This document is an agreement between FOP Doman Anatoliy Oleksandrovych, operating at Ukraine, Kyiv, 13 Holosiyivska St. (hereinafter referred to as "Developer" or "We"), and each individual who uses the software product "Infinity Castle Dungeon" (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User").
1. License to Use
1.1. The Developer grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use "Infinity Castle Dungeon" in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Copyrights
2.1. "Infinity Castle Dungeon," all content, and any associated materials are protected by copyrights. All rights to the Game belong to the Developer.
3. Usage Restrictions
3.1. You are not permitted to:
a) Copy, modify, or distribute "Infinity Castle Dungeon" without written permission from the Developer.
b) Remove, circumvent, or tamper with protective measures embedded within "Infinity Castle Dungeon."
c) Use "Infinity Castle Dungeon" for commercial purposes without written permission from the Developer.
4. Acceptance of EULA
4.1. You agree to the terms of this Agreement by entering "Infinity Castle Dungeon" and using the game.
5. Updates and Support
5.1. The Developer may provide updates and support for "Infinity Castle Dungeon" at their discretion.
6. Liability
6.1. "Infinity Castle Dungeon" is provided "as is," and the Developer holds no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of "Infinity Castle Dungeon."
7. License Termination
7.1. The Developer may terminate this license in the event of your violation of the terms of this Agreement.
8. General Provisions
8.1. This Agreement is the sole and complete agreement between the Developer and You, superseding all prior agreements.

This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first use the "Infinity Castle Dungeon" game, and you agree to abide by all its terms. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not engage in the use of "Infinity Castle Dungeon."
