義務を負いません。

11.3 規約違反時の対応

SIEは、本規約または個別条件の違反または濫用行為があった場合は、本条に定めるアカウントやPlayStation製品の使用停止等の法的手段をとる権利を有するものとします。この場合、SIEは、お客様に関する情報の開示が必要となるような公的または私的な手段や調査を行う権利を有するものとします。

11.4 サービス・コンテンツの提供の変更・終了

SIEは、その合理的な裁量によって、事前の告知なくいつでも、PSNのサービス・コンテンツの内容を変更し、またはその提供を一時停止することができます。

また、SIEは、PSNのサービス・コンテンツの継続的な提供が困難と判断した場合、お客様に告知の上、その提供を終了することができます。ただし、やむをえない事情がある場合、事前の告知なく提供を終了する場合があります。

12. 免責および責任制限

12.1 PSNについてSIEはどのような責任を負いますか?

SIEは、PSNとPSNを通じて提供されるサービス・コンテンツの品質、機能、利用可能性、商品性、特定の目的への適合性または動作について、明示的であるか黙示的であるか法令上のものであるか否かにかかわらず、いかなる保証もいたしません。それらの非保証には、インターネット接続に関する事項(例えば、お客様のご利用機器、通信状況、地理的位置またはサーバー利用状況により、お客様の期待する速度でストリーミング再生ができないこと。)が含まれます。なお、インターネットサービス・プロバイダーの利用料金は、お客様が負担するものとします。

SIEは、お客様や他のプレーヤー・ユーザーが本規約に違反したことにより生じた損害については責任を負いません。また、SIEは、お客様がコンテンツをPlayStation製品などのPSNサービス対応機器にダウンロードしたことを含め、PSNの利用またはアクセスによって生じたデータの喪失、ソフトウェアまたはハードウェアの損害、その他のお客様または第三者の損害について責任を負いません。なお、本項を含む本規約または個別条件の規定は、SIEの故意または重過失による債務不履行等に起因してお客様に生じた損害に対する賠償責任について、SIEを免責するものではありません。

本規約または個別条件の規定にかかわらず、PSNの利用またはアクセスによって生じた損害に関してSIEが債務不履行等により損害賠償責任を負う場合、その責任は、SIEに故意または重過失がある場合を除き、お客様が被った直接損害に限定され、かつ、お客様のウォレット内の未利用残高をSIEの合理的な決定により金銭に換算した金額または1万円のいずれか高い方を上限とします。

12.2 情報の不備の訂正

SIEは商品説明、価格、取引条件などの情報の掲載を正確に行うように最善の努力をいたしますが、掲載情報にエラー、誤り、抜け、漏れ等の不備を見つけた場合は、正確な情報に修正できるものとします。PSNにおける取引に関する対応は、6.4価格表示が間違っていた場合はどうなりますか?をご確認ください。

13. その他事項

13.1 本規約が変更されることはありますか?

SIEは、SIEが変更内容等に照らして適切と考える方法で告知することで、その合理的な裁量により、本規約を変更することができます。この告知方法には、PSNにご登録のメールアドレスへのお知らせ、PlayStation製品またはサービスのお知らせ機能を用いたお知らせ、PlayStation公式サイトのリーガルポータル内の「改定のお知らせ」(https://www.playstation.com/ja-jp/legal/update-notice/)での告知文の掲載などがありますが、このりではありません。

本規約が変更された場合、その後もお客様が引き続きPSNにアクセスしたことにより、お客様は、本規約の最新版の全事項に同意したものとみなされます。本規約の最新版および印刷用ページはhttps://www.playstation.com/ja-jp/legal/psn-terms-of-service/からアクセスできます。

13.2 本規約に関する問題はどのように解決されますか?

本規約は日本法に従って解釈され、本規約に関するあらゆる争いは、東京地方裁判所を第一審の管轄裁判所とします。

13.3 問い合わせ窓口は?

本規約についてより詳しい情報が必要な場合や、ご質問がある場合は、『PlayStation製品、PSNについてのお問合せ』(http://www.jp.playstation.com/support/)からお問いわせください。

お問い合わせの際、SIEの従業員、代理店等に対して心無い対応をしたり、暴言を吐いたり、脅迫をしたり、法外な要求をしたりした場合は、SIEは、本規約または法令に基づき行使可能な措置にくわえ、お客様からのお問い合わせ応答およびカスタマーサポートの提供をやむなく制限するものとします。

회원 본인 계정 등록을 통해 관련 온라인 커뮤니티 및 온라인으로 게임을 플레이하고 회원이 선호하는 게임의 콘텐츠 및 해당 서비스를 이용 및 체험해 볼 수 있는 공간을 말합니다.

회원은 PSN의 유료 상품을 PSN 지갑 충전 또는 회사가 수시로 지정하는 회원의 계정과 연결된 제3자 결제 서비스를 포함하는 유효한 결제 방법(이하 “승인된 결제방법”)을 통해 이용할 수 있습니다. https://www.playstation.com/support/store/payment-methods-accepted-on-ps-store/#accepted를 참조하여 주시기 바랍니다. 또한, PS Store Card 로 지갑을 충전하여 PSN의 다양한 콘텐츠를 이용하실 수 있습니다.PS Store Card

제3조 약관의 적용 및 효력

3.1 적용 범위
3.1.1. 본 이용약관은 PS Store, 게임 내 스토어(in-game store), 가상 커뮤니티 등 PS5, PS4, PlayStation®3, PSP®, PlayStation®Vita, PlayStation® 승인 단말기, PC 등을 포함하나 이에 국한하지 않는 기기(이하 “PlayStation 기기”)에서 회사가 PSN을 통하여 제공하는 모든 서비스, 소프트웨어, 콘텐츠 등에 적용되며 정기 서비스, 데이터, 펌웨어, 업데이트 또는 신 버전 배포, 주변기기까지 포괄적으로 적용됩니다.

