END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR MANASOUL
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING MANASOUL.
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and [Your Company Name] ("Licensor" or "We") for the use of the "ManaSoul" Free-to-Play MMORPG, including any updates, modifications, or additional content that may be provided (collectively referred to as the "Game"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
LICENSE GRANT:
a. Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
a. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Licensor. The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
USER CONDUCT:
a. You agree not to:
i. Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies the Game experience.
ii. Engage in any conduct that violates the rights of others or is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
iii. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Game.
ACCOUNTS:
a. You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Game. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
DATA COLLECTION:
a. By using the Game, you agree that Licensor may collect and use technical and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software, to facilitate the provision of software updates, support, and other services.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
a. THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
a. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
TERMINATION:
a. This EULA is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you breach any provision of this agreement.
GOVERNING LAW:
a. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Baltimore County.
