("Company") provides access to and becomes the end user of the Little Monster Kindergarten game ("Game"). Please read the following carefully. ("Company") will provide you with the ability to freely run the multiplayer online network game "Little Monster Kindergarten" ("Game"). Before running the Game, you need to download the game through the Steam client application on the website. You may purchase virtual items for use in the Game. Your use of this Game indicates your agreement to all terms, and you agree to abide by the Code of Conduct for members. You need to click "Agree" below this Agreement to confirm your agreement to all terms. If you do not agree, you need to click "Disagree" below this Agreement. Clicking "Disagree" indicates that you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement and cannot use this Game. If you have any questions while reading this Agreement and the Code of Conduct, please contact the company's customer service at service@risestargames.com.
(b) Modification. At any time, the Company has the right to modify, update, improve, or revise this Agreement or modify the Code of Conduct without prior notice. The Company is not obligated to post the modified Agreement or the improved Code of Conduct on service@risestargames.com. The modification or change of this Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication. The improvement of the Code of Conduct will take effect immediately after publication. After the modification of this Agreement takes effect, if you continue to use this Game, it indicates your agreement to the modification of this Agreement. You agree to regularly review this Agreement and the Code of Conduct to understand the content that may be modified from time to time.
Service Type
The Company provides a paid download service for the role-playing online game "Little Monster Kindergarten" ("Service") that can be accessed through the Steam website (https://store.steampowered.com/). The Company and/or Steam reserve the right to modify the website address at any time without prior notice. To use this Service, you need to install the software ("Software") from the website in the Steam client application. To use this Service, you need to create an account ("Account") on the website and then create a character within the software. The Company does not provide internet access, and you are responsible for all costs associated with internet connectivity. The website located at http://store.steampowered.com/ is an integral part of this Service, and the use of the website is also governed by this Agreement and the Code of Conduct.
License to Use
Under the terms of this Agreement, you have the right to use this Service and the related software through a non-exclusive and non-transferable license granted by the Company. Unless expressly permitted by this Agreement, you may not sublicense, lend, rent, borrow, or transfer the software in any way for profit, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, recompile, or produce any derivative products of this software or Service, or use the software in any way that is not permitted.
Account
(a) Eligibility. This Service is only provided to individuals aged 16 or older. If you are under 16 and wish to use the Service, your parents or guardians must complete the registration process in their name and register an account, assuming all responsibilities under this Agreement and/or the agreements with the Steam client application. Individuals who complete these steps and maintain the status of their accounts are sometimes referred to as "members," "users," or "players" in this Agreement. Clicking the "I Agree" button indicates that you are 16 or older. Registered users can use their accounts or choose to allow their minor children to use the account. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, and parents or guardians are responsible for all activities conducted by their minor children through the account.
(b) Account. By agreeing to this Agreement, you agree that you do not own the account used to run this Service, the characters stored on the company's servers, the game items stored on the company's servers, or any other data constituting the property of the Company.
(c) Characters and Character Names. To use this Service, you must create a character and choose a name for your character to identify yourself to other members ("Character Name"). You may not choose the name of another person, violate any third party's trademark rights, copyrights, or other ownership rights, or use a name that may mislead other members into believing that you are an employee of the Company or use a name that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems vulgar or offensive. The company reserves the right to delete or change any vulgar or otherwise unreasonable character names. Only ASCII characters are allowed for character names in the game, and the use of Unicode is not permitted. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your character. Only one character can be created on each of the company's servers.
(d) Titles, Non-Player Character (NPC) Names. Upon entering this Service, you may grant titles to your character, name non-player characters, or name guilds. You may not grant titles to other member characters or name NPCs in a way that violates any third party's trademark rights, copyrights, or other ownership rights or may mislead other members into believing that you are an employee of the Company or use a name that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems vulgar or offensive. The company reserves the right to delete, change, or request you to change any vulgar or otherwise unreasonable names. Only ASCII characters are allowed for names in the game, and the use of Unicode is not permitted.
(e) Previous Characters. Unless expressly agreed in writing by the company, members whose characters have been terminated by the company cannot access this Service in any form or for any reason (including through any other account and/or character).
(f) Multiple Accounts. Currently, each player, user, or member may be allowed to register more than one account. However, the company reserves the right to limit the number of accounts registered by each player.
