END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and NANOO COMPANY Inc. (“Licensor”) regarding your use of the game “Tower of Babel: Survivors Of Chaos” (“Game”).
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THIS GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Game on your personal computer for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to all graphics, characters, story, audio, and source code) remain with Licensor.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without express permission.
• Share, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
• Use any cheats, hacks, or third-party tools that alter the gameplay or give unfair advantage.
4. USER GENERATED CONTENT (if applicable)
If the Game allows users to create or upload content, you are solely responsible for such content. The Licensor reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable law.
5. STREAMING & CONTENT CREATION
You may create and share gameplay videos, live streams, and reviews of the Game, including monetized content, provided it does not misrepresent the Game or the developer.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
