This Game License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Saturn91 (the "Licensor") for the use of the game software, including any associated media, documentation, and updates (collectively, the "Game").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant the Licensee the right to sell, distribute, sublicense, or modify the Game.

The Game, including all intellectual property rights therein, is owned by the Licensor and protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The Licensee acknowledges that no ownership rights are transferred by this Agreement.

The Licensee is allowed to create and distribute modifications ("Mods") for the Game, provided that:

• Mods are limited to modifications of the Game files and do not include or distribute the original Game files.
  
• Mods do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Licensor or any third party.
  
• Mods are distributed free of charge and for non-commercial purposes only.
  
• Mods are distributed with proper attribution to the original Game and the Licensor.

The Licensee shall not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Game, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or create derivative works based on the Game.
  
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the Game.
  

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game or Mods.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Game in their possession.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Swiss law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Switzerland.

By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
