This license is valid until termination. You may destroy this program and any accompanying materials at any time to terminate this license. If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions contained in this license, the licensor may terminate this license at its discretion. In this case, you must immediately destroy this program and any new information.
6. Limited Warranty
The licensor expressly refuses to provide any guarantees regarding this program. The program is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. All risks arising from the use or execution of the program shall be solely borne by you.