3.1.2. 본 이용약관 외에도 다음의 약관이 본 이용약관의 일부로서 적용됩니다: (1) PlayStation 기기에 포함되어 있는 소프트웨어 사용에 적용하는 시스템 소프트웨어 라이선스 약관 및 (2) 적용 가능한 모든 소프트웨어 제품 라이선스 이용약관 (PlayStation 기기에서 사용 가능하도록 개발된 PlayStation 게임, 모바일, 애플리케이션 등의 사용에 적용하는 이용약관). 위 약관은 www.playstation.com/legal서 확인할 수 있습니다.

3.2. 약관 공지 방법
회사는 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위 내에서 본 이용약관의 내용을 개정할 수 있습니다. 회사가 본 이용약관을 개정할 경우, 개정된 약관의 적용일자 및 개정사유를 명시하여 그 적용일자의 7일 전에 (변경된 내용이 회원에게 불리하거나 중대한 사항의 변경일 경우에는 30일전) 회사 홈페이지 내 주요 공지 사항에 변경사항에 대한 신구대조표를 게시하고 전자우편으로 개별통지 하는 방식으로 사전 공지합니다.

3.3. 동의의 효력
3.3.1. 회사가 해당 이용약관의 변경에 대하여 공지 및 통지를 하는 경우, 회원이 개정약관에 대해 미동의 또는 거부의 의사표시를 하지 않으면 묵시적 동의로 간주된다는 내용을 함께 공지할 수 있고, 이 경우 회원이 개정약관의 시행일까지 거부의 의사표시를 하지 않는다면 해당 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 볼 수 있습니다.

3.3.2. 본 이용약관의 최신 버전 및 인쇄용 페이지는 PS Store 및 PlayStation 웹사이트(https://www.playstation.com/legal/)서 확인 가능하며 회원이 개정약관에 대해 동의하지 않는 경우, 회사는 해당 의사표시를 한 회원의 서비스 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 또한 해당 회원의 계정을 중단하는 시점의 지갑의 모든 금액은 회원에게 전부 반환될 것이며 회원은 더 이상 동일한 계정으로 PSN에 접속할 수 없음을 알려 드립니다.

제4조 약관 외 준칙

4.1. 이 약관에 규정되지 않은 사항 및 약관의 해석에 관해서는 ‘전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률’, ‘약관의 규제에 관한 법률’, ‘게임산업진흥에 관한 법률’, ‘정보통신망이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률’, ‘콘텐츠산업진흥법’ 등 관련 법령, 개별 서비스 이용약관 및 운영정책이 적용됩니다.

제5조 이용계약의 체결

5.1. 회사가 제공하는 게임서비스를 이용하고자 하는 자는 본 약관의 내용에 동의를 한 다음 회사가 제시하는 절차에 따라 이용 신청을 하고, 그 신청한 내용에 대해 회사가 승낙함으로써 회사와 이용자 간 이용 계약이 체결됩니다. 단, 신청자가 청소년(18세 미만의 자로서 「초·중등교육법」제2조의 규정에 의한 고등학교에 재학 중인 학생을 포함한다)인 경우 법정대리인의 동의를 얻어야 해당 서비스의 이용이 가능합니다.

5.2. 이용자는 이용신청 시 회사에서 요구하는 제반 정보를 제공하여야 합니다. 이 때, 이용자는 반드시 관련 법령에 따라 실제 정보를 기재하여야 하며, 실명 또는 개인식별정보를 허위로 기재하거나 타인의 명의를 도용한 경우 이 약관에 의한 회원의 권리를 주장할 수 없고 회사는 이용계약을 취소하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.

제6조 이용계약 신청에 대한 승낙의 제한

6.1. 회사는 이용신청에 대하여 업무상 또는 기술상의 문제가 없는 경우 서비스 이용신청을 승낙함을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 신청에 대하여는 해당 신청을 승낙하지 않거나 취소할 수 있습니다.

본 이용약관 및 계약조건을 위반하는 경우부정확한 개인정보로 계정을 개설하거나 개설을 시도하는 경우청소년(제5조제5.1항의 청소년과 같다)이 법정대리인의 동의를 얻지 아니하거나 동의를 얻었음을 확인할 수 없는 경우법에서 금지하는 위법 행위를 목적으로 이용 신청을 하는 경우그 밖의 각 호에 준하는 사유로서 승낙이 부적절하다고 합리적으로 판단되는 경우 등
6.2. 회원의 계정이 도용된 것으로 합리적으로 판단될 시 회사는 회원과 회사를 보호하기 위한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. 이러한 조치에는 암호 재설정 또는 패스 키, 구독 취소, 계정 정지, 계정 활동 또는 액세스 제한이 포함됩니다. 또한 회사는 계정의 무단 사용을 중지하거나 도용된 계정과 연결된 PlayStation 기기가 PSN에 연결되는 것을 방지하기 위해 PlayStation 기기에 업데이트를 진행할 수 있습니다.

