This software product is a copyrighted work developed by the Company, and the Company retains all rights, including ownership, use, modification, reproduction, distribution, and sale.
[Scope of License]
You may use this software program only on one computer or VR device owned by you for your personal use. Your license is non-exclusive and cannot be transferred.
[Third-Party Usage]
Without the Company's prior written consent, you may not sell, distribute, lend, transfer, or allow third parties to use the software product and its copies.
[Restrictions on Reproduction and Modification]
You may reproduce this software product solely for your own backup purposes. However, the reproduced product cannot be used by third parties. You may not decompile or disassemble this software and DLL.
[After-Sales Service]
If this software product does not function correctly at the time of opening due to media defects or if there is a shortage in the packaging, the Company will provide a new medium free of charge in exchange for the defective medium. However, replacement is not possible if media defects are due to accidents, misuse, abuse, theft, or other reasons not attributable to the Company.
[Upgrade]
If this software product is upgraded through proper procedures, your license for the old version will expire, and the license will transfer to the new version.
[Disclaimer]
The Company does not guarantee that the functions of this software or support services will meet your specific purposes. The Company is not liable for any consequential damages, incidental damages, or lost profits resulting from the use of the software product and support services by you or third parties.