(g) Right to Monitor and Remove Unacceptable Content. The company has the right, but not the obligation, to review and monitor all content submitted or included in the Service and may, in its sole discretion, decide to remove any content that the company deems objectionable for any reason without prior notice to the member. In case of any loss to the company and the website (including the Steam client application) caused by this, the company reserves the right to seek compensation from you.
Service Fees
This game is a free game. Before playing the game, you need to download the game through the Steam client application on the website without paying any service fees. However, the company is not responsible for any fees you may incur or may pay for playing the game, including but not limited to internet connection fees, venue fees such as cafes, arcades, or other places, and computer hardware or software fees.
Sale of In-Game Items
(a) Purchase of Game Items. The company may, from time to time, sell virtual items for use in this game through the website ("Game Items"). If you choose to purchase game items, you understand how to use the game items in the game and bear all consequences of using or transferring the game items. Any transfer of game items outside the game is not allowed. The game items you purchase are non-refundable. You also agree that the game items you purchase belong to the company, and you only acquire the right to use the game items in the game through the purchase. The company reserves the right not to sell game items to certain players.
Player-to-Player Trading
Players can trade collectible cards through the trading system on this website. All other trades, sales, or transfers of content within this game, including but not limited to game accounts and/or characters, game items, and game currency, are strictly prohibited. Any and all prohibited activities may result in the immediate deactivation of the characters involved in this transaction, whether knowingly or unknowingly.
Content and Code of Conduct for Members
(a) Content. You agree: (1) you will use images, sounds, music, animated videos, and text (collectively, "Content") in using this software and this Service, (2) Content may be licensed by independent content providers, including text provided by other members (all such independent content providers are collectively referred to as "Content Providers"). Due to policy reasons, the company cannot pre-screen content. The company has the right but not the obligation to delete any content that it deems objectionable for any reason.
(b) Content Rights. You acknowledge that the company and content providers have copyright and other legal rights in their respective content, and you agree to be solely responsible for any behavior that violates rewriting rights while using all content. You agree not to use any content outside of running this game.
(c) Code of Conduct for Members. You agree not to use this Service for the following behaviors: (i) upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit content that violates the rights of any third party; (ii) impersonate any individual or entity, including but not limited to Company employees, or misrepresent or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity; (iii) upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit content that violates laws and regulations; (iv) upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit content that the company, in its sole discretion, deems harmful, threatening, insulting, harassing, insidious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, damaging to reputation, invades privacy, annoying, or contains racial, ethnic, or other discriminatory content, or contains viruses, trojans, worms, time bombs, deletion flies, or attempts to destroy, harm, interfere with, secretly intercept, or hijack any system, data, or personal information; (v) upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit information that you do not have the right to transmit under laws, contracts, or trust relationships (such as insider information obtained or disclosed in employment relationships or confidentiality agreements); (vi) upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit unauthorized or unsolicited advertisements, promotional materials, "harassment emails," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or other forms of incitement; (vii) interfere with or disrupt this Service or servers or networks connected to this Service, or violate the network requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations linking this Service; or (viii) "track" or otherwise harass other members.
(d) Cheating Programs. To ensure the fairness of this game, the use of any cheating programs during the operation of this game is not allowed, including macros, bot programs, mouse simulators, and the like. If you use these cheating programs, you will face serious consequences, including but not limited to: (i) the company may indefinitely deactivate your character; (ii) the company may terminate your character; (iii) the company reserves the right to seek legal remedies against you.
(e) Modification of Game Client Program. All members must use the game client program provided by the company. The company regularly updates this client program, and all players need to use the latest version of this game. Modifying the game client program is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the termination of your character.
(f) Exploiting Program Bugs. Members are strictly prohibited from exploiting any program bugs in this game, website, and/or any system of the company. Violation of this rule may result in the termination of your character.
Official Services
The company only provides its designed game for entertainment on designated websites. You agree to run this game only on the company's designated website and not through any other means. You further agree not to create or provide any other means for others to run this game, such as through server emulators. Unless this agreement expressly states that you can use the software, you acknowledge that you have no right to manufacture, publish, distribute, produce derivative products of this game, use any software programs, utilities, applications, emulators, or tools derived from or created for this game without the company's explicit authorization. You may not take any actions that unreasonably or excessively burden our infrastructure. You may not sell or auction any game characters, game items, coins, or copyright materials.
Privacy
(a) Unless expressly permitted by this agreement or authorized by you, the company will not provide your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent. The company does not guarantee the security of any private transmissions during unauthorized or illegal interception by third parties. If you need any technical support, you agree that we may remotely access and inspect your computer on which the software is installed for support and debugging purposes. You agree that the company may communicate with you by email or any similar technology for purposes related to this service, this software, or any services or software that we or our representatives may provide in the future.