제7조 계정에 대한 일부 제한 사항

7.1. 미성년자 사용 제한
본 이용약관은 19세 이상의 성인이 단독적으로 동의할 수 있습니다. 만약 가입 회원이 18세 이상 및 19세 미만 인 경우에는 부모님 또는 법정대리인의 별도 동의를 얻어 자녀 계정으로 가입 후 서비스의 이용이 가능합니다.

7.2. 콘텐츠 사용에 대한 연령 확인
일부 콘텐츠나 서비스는 특정 연령의 청소년에게 적합하지 않을 경우도 있으니 해당 콘텐츠나 서비스를 이용 및 구매하기 전에 사용연령제한 등급을 반드시 확인 후 회원의 자녀 연령에 적합하지 않은 콘텐츠 및 서비스를 회원의 자녀 및 다른 이용자 또는 회원이 이용 또는 구매하지 않도록 관리 및 감독하여 주시기 바랍니다. 다만 PSN 서비스 내 연령 제한은 이미 다운로드가 이루어졌거나 등급이 적용되지 않는 콘텐츠 또는 서비스 등의 일부 항목에는 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다. 해당 설정을 통해 회원의 자녀의 등록된 연령보다 상위 등급으로 분류된 서비스 및 콘텐츠 등의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 보다 자세한 정보는 온라인 사용자 가이드를 참조하시기 바랍니다.

7.3. 개설 국가 및 거주지역 설정
7.3.1. 회원 계정을 생성할 시 해당 거주 지역 및 국가를 대한민국으로 선택하여야만 대한민국 내에서 회사가 제공하는 PSN 내 다양한 서비스의 이용이 가능합니다. 다만 회원이 등록한 거주지 (거주 국가/지역) 정보가 실제 거주지와 다른 경우 해당 계정에 대한 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있음을 알려 드립니다.

7.3.2. 특별히 표시되어 있지 않는 한 회사는 회원이 대한민국 이외의 PS Store에서 구매한 게임 타이틀, 국외에서 발매된 타이틀 디스크 및 해당 타이틀의 콘텐츠 및 아이템, 관련 서비스를 지원 및 보증하지 않을 수 있으며 이에 대한 자세한 사항은 온라인 사용자 가이드를 참조하시기 바랍니다.

7.4. 서비스 이용 정지 및 제공
회사는 자체적으로 그 필요가 인정되는 경우 PSN의 콘텐츠 및 해당 서비스 전체 혹은 일부를 정지할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회사는 사전에 그 정지의 사유와 기간을 공지하며, 사전에 공지할 수 없는 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우 사후에 공지할 수 있습니다. 회사는 PSN이나 PlayStation 기기 또는 회사에 의하여 승인된 기기의 기능 등이 회사의 가이드라인에 적합하게 운영되는 것을 목적으로 수시로 콘텐츠나 서비스를 제공할 수 있습니다. 또한 일부 콘텐츠나 서비스는 계정에 로그인할 때에 별도의 통지 없이 제공될 수도 있습니다.

7.5. 자동 업데이트 및 업그레이드
7.5.1. 회사는 PlayStation 기기 또는 회사에 의하여 승인된 기기를 위한 업그레이드나 업데이트를 제공합니다. 또한 콘텐츠나 서비스는 자동으로 업데이트되거나 업그레이드되어 회원의 현재의 운영 시스템을 변경할 수 있고, 콘텐츠, 데이터, 유틸리티 등의 손실을 발생시킬 수 있습니다. 회원은 개인적인 사진, 음악, 비디오 자료 등의 보호를 위하여 이를 정기적으로 별도로 공간에 백업 및 보관하시기를 권장 드립니다. 또한 백업할 수 있는 하드 디스크나 기록매체 상의 데이터는 수시로 백업하여 두시기 바랍니다.

7.5.2. 시스템 소프트웨어에 대한 접근 및 사용은 https://www.playstation.com/legal/서 규정된 개별 시스템 소프트웨어 라이선스 약관에 따릅니다. 회사는 콘텐츠 및 서비스 유지를 자동적으로 제공하고 이로 인하여 발생되는 문제에 대해 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 회원이 입은 손해에 대한 회사의 책임은 PlayStation 기기를 실제로 지불한 금액까지로 제한됩니다.

7.6. 계정 언어
본 PSN 서비스는 일부 언어 또는 일부 국가/지역에서 사용할 수 없거나 지원되지 않을 수 있습니다. 따라서 해당 국가/지역에서의 PSN 콘텐츠나 서비스를 사용하기 위해서는 해당 국가/지역에서 제공되는 별도의 PSN에서 사용하는 계정을 개설하여야 해당 서비스 및 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있습니다.

7.7. 기타
7.7.1. 현재 PSN에서 사용 가능한 계정 개설에 대해서는 그 어떠한 비용이 들지 않지만, PSN 서비스 내 온라인 콘텐츠나 관련 서비스의 이용에 관련된 비용이 부과될 수 있으니 이 점 참조하시기 바랍니다.

7.7.2. 계정 이용 시 회원이 제공하는 모든 정보에는 거짓된 정보가 없어야 하며 항상 정확한 정보로 해당 계정을 생성해야 합니다. 회원이 PlayStation 기기를 A/S에 보낼 시, 반드시 해당 기기의 자동 로그인 설정을 종료해야 하며 보다 자세한 사항은 각 국가/지역 웹사이트를 참조해 주시기 바랍니다.

