END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Rowdydevs ("Licensor" or "We") for the video game titled "Dystofarm" ("Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may install and use the Game on one or more devices owned or controlled by You.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Game.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Licensor.
Transfer or sublicense your rights under this EULA to any third party.
3. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, You shall cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
4. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game are owned by Licensor. You acknowledge and agree that you have no rights, title, or interest in or to the Game other than the license granted under this EULA.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chile.
