End User License Agreement (EULA) for Mermaid's Paradoxical Tale
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Mermaid's Paradoxical Tale (hereafter referred to as "the Game"), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Game.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Knowledge-Engine LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
a) Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game.
b) Rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Game.
c) Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Knowledge-Engine LLC. The Game is protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable laws.
5. Termination
If you violate any provision of this EULA, your license to use the Game will automatically terminate. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from all devices.
6. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Knowledge-Engine LLC be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this EULA or the Game shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and you agree to the jurisdiction of these courts.
9. Updates
Knowledge-Engine LLC may provide updates, patches, or upgrades to the Game at its discretion. These updates may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Knowledge-Engine LLC concerning the Game and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
