End User License Agreement (EULA)
By downloading, installing, using, or accessing the game "Sees Game", you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1. License. The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the game for your personal, non-commercial use on your copy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works of the game.
2. Personal Information. The game does not collect any personal information.
3. Warranty. The developer does not warrant that the game will be compatible with your computer or will work without errors. The developer is not liable for any damage to your computer or data that results from the use of the game.
4. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney's fees, that arises from the use of the game.
5. Termination. The developer may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, the developer will remove the game from your copy.
6. General. If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it will be deemed to have been deleted from this agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer with respect to the game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