제8조 계정 가입 시 유의사항

8.1. 계정 아이디 및 비밀번호 설정
회사 측 홈페이지를 통해 PSN 서비스 회원으로 가입할 수 있습니다. 회원 가입 시 회원의 계정 및 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정의 보유자는 계정에 대한 올바른 접속을 위하여 해당 온라인 로그인 ID(이하 “PSN ID”)와 적절한 비밀번호를 설정해야 합니다. PSN 서비스를 이용하는 모든 회원은 본인의 계정 정보를 선량한 관리자로서 주의 의무를 다하여 관리할 의무를 지닙니다.

8.2. 모든 회원은 자신의 계정 로그인 ID, 암호, 패스키 또는 기타 인증 정보를 보호하고 공유 기기에서 다른 이용자 또는 회원이 본인 계정에 액세스하지 못하도록 조치를 취해야 합니다.

8.3. 유의사항
회원님의 PSN 서비스 내 활동을 통하여 본인의 이름, 게이머 프로필(자기소개), 프로필 사진 또는 아바타, 거주 국가/지역, 시스템 언어, 최근 플레이 게임리스트, 트로피, 위치정보, 온라인 ID 등의 정보들이 다른 계정 이용자 또는 회원에게 공개될 수 있으니 이점 유의하시기 바랍니다.

제9조 자녀 패밀리 계정 등록 및 유의사항

9.1. 자녀 패밀리 계정 등록
이용자가 PSN 서비스에 등록하는 경우, 자녀 패밀리 멤버를 구성할 수 있으며 하나의 성인 계정 당 하나의 패밀리 계정을 등록할 수 있습니다. 해당 계정 소유자는 본인 계정에 연결된 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정의 모든 활동에 대하여 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정 연령과 관계없이 관련 법적 및 금전적 책임을 가지는 것에 대해 동의합니다.

9.2. 또한, 회원은 회원의 계정을 통해 거래를 완료하거나 연결된 자녀 계정을 통해 거래가 발생하도록 허용함으로써 (1) 회사가 지갑에서 공제하거나 모든 거래에 대해 지불해야 하는 모든 수수료를 승인된 결제 수단에 청구하도록 승인하며, (2) 특정 제품 또는 서비스의 사용과 관련된 개별약관 또는 제3자 약관 및 본 약관에 동의합니다. 모든 거래는 거래가 완료된 시점에 적용 가능한 법률 및 규제 요건의 적용을 받는 것으로 간주됩니다.

9.3. 자녀 패밀리 멤버 관리

만약 회원의 계정이 자녀 패밀리 계정에 연결되어 있다면 해당 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정에 접속이 가능하며 해당 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정의 (1) 지갑 사용 (2) 구매 콘텐츠의 이용 (3) 대화 기능 참가에 대한 권한 부여 및 설정을 할 수 있습니다. 다만 해당 자녀 계정은 웹 페이지에서만 추가할 수 있으며, PS5, PS4 기기에서는 패밀리 구성원을 직접 추가할 수 없습니다. 각 구성원의 데이터가 분리되어 있어 본인의 게임 및 트로피가 구성원 별로 저장되오니 이 점 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다. 보다 자세한 사항은 스토어 홈페이지의 내용 및 설명을 참조해 주시기 바랍니다.

9.4. 자녀 패밀리 멤버 구성원의 유의사항
9.4.1. 회원이 생성한 온라인 계정 아이디는 PSN 내 다른 이용자 및 회원에게 공개될 수 있으며 회원의 자녀는 다른 이용자 또는 회원으로부터 광고 및 성인물 등과 같은 메일을 받을 수 있습니다. 따라서 부모님 또는 법정대리인의 계정에는 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정에 이러한 광고성 메일이 보내지는 것이 통지되지 않을 수도 있으니 부모님 또는 법정대리인은 해당 연결된 계정의 PSN의 사용 및 접속과 PSN 서비스를 사용하며 주고받은 의사소통에 관해 상시 관리 감독해야 할 책임이 있습니다.

9.4.2. 또한 회원의 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정은 해당 설정에 따라 사용 한도액의 범위 내에서 지갑 잔액, 등록된 신용카드 또는 승인된 결제수단 등을 사용할 수도 있습니다.

제10조 회원의 의무

10.1. 이용 목적 제한 및 보안사항
회원은 PSN 서비스를 직접 내지 간접적으로 이용함에 있어 그 어떠한 경우에도 본 서비스를 상업적 또는 불법적인 목적으로 이용하지 않으며, 회사 또는 그 모회사, 관계회사, 자회사, 라이선서, 게임제공자, 파트너나 다른 회원에게 손해 또는 잠재적인 피해를 끼칠 수 있는 다음 각 호의 행위 또는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 내용을 목적으로 하거나 의도하는 행위를 하여서는 안됩니다.

