End User License Agreement (EULA) for T-Ghoul

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "User" or "You") and AdaBrain Studio ("Licensor," "We," or "Us") and governs your use of the software product T-Ghoul ("Game").
By downloading, installing, or playing T-Ghoul, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of T-Ghoul for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, on a single device you own or control.

T-Ghoul is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all content, art, music, and code, remain the property of AdaBrain Studio.
4. User Content
If the Game allows submission of content (e.g., user names, in-game text, etc.), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it within the Game and for marketing purposes.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete and cease all use of the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will function uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdaBrain Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