(b) In investigations, resolving potential issues or inquiries, when required by law, or in other circumstances deemed necessary or appropriate at the company's sole discretion, the company may (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to private entities, law enforcement agencies, or government officials.
(c) Consent to Monitoring: Please note that during operation, this game may monitor random access memory, media access control addresses, profiles, system files, etc., on your computer to monitor unauthorized third-party programs when you run this game, which the company may, in its sole discretion, determine to be illegal programs that can: (i) perform or assist in any form of cheating; (ii) allow users to modify or illegally intrude into the corresponding game interface, environment, and/or experience without the explicit authorization of the company; or (iii) intercept, explore, or collect information from this game or through the corresponding game ("Unauthorized Third-Party Programs"). Once this game detects Unauthorized Third-Party Programs, (a) this game may transmit information back to the company, including but not limited to, details of Unauthorized Third-Party Programs discovered, activities or functions performed, and/or detailed information about your computer; and/or (b) without prior notice to the user connected to the Unauthorized Third-Party Program, the company may exercise any or all rights and remedies under this agreement.
Parental Guidance
The company may monitor and take action against inappropriate in-game behavior, chat, connections. At any time, there may be some language or other material that is not suitable for children or may offend users of any age during the use of this service. The company cannot guarantee that other players will not provide or access content that parents or guardians deem inappropriate or objectionable for some users. The company does not pre-screen the material or content of communications sent by each player.
Service Suspension
(a) Regardless of prior notice, the company has the right to suspend the service for maintenance according to a regular schedule or in any form from time to time.
(b) You acknowledge that the service may be interrupted due to uncontrollable factors of the company or the Steam client application. The company cannot guarantee that you can access the service, log in to your account, or character at any time. The company is not responsible for any interruption, delay, or failure to perform the service caused by uncontrollable reasons or reasons mentioned in clauses (a) or (b) above.
(c) The company has no obligation to refund any and all game item fees incurred due to service interruptions and the reasons mentioned in clauses (a) or (b).
Disclaimer
Please understand that the company provides this service, this software, roles through the Steam client application, this game, and all other services as they are, and explicitly disclaims any kind or situation,Limitation of Liability
(a) The maximum and overall liability of the company for all damages, losses, claims (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise) shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the website and/or through the Steam client application for the purchase of game items in the month in which the liability claim arose. In no event shall the company, or its shareholders, partners, affiliates, directors, senior management, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, arising from this service, this software, your character, compensation resulting from this agreement (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or other reasons), regardless of whether the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
(b) If you have purchased game items, you agree that the company shall have no liability for your purchases and the use of game items, except for providing game items to your in-game character.
(c) You agree that the company shall not be liable for computer viruses invading your computer, whether the virus invades your computer through the company's servers or third-party activities.
(d) You agree that the company shall not be liable for anything resulting from or caused by your actions in this game and/or this service.
Unreviewed Information
You understand that third parties (such as user message boards) may create and maintain content and materials on the internet, some of which may be pornographic, obscene, offensive, or illegal. In any case, the company is not responsible for any information spread directly or indirectly through this service by any individual or entity. You bear all responsibility and risk for using this service and the internet process. The company is not responsible for any and all liability for the content contained in any third-party materials provided through hyperlinks or other forms.
Indemnification
At the company's request, you agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the company, its shareholders, partners, affiliates, directors, senior management, employees, agents or suppliers, its licensors, dealers, content providers, and other members of this service from and against all liability, claims, losses, damages, compensation, assessments, claims, suits, expenses (including attorney's fees and expenses) incurred or suffered by the company due to your use of this service or your violation of this agreement.
Termination
(a) If you violate this agreement or intentionally infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, or if the company cannot verify or authenticate any data provided by you (if any), or if, in the company's sole discretion, your behavior during this game, chat, or any player activity is deemed inappropriate and/or violates the spirit of the code of conduct, or if you post illegal information, the company may terminate this agreement (including your software license and character) immediately without further notice. If the company terminates this agreement in any case, you will not be able to access your character, and any fees for purchasing game items will not be refunded.
(b) If this service or your character is terminated or canceled for any reason or duration, you agree that you are not entitled to compensation or refund for the fees for purchasing any game items or unused access time.