회원은 인증되지 않은 계정이나 시스템, 관련 권한이 없거나 승인받지 않은 하드웨어나 소프트웨어 또는 네트워크를 사용하여 본 PSN 서비스를 이용할 수 없으며, 회원은 저작권이나 회사의 보안장치를 피하기 위해 이용자 인증시스템을 우회하거나 관련 시도를 할 수 없습니다.회원은 회사와 그 라이선서 또는 타인의 플레이에 유해한 영향을 미치거나 어떠한 게임이나 콘텐츠 및 PSN 서비스를 개조, 손상, 교란, 방해할 수 있는 바이러스, 악성코드, 버그, 스파이웨어, 자동화 프로그램 (예: 봇, 스트립트), 기타 컴퓨터 프로그램 및 콘텐츠를 제작, 사용, 업로드, 게시, 유포, 전송, 제공, 전달, 또는 배포할 수 없습니다. PSN의 접속과 관련하여 부정한 소프트웨어나 하드웨어 역시 사용, 제작하거나 배포, 판매할 수 없습니다. 여기에는 게임 내에서 부정한 이익을 얻기 위한 여러 행위들도 포함되오니 이점 유의하시기 바랍니다.회원은 PSN 연결과 관련된 접속장비나 코드를 역분석, 해킹을 할 수 없으며 본인의 이름, 비밀번호나 개인정보를 불특정 다수의 타인에게 제공하거나 타인이나 기업의 이름, 비밀번호, 개인 혹은 기업을 특정할 수 있는 정보를 어떠한 형태로든 제공하는 행위를 할 수 없습니다. 이에는 메시지, 대화 또는 기타 PSN 상 내의 모든 의사소통방법이 포함됩니다.회원은 본인 소유의 결제수단 이외의 타인의 결제수단 도용 및 사용에 대한 시도와 같은 부정한 결제수단을 사용할 수 없습니다. 회원은 불필요한 스팸, 도배 등 회사가 합리적인 판단을 기준에 바탕하여 정상적인 대화나 게임 플레이를 훼손시키는 것으로 여기는 행위를 할 수 없습니다. 여기에는 정크 메일, 스팸 및 체인 메일 등과 같은 정식으로 청탁 또는 공인받지 않은 내용의 자료 등이 포함되며 업로딩, 게시, 유포 또는 전송에 대하여 그 범위를 제한하지 않습니다.회원은 고의 또는 과실로 제3자의 권리를 침해하거나 법률, 규칙, 계약 상 등의 의무를 침해, 위반하는 콘텐츠나 유형물을 사용, 업로드, 게시, 유포, 접속 또는 기타 여러 수단을 통해 전달할 수 없습니다.회원은 다른 PSN 서비스 이용 등을 포함하여 회사와 관련된 직원 및 여러 퍼블리셔 직원 등 그 어떠한 타인으로도 사칭할 수 없습니다.회원은 온라인 ID 또는 본인 계정을 타인에게 매매∙교환 및 양도할 수 없으며 저작권이나 상표권 침해, 명예훼손, 사생활침해, 신원 사칭, 해킹, 스토킹, 사기, 복제품의 배포 등 어떠한 법률 위반 행위도 할 수 없습니다. 회원은 PSN 활동을 통하여 당사를 포함한 관련 모든 계열사, 라이선서, 서비스 제공자나 파트너 및 다른 PSN 서비스 이용자 및 회원에게 피해를 주는 어떠한 일체의 행위도 할 수 없습니다. 법률에 의하여 요구되지 않는 한 회사는 PSN 상의 온라인 활동과 관련하여 이용자 또는 회원의 행위의 적법성을 감시하거나 기록할 의무를 가지고 있지 않습니다. 다만, 위 각 호 위반 등 이 약관 위반행위 및 현행 법령 위반행위의 조사, 처리, 확인 및 이의 구제와 관련하여 필요하다고 판단될 경우 회사는 PSN 내의 개별적 활동에 대하여 감시 및 기록할 수 있습니다.회사가 회원간의 채팅 정보를 열람할 경우 회사는 사전에 열람의 사유 및 범위를 해당 회원에게 고지합니다. 다만, 전항에 따른 약관 및 법령 위반행위의 조사, 처리, 확인 또는 그 행위로 인한 피해 구제와 관련하여 이 정보를 열람해야 할 경우에는 사후에 고지할 수 있습니다.

10.3. 회사는 본 이용지침의 위반을 조사하거나 회사와 그 파트너 및 고객의 권리와 재산을 보호하기 위한 상황을 제외하고는 PSN내의 모든 활동 및 통신내역을 모니터링하거나 기록할 책임이 없습니다. 회사는 회원 또는 다른 PSN 이용자의 본 이용지침 위반에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사의 이용지침을 위반하는 경우 회원의 계정 및 PlayStation 기기에 대해 제재 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다. (자세한 내용은 11조를 참고하십시오.) 또한 회사는 위반행동이 회원 본인이나 타인의 생명이나 신체의 위협이 되거나 위법한 행위라고 판단될 경우 관련 집행기관 (또는 다른 적절한 정부 기관)에 알릴 수 있습니다. 또한, 만약 회원의 자녀 패밀리 멤버가 어려움에 처해있거나 위험에 노출되었다고 객관적으로 판단할 수 있는 회사가 정보를 수신할 경우, 패밀리 계정 소유자(즉, 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정을 생성한 성인의 계정)에게 이메일 또는 재량에 따라 사용하거나 사용하지 않을 수 있는 제3자 지원 서비스 안내를 포함한 기타 적절한 방법으로 연락할 수 있습니다. 이용자 또는 회원이 회사의 직원, 대리인 또는 대표자에게 무례하게 대하거나 위협적인 행동을 하는 경우 본 이용지침에 따라 회사가 취할 수 있는 조치 이외에도 이용자 또는 회원의 이메일 연락을 제한하거나 추가적인 소비자 관련 지원을 거부할 수 있습니다.

제11조 이용제한, 기기정지 및 기타 조치

11.1. 이용제한
본 이용약관에 나열된 그 어떠한 의무사항을 회원이 위반하거나, 의무를 위반할 것으로 객관적이고 합리적으로 예상되는 경우 또는 PSN 회원, 파트너, 플랫폼 또는 기타 회사의 이익을 보호하기 위해 합리적으로 필요가 있는 것으로 인정되는 경우 회사는 회원의 PSN 계정 및 PlayStation 기기 사용을 제한, 정지 또는 해지하거나 회원의 PSN 콘텐츠, 서비스, 기능, 제품 또는 서비스에 대한 접근 및 사용을 영구적으로 제한, 정지 또는 중단 등 일정한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회사는 그 사유와 유형 및 기간, 이의신청 방법에 대해 회원에게 사전 통지하며, 긴급히 조치할 필요가 있는 경우에는 사후에 통지할 수 있습니다.

