1.1. By downloading, installing, or using "Fisherman's Island" (the "Game"), you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, install, or use the Game.


2.1. "Game" refers to the software, its content, updates, and all associated features provided by EI Oricia Games.
2.2. "User" refers to the individual who has legally acquired a copy of the Game.

3.1. EI Oricia Games grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Game strictly for personal use. This license is granted subject to the User's compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
3.2. Any commercial or public use of the Game is prohibited without prior written permission from EI Oricia Games. However, the User may stream the Game for personal purposes, including monetized streaming, if they choose to do so.

4.1. The Game, including all content, graphics, sounds, music, text, source code, and other elements, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
4.2. EI Oricia Games retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game. The User does not acquire any ownership rights to the Game except those specifically granted in this Agreement.

5.1. The User agrees not to:
a) Copy, distribute, transmit, or sell the Game without prior authorization.
b) Modify, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to circumvent any security systems in the Game.
c) Use third-party tools or programs to alter or manipulate the Game’s functionality.

6.1. EI Oricia Games may, at its discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. The User agrees that these updates may be automatically integrated, without requiring further consent.

7.1. EI Oricia Games complies with applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR). Personal data collected during the use of the Game will be processed in accordance with EI Oricia Games' privacy policy, available on our website.
7.2. The User may exercise their rights to access, rectify, or delete personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

8.1. The Game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. EI Oricia Games does not guarantee that the Game will be free of errors or defects.
8.2. EI Oricia Games disclaims any liability for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data or other harm resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.
8.3. Epic Games, Inc., the creator of Unreal Engine, is not responsible for any issues, errors, or malfunctions in the Game, nor for any damages resulting from the use of Unreal Engine within the Game.
8.4. The User acknowledges that they use the Game at their own risk.

9.1. This license may be terminated immediately by EI Oricia Games if the User violates any terms of this Agreement.
9.2. In case of termination, legal action may be taken against the User depending on the severity of the violation.

10.1. This Agreement is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute related to this Agreement, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with applicable laws.