Equitable Remedies under the Balance Law
You agree that if the terms of this agreement are not specifically fulfilled according to the contract, the company will suffer irreparable damages that cannot be remedied, and therefore, you agree that if you violate this agreement, the company, in addition to remedies available under applicable law, has the right to obtain appropriate equitable remedies without the need for posting a bond, other security, or proof of damages.
Attorney's Fees
If either party takes any action or legal proceeding to enforce any provision of this agreement, including taking action for declaratory relief or damages in respect of any breach of this agreement, or any form relating to this agreement or any term thereof, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in providing services to the prevailing party in such litigation or legal proceeding.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the issuing region, interpreted according to regional laws, without regard to any conflict of law principles. You agree that any action or lawsuit arising from this agreement shall be in the issuing region.
General Terms
Unless otherwise provided in this agreement, any amendment to this agreement shall be in writing and jointly signed by the company and you. If any term of this agreement is, for any reason, wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, that term shall be void, and the remaining terms of this agreement shall remain valid and binding. This agreement expressly excludes the applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Our failure to sue you or others for a breach does not waive our right to sue for subsequent or similar breaches. You may not assign this agreement or your rights under this agreement, and any such violation is invalid without the written permission of the company. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the company and you regarding the company, this service, and this game. This agreement supersedes all previous agreements between the parties (including oral and written agreements). Regardless of whether this agreement is otherwise stated, any breach, delay, or failure to perform by the company in part due to circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control shall not be deemed a violation of this agreement. All notices provided by you or required by this agreement shall be emailed to service@risestargames.com, Attn: Customer Center, and shall be effective on the day of receipt.
You acknowledge that once you click "I agree," you have read and accepted the terms of this agreement and will be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you can reject becoming a user of this service by clicking "I do not agree," and you will not be able to access and run this game.

(f) Exploiting Program Bugs. Members are strictly prohibited from exploiting any program bugs in this game, website, and/or any system of the company. Violation of this rule may result in the termination of your character.
Official Services
The company only provides its designed game for entertainment on designated websites. You agree to run this game only on the company's designated website and not through any other means. You further agree not to create or provide any other means for others to run this game, such as through server emulators. Unless this agreement expressly states that you can use the software, you acknowledge that you have no right to manufacture, publish, distribute, produce derivative products of this game, use any software programs, utilities, applications, emulators, or tools derived from or created for this game without the company's explicit authorization. You may not take any actions that unreasonably or excessively burden our infrastructure. You may not sell or auction any game characters, game items, coins, or copyright materials.
Privacy
(a) Unless expressly permitted by this agreement or authorized by you, the company will not provide your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent. The company does not guarantee the security of any private transmissions during unauthorized or illegal interception by third parties. If you need any technical support, you agree that we may remotely access and inspect your computer on which the software is installed for support and debugging purposes. You agree that the company may communicate with you by email or any similar technology for purposes related to this service, this software, or any services or software that we or our representatives may provide in the future.
(b) In investigations, resolving potential issues or inquiries, when required by law, or in other circumstances deemed necessary or appropriate at the company's sole discretion, the company may (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to private entities, law enforcement agencies, or government officials.
(c) Consent to Monitoring: Please note that during operation, this game may monitor random access memory, media access control addresses, profiles, system files, etc., on your computer to monitor unauthorized third-party programs when you run this game, which the company may, in its sole discretion, determine to be illegal programs that can: (i) perform or assist in any form of cheating; (ii) allow users to modify or illegally intrude into the corresponding game interface, environment, and/or experience without the explicit authorization of the company; or (iii) intercept, explore, or collect information from this game or through the corresponding game ("Unauthorized Third-Party Programs"). Once this game detects Unauthorized Third-Party Programs, (a) this game may transmit information back to the company, including but not limited to, details of Unauthorized Third-Party Programs discovered, activities or functions performed, and/or detailed information about your computer; and/or (b) without prior notice to the user connected to the Unauthorized Third-Party Program, the company may exercise any or all rights and remedies under this agreement.
Parental Guidance
The company may monitor and take action against inappropriate in-game behavior, chat, connections. At any time, there may be some language or other material that is not suitable for children or may offend users of any age during the use of this service. The company cannot guarantee that other players will not provide or access content that parents or guardians deem inappropriate or objectionable for some users. The company does not pre-screen the material or content of communications sent by each player.
Service Suspension
(a) Regardless of prior notice, the company has the right to suspend the service for maintenance according to a regular schedule or in any form from time to time.
