**END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)**
**IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PLAYING THE GAME.**
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Jaano Krapu, the creator of the game, and Nuclear Maniacs, the game publisher, collectively referred to as "Licensor." By playing the game and accessing it through the Steam platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
**1. LICENSE GRANT:**
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play and use the game, including any related documentation ("Software"), solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property rights in the Software.
**2. RESTRICTIONS:**
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights under this Agreement to any third party.
**3. COPYRIGHT:**
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. All title and copyrights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Software) are owned by Licensor.
**4. SUPPORT:**
Licensor may provide support services related to the Software. Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the support services shall be considered part of the Software and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
**5. TERMINATION:**
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
**6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:**
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you.
**By playing the game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not play the game.**
