END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR CONTROLLED DEATH

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Unnamed Banana Studios, governing the use of the video game Controlled Death (the “Game”), made available through the Steam platform.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Unnamed Banana Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA. You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game to others.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to any and all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Unnamed Banana Studios. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Game.
Use cheats, hacks, or any other unauthorized software to interfere with the Game's functioning.
Use the Game for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from Unnamed Banana Studios.
4. User Content
If the Game allows for the submission of user-generated content, you hereby grant Unnamed Banana Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, display, and modify such content within the Game.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game from your devices.
6. No Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind. Unnamed Banana Studios expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unnamed Banana Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, even if Unnamed Banana Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
9. Amendments
Unnamed Banana Studios reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be posted on the community hub, and it is your responsibility to review the updated terms.