(b) You acknowledge that the service may be interrupted due to uncontrollable factors of the company or the Steam client application. The company cannot guarantee that you can access the service, log in to your account, or character at any time. The company is not responsible for any interruption, delay, or failure to perform the service caused by uncontrollable reasons or reasons mentioned in clauses (a) or (b) above.
(c) The company has no obligation to refund any and all game item fees incurred due to service interruptions and the reasons mentioned in clauses (a) or (b).
Disclaimer
Please understand that the company provides this service, this software, roles through the Steam client application, this game, and all other services as they are, and explicitly disclaims any kind or situation,Limitation of Liability
(a) The maximum and overall liability of the company for all damages, losses, claims (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise) shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the website and/or through the Steam client application for the purchase of game items in the month in which the liability claim arose. In no event shall the company, or its shareholders, partners, affiliates, directors, senior management, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, arising from this service, this software, your character, compensation resulting from this agreement (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or other reasons), regardless of whether the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
(b) If you have purchased game items, you agree that the company shall have no liability for your purchases and the use of game items, except for providing game items to your in-game character.
(c) You agree that the company shall not be liable for computer viruses invading your computer, whether the virus invades your computer through the company's servers or third-party activities.
(d) You agree that the company shall not be liable for anything resulting from or caused by your actions in this game and/or this service.
Unreviewed Information
You understand that third parties (such as user message boards) may create and maintain content and materials on the internet, some of which may be pornographic, obscene, offensive, or illegal. In any case, the company is not responsible for any information spread directly or indirectly through this service by any individual or entity. You bear all responsibility and risk for using this service and the internet process. The company is not responsible for any and all liability for the content contained in any third-party materials provided through hyperlinks or other forms.
Indemnification
At the company's request, you agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the company, its shareholders, partners, affiliates, directors, senior management, employees, agents or suppliers, its licensors, dealers, content providers, and other members of this service from and against all liability, claims, losses, damages, compensation, assessments, claims, suits, expenses (including attorney's fees and expenses) incurred or suffered by the company due to your use of this service or your violation of this agreement.
Termination
(a) If you violate this agreement or intentionally infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, or if the company cannot verify or authenticate any data provided by you (if any), or if, in the company's sole discretion, your behavior during this game, chat, or any player activity is deemed inappropriate and/or violates the spirit of the code of conduct, or if you post illegal information, the company may terminate this agreement (including your software license and character) immediately without further notice. If the company terminates this agreement in any case, you will not be able to access your character, and any fees for purchasing game items will not be refunded.
(b) If this service or your character is terminated or canceled for any reason or duration, you agree that you are not entitled to compensation or refund for the fees for purchasing any game items or unused access time.
Equitable Remedies under the Balance Law
You agree that if the terms of this agreement are not specifically fulfilled according to the contract, the company will suffer irreparable damages that cannot be remedied, and therefore, you agree that if you violate this agreement, the company, in addition to remedies available under applicable law, has the right to obtain appropriate equitable remedies without the need for posting a bond, other security, or proof of damages.
Attorney's Fees
If either party takes any action or legal proceeding to enforce any provision of this agreement, including taking action for declaratory relief or damages in respect of any breach of this agreement, or any form relating to this agreement or any term thereof, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in providing services to the prevailing party in such litigation or legal proceeding.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the issuing region, interpreted according to regional laws, without regard to any conflict of law principles. You agree that any action or lawsuit arising from this agreement shall be in the issuing region.
General Terms
Unless otherwise provided in this agreement, any amendment to this agreement shall be in writing and jointly signed by the company and you. If any term of this agreement is, for any reason, wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, that term shall be void, and the remaining terms of this agreement shall remain valid and binding. This agreement expressly excludes the applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Our failure to sue you or others for a breach does not waive our right to sue for subsequent or similar breaches. You may not assign this agreement or your rights under this agreement, and any such violation is invalid without the written permission of the company. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the company and you regarding the company, this service, and this game. This agreement supersedes all previous agreements between the parties (including oral and written agreements). Regardless of whether this agreement is otherwise stated, any breach, delay, or failure to perform by the company in part due to circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control shall not be deemed a violation of this agreement. All notices provided by you or required by this agreement shall be emailed to service@risestargames.com, Attn: Customer Center, and shall be effective on the day of receipt.

If you do not agree to these terms, you can reject becoming a user of this service by clicking "I do not agree," and you will not be able to access and run this game.