11.2. 계정 해지 효과

11.2.1. 회원의 계정이 해지된 후에는 PSN를 이용할 수 없습니다. 획득 또는 구매하여 얻은 가상 화폐 잔액, 구독 또는 PSN에 저장되었거나 연결이 필요한 기타 정보를 포함한 가상 아이템(아래 14.10.1. 정의에서 포함하는 “가상 아이템” 포함), 모든 게임 순위, 점수, 트로피는 유지되지 않고 더 이상 사용할 수 없습니다.

11.2.2. 법에 의해 요구되거나 본 이용약관에 명시적으로 제공된 경우를 제외하고 회원의 계정(또는 연결된 자녀 계정)이 어떤 이유로든 해지되면 귀하는 구독, 가상 아이템 및 선불 제품 또는 서비스, 게임 내 항목에 누적된 아이템 또는 사용하지 않은 지갑의 잔액에 대한 환불을 받을 수 없습니다.

11.3. 콘솔 정지
PlayStation 기기가 정지되면 해당 콘솔을 사용하여 (1) 어떤 계정으로도(새 계정을 생성하더라도) PSN을 이용할 수 없으며 (2) 온라인 액세스가 필요한 게임 또는 게임 모드를 플레이할 수 없고, (3) PS Store에서 구입한 콘텐츠의 이용이 불가능합니다. 콘솔에서 실행되는 디스크 게임 중 실행하기 위해 PSN에 연결할 필요가 없는 디스크 게임은 계속 플레이할 수 있습니다.

11.4. 이의신청 절차
회원이 회사의 이용제한 조치에 불복하는 경우에는 위 조치를 통지를 받은 날로부터 14일 이내에 불복 이유를 기재한 이의신청서를 서면, 전자우편 또는 이에 준하는 방법으로 회사에 제출하여야 하며, 회사는 이의신청서를 접수를 받은 날로부터 15일 이내에 답변합니다. 다만, 회사가 이 기간 내 답변하기 어려운 경우에는 그 사유와 처리일정을 통지할 수 있습니다.

제12조 PSN 서비스 내 커뮤니티 활동

12.1. 메신저 서비스
12.1.1. PSN 서비스 내 커뮤니티 활동에 참가하는 데는 어떠한 PS Store 구매도 요구되지 않지만, 본인 계정을 이용한 메시지의 송수신은 일정한 용량의 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. 제한된 용량을 초과한다면 송수신 날짜가 오래된 순서로 해당 메시지가 자동 삭제되며 삭제된 메시지와 첨부 파일은 복원할 수 없으니 이점 유의하시기 바랍니다.

12.1.2. 또한 PS4 또는 PlayStation®3(이하 “PS3”) 본체에서 메시지를 '보호'로 설정하시면 자동으로 삭제되지 않도록 보호할 수 있지만 보호할 수 있는 용량 역시 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. PS4 또는 PS3 본체의 [유저]를 삭제하면 해당 유저의 계정이 송수신한 메시지는 모두 삭제되며 삭제된 메시지는 복원할 수 없으므로 이점 주의해 주시기 바랍니다. 보다 자세한 사항은 각 지역 웹사이트를 참조해 주십시오.

12.2. 친구 추가 기능
PSN 서비스는 회원이 좋아하는 콘텐츠나 관련 서비스를 PSN 내 등록된 친구들에게 알릴 수 있는 기능을 제공하고 있습니다. 이에 따라 회원이 추천하는 콘텐츠와 서비스를 적합한 추천을 기꺼이 받고자 할 적합한 연령의 친구에게만 알리시기를 권장 드립니다. 만약 회원이 다른 회원의 개인 정보를 공유하고자 한다면, 상대방의 동의가 필요한 점을 유의하시기 바랍니다. 만일 원치 않는 추천 메시지를 받고 계시다면 해당 발신인에게 중단을 요청하시기 바랍니다. 또한 해당 발신인이 이에 불응할 경우 해당 발신인을 회원의 차단 리스트에 포함시킬 수 있습니다. 보다 자세한 정보는 온라인 사용자 가이드를 참고하시기 바랍니다.

12.3. 구매 기능
PSN 내에서 다양한 게임들 외에도 게임 관련 아이템 및 새로운 게임 플레이 레벨이나 그래픽, 게임 이용을 위한 정기 서비스 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 구매할 수 있습니다. 서드파티 라이선서에 의하여 제작된 내용을 포함한 PSN 상의 관련 게임 관련 모든 서비스나 다채로운 콘텐츠들 역시 회사를 통해 “PSN”에서 제공됩니다.

12.4. 회원의 귀책사유
회원이 본 이용약관이나 PSN 서비스 및 해당 커뮤니티에 대해 피해를 입힌 경우라고 판단될 경우, 회사는 당사와 제3자의 이익 보호를 위하여 회원의 계정과 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정을 포함한 회원의 계정을 종료 혹은 영구 정지할 수 있습니다. 또한 회사는 기타 승인되지 않은 PSN이나 회사자료의 이용이나 저작권 침해 및 저작권을 침해한 콘텐츠를 막기 위하여 해당 커뮤니티 내 관련 콘텐츠 삭제, 위법한 PSN과 회사자료 사용 방지를 위한 업그레이드 또는 장치의 설치 등 필요한 모든 조치 역시 취할 수 있습니다.

