END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and [DarkPhobia Games] for the use of the [Graveyard Shift] software.
1. Restrictions User shall not: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. - Modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the software.
2. Ownership [DarkPhobia Games] retains all intellectual property rights to [Graveyard Shift].
3. Warranty Disclaimer [Graveyard Shift] is provided "as is" without any warranty.
4. Limitation of Liability [DarkPhobia Games] shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of [Graveyard Shift].By installing and using [Graveyard Shift], User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If User does not agree, do not install or use the software.