제13조 PS Plus 서비스

13.1. 서비스 구매
PS Store 내에서 다양한 기간의 PS Plus 제품들을 직접 구매할 수 있습니다. 다만 일부 PS Plus 서비스의 사용이 특정 콘텐츠 제품 및 서비스에 한정될 수 있으며 특정 콘텐츠에 대한 특별 제안, 할인, 무료, 우선 또는 독점권 제공 및 회사에서 선별한 콘텐츠, 콘텐츠 아이템의 자동 다운로드 기능 제공 등 복합된 콘텐츠 아이템으로 구성되는 경우도 있습니다. 복합 서비스 내 단일 콘텐츠 아이템이나 서비스는 단일 정기 서비스 또는 단일 구매 아이템으로 별도 제공되는 경우도 있으며 각각의 서비스는 가격과 이용조건에 차이가 있을 수 있으니 해당 서비스 제품을 구매 시 해당 정기 서비스의 상세 설명을 주의 깊게 읽고 구매하여 주시기 바랍니다.

13.2. 비용 차감
PS Plus 서비스는 갱신 전, 전자메일로 갱신 시점에 대한 고지가 통지됩니다. PS Plus 서비스에 대한 갱신을 취소하지 않는다면 해당 서비스는 구매 기간만큼 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 서비스 요금은 서비스 갱신 시점에 회원 계정의 지갑, 등록된 신용카드, 또는 승인된 결제방법에서 자동 차감되오니 PS Plus 서비스 또는 프로모션 서비스에 동의하기 전에 각각의 서비스에 대한 이용조건 등을 반드시 숙지하시기 바랍니다. 만일 PS Plus 서비스가 갱신되는 시점에 회원의 지갑의 잔액 및 등록된 카드의 결제 가능 금액이 정기 서비스 비용보다 부족한 경우, 해당 정기 서비스는 자동으로 취소됩니다. 자동으로 정기 서비스가 갱신되기를 원하시면 해당 정기 서비스 갱신일 이전에 회원 계정의 지갑 잔액 및 등록된 카드의 사용가능 여부를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

13.3. 타 계정과의 공유 가능성
본 PS Plus 서비스는 회원 본인의 계정에서만 이용이 가능합니다. 즉, 회원이 구매한 PS Plus 서비스는 회원의 계정과 연계된 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정을 포함한 다른 어떤 계정과도 공유될 수 없습니다. 다만 특정 정기 서비스에서 이용 가능하도록 제작된 일부 게임 콘텐츠 및 서비스는 정기 서비스를 구매한 회원님의 기기 또는 구매한 회원님이 로그인을 한 기기의 다른 이용자에 의하여 접속이 가능할 수도 있습니다.

13.4. 서비스 취소 방법
회원이 구매한 PS Plus 서비스를 더 이상 연장 이용하고 싶지 않다면 반드시 회원의 계정 관리 메뉴에서 해당 서비스의 자동갱신 기능을 취소하시기 바랍니다. PS Plus 서비스의 자동갱신 기능 취소는 해당 서비스의 다음 갱신 일에 처리됨을 유의하시기 바랍니다. 회원은 취소의 효력이 발생할 때까지 계속적으로 관련 서비스를 사용할 수 있으며 이미 지급한 비용은 반환되지 않는 것이 원칙입니다. PS Plus 서비스를 취소하면 해당 기간 동안 제공되었던 콘텐츠 및 서비스가 회사 자체적으로 취급된 경우 이외에는 해당 콘텐츠 및 서비스를 더 이상 이용할 수 없습니다. PS Plus 서비스 기간 종료 후에는 해당 기간에 제공되었던 다운로드 콘텐츠를 다시금 이용하고자 할 경우, 해당 서비스 기간 동안 이용했던 비용 보다 추가 요금이 발생할 수도 있습니다. 또한 무료 체험기간 및 프로모션 기간 동안에 지급받은 트로피를 포함한 게임 플레이 정보는 해당 기간이 종료된 후에는 더 이상 유효하지 않을 수도 있습니다.

제14조 구매 및 거래

14.1. 지갑충전
14.1.1. 지갑에 충전된 금액은 PSN 외에는 가치가 없으며 PSN을 통하여 회사가 제공하는 콘텐츠나 서비스의 이용에만 한정하여 사용 가능 합니다. 상금이나 프로모션에 의해 발생하는 지갑 충전은 해당 개별 약관에서 규정되는 경우도 있습니다.

14.1.2. 회원 본인의 지갑 충전은 별도 구매한 PS Store Card 코드 입력, 등록된 신용카드 또는 승인된 결제방법을 통해 직접 금액 충전이 가능합니다. 관련 법률 및 해당 약관에서 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외하고는 회원은 지갑에 충전된 금액 사용에 대한 접근 권한을 타인에게 양도할 수 없습니다.

14.2. 콘텐츠 구매 방법
14.2.1. PS Store와 게임 내 스토어(in-game store) 상에서의 거래를 포함한 PSN을 통한 모든 구매와 거래는 회원과 회사간에 이루어집니다. 즉, 회원이 회원의 계정 또는 연결된 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정을 통하여 어떠한 구매를 진행하는 경우에는 ⑴ 해당 구매 안건에 대한 모든 책임은 해당 회원에게 있으며, 이는 자동연장 되는 정기 서비스의 반복되는 청구가 포함될 수 있고, ⑵ 반복 청구에 해당되는 비용에 대한 지불은 이미 충전된 지갑 내에 남아있는 금액에서 직접 차감되거나 등록된 신용카드 또는 승인된 결제방법에 정기적으로 청구됩니다. 따라서 어떠한 콘텐츠 또는 장바구니에 담겨 있는 상품을 구매할 때에는 각 콘텐츠의 상세 설명을 읽으시고 이를 충분히 인지하신 후 해당 구매를 진행 하시길 권장 드립니다.

14.2.2. 게임 내 스토어의 콘텐츠 및 서비스를 포함하여 PSN 내 모든 콘텐츠 및 서비스는 다음의 방법으로 구매하실 수 있습니다. 다만 일부 결제 수단의 경우 해외거래 수수료 및 취소 수수료 등이 발생할 수 있으니 이점 유의하시기 바랍니다.

최대 3개까지의 신용카드 (MASTER 및 VISA, JCB, American Express (AMEX)) 등록을 통해 직접 구매하실 수 있습니다. 등록된 카드의 유효기간 만료 및 분실 등의 사유로 해당 카드 사용이 불가할 시 결제 수단 서비스 제공업체로부터 관련 정보를 제공받아 새로운 신용카드 결제 정보로 자동 갱신됩니다. 일정 한도의 PS Store Card 구매를 통해 지갑 충전이 가능합니다.승인된 결제방법을 통하여 다양한 콘텐츠를 이용하실 수 있습니다.
14.3. 패밀리 계정 내에서의 콘텐츠 구매 방법
자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정을 통한 구매는 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정에 연결된 회원 계정의 미리 충전된 지갑 잔액, 등록된 신용카드 또는 승인된 결제방법에서 차감 처리됩니다. 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정은 별도로 PS Store Card에 의한 지갑 충전, 별도의 신용카드 또는 승인된 결제방법을 등록할 수 없습니다. 다만 회원의 계정에서 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정에서의 지갑, 신용카드 또는 승인된 결제방법의 차감 가능한 범위를 설정할 수 있고 이는 설정 변경 후 그 다음 월부터 적용됩니다.

14.4. 지갑 내 최대 충전 한도
14.4.1. 각각의 계정에 연결된 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정을 포함한 모든 PSN 내 계정 지갑에는 최대 충전 가능한 한도가 정해져 있습니다. 회원이 PS Store Card 구매 후 본인의 개별 지갑에 충전하는 경우, 현재 지갑에 보유하고 있는 잔액과 PS Store Card로 구입한 금액의 합이 지갑의 충전 한도액을 초과할 시 해당 PS Store Card 코드로 구입한 금액을 본인의 지갑에 충전하실 수 없습니다. 따라서 충전하려는 금액의 합이 해당 지갑의 한도액을 초과되지 않도록 본인 기존 지갑 내 보유하고 있는 금액을 사용하신 후에 해당 PS Store Card를 지갑 내에 충전하시기 바랍니다. 한국에서 공식 판매처를 통해 판매되는 PS Store Card는 한국 계정 지갑에만 충전 및 사용할 수 있으며 이는 다른 나라의 PSN 사용 계정 내 지갑에는 충전하실 수 없습니다.

14.4.2. 해당 PS Store Card는 회사가 지정한 공식 판매처에서만 구매 가능하며 PS Store Card와 관련한 상세 문의는 해당 지정 공식 판매처에 직접 문의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

14.5. 프로모션 코드 및 할인
14.5.1. 회사는 회원이 특정 제품 또는 서비스를 구매하거나 여러 개의 적격한 품목을 구매할 때 할인을 제공하는 프로모션을 제공할 수 있습니다. 프로모션 제안에는 추가 이용 약관이 적용될 수 있습니다. 특별 제품, 판매 가격 및 프로모션은 변경 또는 제거된 경우 또는 지정된 종료 날짜 또는 시간 이후에는 더 이상 유효하지 않습니다.

14.5.2. PSN 콘텐츠 또는 서비스에 대한 프로모션의 목적으로 프로모션 코드가 발행될 수 있습니다. 각각의 프로모션 코드는 이와 관련하여 고지된 특정 이용 조건이 적용되며 국가/지역, 이용자/회원, 연령 등에 따라 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 또한 해당 프로모션 코드는 유효기간 만료 전 그리고 기타 사용 조건을 충족한 경우에만 사용이 가능하며, 특별한 부가 조건이 없는 경우 타인에게 양도 또는 판매할 수 없습니다.

14.5.3. 제공받은 프로모션 코드를 통해 PSN 내에서 해당 금액만큼 충전할 수 있으며 또한 특정 아이템을 다운로드 받을 수도 있습니다. 한국에서 발행된 프로모션 코드는 한국 PSN에 등록된 계정에서만 사용할 수 있으며 해당 프로모션 코드는 원칙적으로 한 번만 사용 가능 합니다. 본 프로모션 코드의 자세한 내용은 발행된 프로모션 코드 내용을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

14.6. 회원 귀책 사유
해당 PS Store Card 및 콘텐츠 구매과정에서 회원의 귀책사유로 인하여 문제가 발생한 경우, 회사는 회원의 계정 및 연결된 자녀 패밀리 멤버 계정에 대한 PSN 서비스를 삭제 및 영구정지 시킬 수 있는 권한을 가집니다. 법률에서 규제하고 있는 사항들에 대한 위법한 행위들을 포함하여 회사 자체 판단 하에 정상적이지 않은 구매 방법으로
